Maria Suyapa: It's very nice
Amias Tong: Good place to swim
Grace Lin: Beautiful park
Elizabeth McDonald: . There are flotation devices and some noodles and pool toys available at open swim.
Han C: They have swim toys during family swim time. Facilties are newer as it was remodeled.
suspekt: . That makes it harder to place your water and drink during the swim.
Flor Ayala: Aria for the ñius
Gator “Gatorgirl” Girl: The Balboa pool personnel are very welcoming and helpful. The instructor I was was wonderful and so knowledgeable, I had a great time!
Ada Li: Beautiful views and clean pool.
Liz Henry: Clean, newly renovated, lovely place to swim with the big windows and view of the hills. The staff is nice. The water temp is in the low 80s.
William McMullen: Great pool. The staff here were uniquely compassionate, hard working and engaging. The pool itself is beautiful but the people make this place great. We wish the hours were longer and that it was open 7 days/week.

Rachel Laser: This club is fantastic. Looks like a museum from outside. Staff super friendly. Took Amazon metcon and yoga classes. Great location too! Highly recommend.
Angel Batista: in that the building used to be a stock exchange.I saw a negative review regarding not being able to visit on weekends. That's not really an issue since you get access to the other gyms
Claire West: My favorite equinox location I’ve been to so far. Just a beautiful space with all the equipment I need for a good workout. I enjoy the classes here too. Good instructors.
Jock Putney: By far the best gym vibe in the city. The staff is outstanding and I believe that starts with the leadership. Sydney Thornell, the general manager, is engaged & responsive. You can tell that people genuinely enjoy working there which makes that atmosphere fun. Nic at the front desk always has a smile on his face and goes out his way to make you feel welcomed.Hector does a phenomenal job of keep the locker room in tip top shape. It’s clean and the steam room is a huge plus.I have found the personal training staff to be friendly and helpful. Ava is a new addition there and if I ever was going to use a personal trainer I would definitely work with her.I am impressed by the volume of cardio equipment a variety of classes they have.My focus is on lifting and as a newer member I haven’t taken full advantage of the club but I’m looking forward to it. Thanks Equinox!
Yi Chiang: Quite possibly one of the most beautiful gyms you’ll ever see! Pretty open floor plan though there are some interesting choices in where the equipment is placed.Would definitely recommend visiting if during off hours as the setup can get cramped during peaks.Coolest part about the gym is that the locker rooms are in the actual vault
Akriti Keswani: Best gym ever ❤️

Betsy Arce: I’ve had an exceptional experience with Kimberly, one of the massage therapists at the spa. I see her weekly because she is the only practitioner able to release my muscle tension effectively. Kimberly’s skill and professionalism have earned my complete trust, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and cared for. Highly recommend!
Frank Tanner: Best equinox in the city. Never too crowded and steam room actually works. Great water pressure.
Annette Ambriz: This review is for Kimberly Centinaje at the Equinox Spa.I cannot rave enough about Kimberly!Part relaxation, part physical therapy, you always feel 100% better after a session with her.If you get regular massages, you know it can be tough to find the right therapist. Kimberly is IT.She is the antidote to stress knots and tense muscles. I find sessions with her to be an investment in my health. I highly recommend Kimberly Centinaje for Body Work at the Equinox Spa.
Claire West: I really love this gym. I think it has a lot of character. I love how they kept a lot of pre-existing architectural and design aspects that were part of the building when it was originally a theater. The bathrooms seem clean. The workout facilities seem clean as well.I’ve taken one Vinyasa yoga class, and the instructor was very helpful.I had an appointment with Simon for a massage with cupping yesterday in the spa. It was a wonderful experience I would highly recommend.
Kelsey Attiq: Equinox gyms are always reliable and clean. I love my all access pass. This location isn’t a great value because of the small size, but the amenities and trainers are amazing. Always made me look forward to working out. Private Pilates with John helped me achieve my health goals and kept me feeling great through 9 months of pregnancy, even with an old hip injury.
Ane Almeida: Simply wonderful gym, clean, has several lockers, and has eucalyptus-scented towels.
luis alberto mier cisneros: Excellent service

Alicia Chen: Clean, modern, and courteous staff. Only downside is that at some times, it does get crowded due to the limited lap swim hours and folks are doing a lot of circle swimming. I’d recommend going before 5pm to avoid the evening crowd because of that
Jen Jen: Wants to go
Karthik Nagaraj: I used this pool with my young kid during parent & child swim hour. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the shower areas, the pool, availability of children toys, and finally the friendliness of the staff. I will definitely keep going back here.
Lorraine Mautner: Beautiful setting, the locker and shower area are pristine. Friendly staff!
Michael: Turn up the water heat please. Mary and Mike and the team are great.
Bernice Doner: Nice! I will become a regular here
Hemi Zaza: The best swimming pool in the Bay Area. Great customer service as well as good prices
Enrique Lopez: I like so much

Daniel Jr: Good sometimes if you don't goggles if you ask them they may give you one
nicole altmayer: My son goes to this pool twice a week for swimming lessons. The staff is very friendly great place to learn how to swim. Highly recommended.
yongjian li: This is a great place for people to practice and learn swimming at a low cost with a large space.
Bay Walker: $8 to lap swim. Check online calendar. Mid-day weekday it’s fairly easy to get a lane to yourself. Great staff, reasonably clean locker room with hot enough shower. Conscientious life guards. Friendly patrons. Clear pool.Yes, $8 is fine —esp in SF. Never leave anything visible in your car outside—you’re in SF.
michael crepinsek: Too cold until spring
Alexander “Alex” Shen: Very good pool doesn’t appear to be dated at all.
Latoria Harris: At the park
Seed Plays: I work here
Dennis: This is one of the best public pool in SF, with many helpful staff. It’s the only pool that can host many water sport games!
Megan Sharrer: Haven't been inside for a while so I cannot give a updated review, but my children swam here for years and it was always clean and lifeguards were always present and alert!
Masood Taheri: Super friendly staff! The kids pool is safe and pretty large.
Edward Gibbons: Wonderful pool. Featuring frequently friendly staff, improved security, enhanced locker room maintenance, and updated shower area.

Katka Sabo: , super friendly lifeguards & staff. And please add Sunday opening hours too, families would love it!
Peter Csiba: It’s the best public heated pool we regularly drive here 30mins for our children. NOTE: closed for maintenance until May/20 2024 should update listing
Amias Tong: The best swim place I’ve been too! The lifeguards are very friendly.
Tony: $8 for drop in lap swimming is a deal!
Bernice Doner: Best!
Dmytro Nedzelskyi: - low prices- sauna- too many people sometimes
aniesy casocerrado: Jupiter goes
Kristin Ho: I love the convenience of this pool however PLEASE consider changing your hours so that folks working a typical 9-5pm can actually come swim.Right now, the only options are Friday evening and Saturday. Otherwise, the pool is NOT open in the evenings nor on Sundays, which would be the most ideal time for a swim. It's really hard to be able to fit swimming into my schedule because of the unusual hours.
Mark Wilson: Good local pool. Nothing spectacular- but friendly staff and decent hours.
Liyan: My kids had swimming classes here with Coach Hunter. He is very professional and patient with different level swimmers. My kids had great learning experience.
Chloe: Friendly staff and good value swim! Not too busy for a Saturday

Brad Dunshee: Arguably the best outdoor pool in SF.
Justice Laub: but people can eat dinner inside with masks off??? Come on officials. I am a vaccinated Democrat but this is the stupidest policy I have ever heard of in my entire life related to swimming pools. Please open the swimming pool back up ASAP.
Michael Austin Sui: and towels provided make this one of the best places to swim in the city. 2 full-size basketball courts with hardwood floors, an outdoor rock climbing wall, and racquet ball courts are other awesome features. Good place for all ages, generation, and kids too.
Harold Hoogasian: Clean and fresh.
Veronica Steri: My favourite pool in SF. Go almost every day.
Andrew Valko: San Francisco doesn't have many swimming pools, let alone outdoor swimming pools. This is one of the few, and it's a good one. Six Lanes and twenty-five yards, and not terribly crowded during the day. Expect to split or circle swim during busy times or practice times. The Masters swim program is of decent quality and filled with friendly people. Go on a sunny day and enjoy the view from the rooftop sun deck!
A Wong: The only outdoor swimming pool in SF! The pool is unheated, so it's best for warmer days. Lockers and showers available.
