Keith Metcalfe: Well above average physical store to go and compare computers, televisions, laptops, accessories, tablets, and more. If you work on desktop computers this is an excellent store to buy new hardware.

Mike: Well educated and great customer service.
Alan Shirek (Alan): Best experience I have ever had at Best Buy. A Geek Squad member named Mike helped me deal with an older laptop that had died. I had gone in with the idea of replacing the old laptop. I bought a replacement with some advice from Mike. He worked with me for over an hour to begin to transfer as much data as he could from the old laptop to the new one. A really good experience.

Julia H: It's so nice to have a brick and mortar store to go and look around compare and get customer service for my items. They could use more help because I was waiting behind someone who was in the customer service line and there was no one at the register. However it wasn't terribly long until someone else came up and manned the register.
zoecalifornia: I didn't go inside, but I used their drive up service. It went well, I didn't have to wait long for my products to be brought out. The associate that brought my things out was polite. No complaints.

D Williams: They usually have whatever PS5 games im looking for, and they're definitely cheaper than buying brand new. They don't give you alot whenever you wanna sell your games, but besides that i go there to buy pretty much all my games. And whenever a new release comes out that i want l go here because they stay open till midnight for new AAA releases. They also have some cool hoodies and collectibles.

Harrison Nguyen: Cameron was very helpful and kind in working with me to trade in my ps4 for the new ps5 bundle. The store was getting busier but Cameron stayed patient and helped me along with a handful of customers. Had a good experience here overall

Thomas Rodriguez: Disc games seem to be dying out, this Gamestop my not be open much longer unfortunately! went in and the selection is very lean, especially for PS5. Online shopping and download able games are killing retailer stores.

Hiroki Taenaka: It takes about 20 minutes by car from San Francisco. There is a Costco in downtown San Francisco, but it's a bit unsafe, so I always come here. There is a wide selection of products, and the parking lot is spacious and convenient. There's also a gas station attached, so I always fill up with gas after shopping.
