D Williams: They usually have whatever PS5 games im looking for, and they're definitely cheaper than buying brand new. They don't give you alot whenever you wanna sell your games, but besides that i go there to buy pretty much all my games. And whenever a new release comes out that i want l go here because they stay open till midnight for new AAA releases. They also have some cool hoodies and collectibles.

Alan Shirek (Alan): Best experience I have ever had at Best Buy. A Geek Squad member named Mike helped me deal with an older laptop that had died. I had gone in with the idea of replacing the old laptop. I bought a replacement with some advice from Mike. He worked with me for over an hour to begin to transfer as much data as he could from the old laptop to the new one. A really good experience.

They could use more help because I was waiting behind someone who was in the customer service line and there was no one at the register. However it wasn't terribly long until someone else came up and manned the register.

I appreciate the forwardness as well as the friendliness. Especially since I didn't show up until 10 minutes to close. I would recommend to anyone trying to pawn salad trade personal items.

Chano Real: Always a great experience and almost feels like a museum that is a celebration of gaming in general. One of the few places I would feel comfortable leaving my New 3ds to be repaired.

Andrew Jaru: Great to see more retro game stores, especially in the East Bay! This store has a healthy collection of retro titles from Game Gear, Saturn and of course Xbox/PlayStation/Nintendo. There's a good split of domestic and international versions of games. They also expanded the store, so there's a lot more room for everything, including a bigger plushie wall and a much larger selection of modern games. They have a few cabinets for folks to play with, too. The staff are all very chill and they'll do their best to find you what you want rain or shine. Probably the best customer service in any game store in the Bay. When we were unsure about whether to buy a game, they let us test play it on a system, which was great. On occasion, we also had to do an exchange and it's always been hassle free. It helps that the folks here genuinely enjoy what they do and are happy to talk about everything gaming or otherwise. I always make it a point to stop in when I'm in the area!

max woodson: The name says it all. The Experience Share, in my case I am sharing my video game experience with my kid based on how I experienced it growing up at his age. The fact that everyone who works here has a passion for what they are doing makes this place in my opinion extra special. I recommend them to everyone I know that enjoys video games of all eras.
