Bella Rowe: I worked with Shanti for about a year and a half between mid 2021 to the beginning of 2023. It is a night and day shift. I came to Shanti wanting to lose about 10 pounds and yet I was also facing much bigger issues - water retention, stomach pain, caffeine addiction, sleeping 3-4 hours a night, low self image/esteem. Brooke Beers: , no gluten, no dairy and no fried foods. But I ate a good variety of meats, rices, and vegetables that I normally enjoy. I saw instant weight reduction - likely water retention - but encouraging.The cleanse was actually very challenging. I was never hungry and didn't mind the food elimination process. But the supplements that assist the cleanse process gave me incredible headaches. This was a rough 10 day stretch, but clearly something was happening.My blood pressure before the cleanse had reached very high levels. This was new for me but my BP was consistently high over the last year. I tested my BP at the start of the cleanse and throughout. Two weeks into the process my BP had returned to a very healthy normal to low end range.I've lost weight before through vigorous exercise programs. I've never lost weight strictly through diet. On this cleanse I did not exercise and really could not have exercised due to the headaches.I completed the cleanse - about 12 days and slowly introduced various foods back to my diet. I continue to try to avoid gluten/wheat, sugar and dairy but otherwise I feel like my diet is pretty varied and satisfying. 30 days later, I'm down 17 pounds, I feel like I have reduced inflamtion, my BP is normal and I want to continue toward another 20 pounds in weight loss through diet and moderate exercise.Thanks Shanti.

I had multiple doctors tell me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. I had cameras put down my stomach, multiple trips to the E.R. and nothing helped. Frances Perdices: I was introduced to Shanti through my chiropractor who knew that I was on my journey to better health by taking care of my body and being more aware of what I need and what I dont. At first I was hesitant, since I was already doing a lot of research online about supplements and eating right - figuring things out on my own. Boy was I surprised! There were still a lot of things i didnt know nor would probably figure out just by reading articles online. Shanti helped me fill in the big blanks in my daily nutrition and also showed me what I was doing wrong - and I thought i had a handle on things!She steered me in the right direction and kept reminding me of how unique my body is, so much so that what may work for others wont necessarily work for me and that I have to respect that. She was very understanding and patient, and I there is so much that I thank her for.
Rich Reimer: I wanted to lose some weight, and Shanti has been great. She taught me to how to change my diet in a way that is sustainable. I easily lost almost 10 pounds in about 2 months. Beyond weight, she takes a holistic view of your health. We have focused on identifying food allergies, and she introduced me to a high intensity exercise program that takes less than 20 minutes a day. I'd highly recommend her if you want to improve your health, especially weight loss.
Tobey Geise: I have worked with several nutritionists in my past. Shanti is the first to ever look at my bloodwork to determine what could be missing in my diet. She suggested that my anxiety and my night time cravings could be caused by nutrient deficiencies, as well as not eating a substantial breakfast. It has only been a few weeks, but after following the plan . Shanti suggested for me, I have already experienced a big decrease in anxiety throughout the day, as well as a decrease in night time cravings for sweets and more food after dinner. I have some additional changes to make based on several vitamin/mineral deficiencies, but I am very hopeful based on the changes I have already seen. Also, we can all get defensive when someone suggests we remove a food we love, myself included. Shanti is great at delivering feedback and suggestions in a gentle way that makes me want to listen, and I believe that she wants the best outcome for me. She is knowledgeable and cares about her clients.

David Shack: We worked with Kristy at Wellspace to help our daughter deal with some food-related issues and we couldn't be happier with the support we received. Kristy was always pleasant and positive in our interactions and it was obvious that she was extremely knowledgeable and able to provide expert guidance. She set up a system for us to help our daughter through an elimination diet that was very clear, orderly, and well supported. While we worked through this challenging exercise, Kristy always made it doable by providing recipes and resources. She even sent us things during the week like recipes that were aligned with our daughter's preferences. For example, if our daughter said she missed eating pretzels, Kristy would hunt down a great pretzel recipe and send it right away. She listened carefully to what we shared and made sure she understood our needs exactly by asking very astute and helpful questions. Kristy was very adept at looking holistically at what we were trying to do and could not only address the specific nutritional issues, but she was also able to understand and address the impact of stress and the larger context of our daughter’s daily experiences to provide an integrated solution. Furthermore, she was also very skilled at eliciting information and analyzing emerging patterns to better adjust the plan on an ongoing basis. We couldn’t have done it without Kristy and highly recommend her!

Before, I always thought of being hungry or full on a 1-10 scale. Instead, I now see it as a -5 to 5 scale, where we should always be shooting to stay between -2 and 2. It's so much easier to visualize and understand and helps me assess with better accuracy what I'm feeling and whether or not I need that extra snack.
