Philip Bierhuizen: Great trails and beach.
Hannah Martynski: Beautiful! very nice trail leading down to the beach, a nice hint is to go on a weekday early, around 7am or 8am, there’s hardly anyone there.
BaptGym Coaching: Superb place, the view is magnificent on a clear day!
David Enloe: One of the most incredible settings I can think of. A stunning beach flanked by sandstone cliffs and dark volcanic boulders, one of the best viewpoints for the Golden Gate Bridge, and minimal crowds due to the steep hike to the beach. I am a session photographer and Marshall's is a go-to for anyone willing to make the trek. Two small caveats – avoid high tide as the beach vanishes, and know that vehicle break-ins are common in the main parking area.
MCH: Very beautiful place
Daithí Kilcourse: A very nice beach to go to and get very nice pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge. You have to walk over ally of rocks to get along the beach. Amazing views when you get to the other side. Loved it here.
Kirmos Atronis: I Love it ...
Ivan Oreskovic: Best ever
Vincenzo Pasceri: .
ICH BINS: like in the movie 😍
Heather Brushwood: Probably one of the coolest beaches to ever visit. Great view of The Golden Gate Bridge! Short hike down on Batteries to the Bluff trail to get down the cliff.
Ozkan Boyar: Nice view, 20 min walk to the beach from parking spot.
alice v: Very suggestive beachDue to its length and its beautiful sand but above all it offers a wonderful view of the Golden Gate. The only note is that it is cold and windy on this beach even in August so I highly recommend bringing a jacket!
Arnold Arndth: Great hidden beach with few people. Might encounter some weirdos here, but not of the bad kind. Great for photos of the Golden Gate Bridge.Steep climb up and down, so don't bring 5 coolers and bags.
Albert Lai: great hike and incredible views!
Stimulus_Chekus: Wonderful place to be
Veronica Guidetti: Going there was the most beautiful and exciting thing about my trip to America ♥️

Antonio Vilela: Best beach in SF
Andy Travel Reviews: Love coming here when I visit San Francisco and it's chill but there are a lot of homeless and crime here when I was here. Be aware when you walk on the great highway after 8pm there are some people who camp in car and come out to rob you in the ocean beach parking lot
Jota Ce: Stormy beach ideal for watching the sunset over the Pacific. It is usually cold to be in a swimsuit, but it is ideal for walking or playing sports. Until 9:30 p.m. you can make bonfires in their bonfires.
Matus Kopalko: Ocean beach is a must see spot in San Francisco. You can comfortably get there by a tram N, which is a nice sightseeing line too.Ocean beach is a large, open space with authentic ocean panorama - you can hear and smell it very well. I recommend to go snd touch the pacific ocean - its quite cold. You can see ocean birds and some shells too.You can walk all this ocean beach and you will enjoy it as ocean is so close and you can see city, parks, cliffs and mich more and then continue one of the coast trails. Going back you should take a parrallel street of this district as you came by the tram.
Amanda: We just made a really quick stop here while driving around for the afternoon. It was just a typical beach for me. It was so cold out so I didn’t go out my toes in the water which I regret now! I hope to come back again when it’s warmer and enjoy it to its fullest.
Sunghyun Nam: Good place to see the ocean and sands.
Kiran K: Iconic beach in SF
Onward TheyGo: Visited 12/06/2023.A lovely beach, it was nice to enjoy the sea breeze and the sand between your toes. We had walked Golden Gate Park to get there, so it was refreshing and enjoyable with the sunshine. They even had a couple of old fashioned windmills to admire and enjoy as well.Nice to sit and enjoy.
Jovanna Reyes Casillas: Beautiful place to watch the sunset!
Geovanny LC: Great spot to back up your car and enjoy some pizza with the sunset on the horizon. Keep the parking lots free!
Shiva K: Nice beach and lots of birds flying around but unfortunately it was not very clean beach.
Nicole L.: Very beautiful landscape
Bolo Up Boloup: Best Day ever at Ocean Beach
Michele York: Nice place.

Angela Martin: Clean, beautiful views, nice coastline drive.
J David Whitfield: Worth the effort to experience a magical spot
Dave: amazing view and tracking path
Elias Martinelli: One of my favorite SF sunsets!
Phuong Pham: Nature gives grace to all things💓 As for me, I think that small things have been formed since I was a child walking around the sea, the beautiful sea with many nuances, what should I praise from the beginning, if I could see it? The sea is far away, I see in my eyes the vast blue sky and sea, far beyond my vision, oh,,! so majestic and a little feeling of my soul suddenly flashes from the drop of the sea close at hand. Look at my thoughts, see you later. Commission writes, thank you.
MY Mulla: Great trails and walking over the rocks next to the breaking waves.Plan four hours minimum.
David Enloe: This place is ridiculously cool. Spots like these always leave me asking "do I actually live here!?" Mile Rock is close enough that you can get there on a morning run or an evening dog walk, but just far enough to reduce the crowd factor. That said, it is busy on weekends! Tides are also a huge factor, like the difference between almost no beach and tons of beach, so it's worth figuring out how to read tide tables! As a session photographer I often suggest that families with dogs consider Mile Rock on weekday mornings, when there are rarely more than a few other people on the beach. And dogs are allowed off-leash!
Greg Collins: Mile Rock Beach is one of my favorite places to go for a walk at Lands End in San Francisco.
Matt Savage: , but occasionally I will linger and take in the beauty of the seascape. It's one of San Francisco's most precious locations!
