Alex J: Room service is good and the restaurant is also good. The lobby is well organized and there is a convenience store, so it's great for a quick meal. There's a bar so it's great for a quick beer, wine or whiskey in the evening. It's good because it's easily accessible around San Francisco and close to the baseball stadium. The friendly service was also good. Please note that this is valet parking and the parking fee is very expensive.
Stephanie: I booked this hotel earlier this year, and was so excited looking forward to this past weekend. The Clancy did not disappoint! Jasmine checked us in, and although there was an early check-in fee, I had no problem paying that. The hotel smells so good, the atmosphere very busy and our view was awesome. The bed was comfy, the decor modern and not overwhelming. We enjoyed the breakfast on site as well. The only thing missing was a pool! Thank you Clancy, we look forward to visiting you again!
Nick May: Great service, rooms were spacious.Gym has two peleton’s which was nice.Rooms: Large. Big bright window. Room has a couch. I was able to work from the room on one of the days. Slept well, couldn’t hear any noise. I was on the 17th floor though.Safety: Really quiet in the neighbourhood when I arrived on a Sunday night. I was fine, but might be a bit uncomfortable for others.Walkability: Basically in the financial district, have to walk a fair bit for great restaurants.Food & drinks: Lobby bar is casual and there is a great back patio to get fresh air. Includes heaters in case it’s chilly.Restaurant has really decent food. Not mind blowing, but does the trick.Breakfast has a la carte or a buffet option.

Sierra Foxtrot: A good hotel with attentive and friendly staff. It has a central location due to its proximity to a large shopping center. From here you can explore San Francisco on foot. The modern rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows through which you have a good view. There is a luggage storage service for all guests who arrive early or wish to leave in the evening.
Q Wer: comfy, low-anxiety, memorable, & smooth. :
Jarred Capellman: Hands down the best hotel in the world. My wife and I have stayed here numerous times over the last year going to various events in San Francisco. The location is perfect to get around to everything we goto. The rooms have always been super clean, large and luxurious. You really can't beat the floor to glass ceiling views of the bay.The staff has always been courteous even when we have checked in at midnight. The buffet breakfast is also the best breakfast, lots of keto options.Walkability: Giants stadium, Warriors Stadium, Ferry Building and SF Symphony are all within walking distance. Not to mention Enterprise Brewery, Rize Up Bakery and Black Hammer Brewery.
Hortencia Mayorga: Hotel highlights Kid-friendly
James Gilbert: Had the great pleasure of staying in a room with Club lounge access for 4 nights recently with a 20th floor view of seismic proportions. A true treat. Luis and the rest of the lounge staff were as one would hope - helpful, attentive, and great to interact with. The food and beverages were of excellent quality, and the views also from the lounge and the patio were terrific. Do not hesitate to stay here, especially if you opt for the Club lounge. The location can be dicey but that's basically the entire city. So, be a little cautious but do still come.

Chris Tebo: Iconic bar at the top of the hotel. We came for the sunset view. Great views, but obviously, newer buildings do obscure the view of the horizon. Interesting cocktails we haven't seen elsewhere. The food was good, but appetizer fare for sure. We really appreciate the rich history. Especially the military tradition of buying a bottle for the next military personnel stopping in. Great to read the notes on the bottled. Amazing history and some famous people too.
Kimberly E: Absolutely GORGEOUS hotel. The staff was the nicest I've ever dealt with. The person who checked us in and the Concierge were both incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel is easy to walk to and from Pier 39, Chinatown, Little Italy, and the government buildings in the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We loved our view of the city from the 10th floor!
Christy T: Great service here so much better than The Plaza Hotel in NYC which we stayed at recently. Bell man immediately helped us with bags. Room had with a stunning view. Attentive room service. Rooms are old but very spacious and the bed was comfortable. A lot of older people working here who are very good at their job. Very pleased. Parking is $85 a night but they told us that immediately. There are other parking garages nearby. The curtains don’t close so the room stays bright at night. I found a hair clip to close mine.

Natasha S: Exelent.
James Sondag: Excellent historic Hotel in Nob hill. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic staff, and a great bar. If you can get a North facing room, you'll be treated to a fantastic view.
Marilyn Dalton: Built in 1922 on posh Nob Hill. Colin Huntington was one of the Big Four railroad barons
Tixiao Shan: Great place to stay
Evan King: Classic Old San Francisco
Tatia Rose: Responded quickly after Hotels.com gave me the runaround on the refund because of Covid. Work directly with them, not hotels.com.
Josie Gonzalez: Beautiful place for a spa day with the girls
joshua condie: Just visited a friend there but front desk was helpful and the hotel evertwhere was spotless and beautiful just take a cab or car to get there dont do what i did and rode a bike it is the very top of a very very very steep hill!!!
Brian Emerson: New favorite SF hotel! Huge suites at not crazy prices. Excellent bar and restaurant. Amazing view. Highly recommended.

Danelle T: it has a heavy saturation of homeless people. However Union District also 4 blocks SE
Barry Lashley: The hotel is really comfortable. The location requires for garage parking or valet. I choose to valet since they have 24hr security to watch over my vehicle. Some of the staff was very helpful…I had one staff member who was rude and instantly told me they didn’t have any more rooms available for me. I think it was a moment of me being judged by my skin color. None the less, once my status was verified, a room was suddenly available. Other than that, I was satisfied with stay.
CK C: The rooms are very nicely decorated, as you can tell from the photos. When checking in, it was mentioned that you can drink free champagne, which tastes good.Unfortunately, the nearby Union Park has been surrounded by homeless people. Although there is no concern about personal safety, it is still uncomfortable.
Alicia C.: Cute boutique hotel in bustling downtown San Francisco. King room is nicely decorated, clean and spacious. A plus is how quiet it was from the city noise. Opt to open windows for fresh air on a breezy day. Walking distance to anything you can need or want. Uber is easy and quick for sight seeing and restaurant going. For safety reasons parking at the hotel is best. Night time walking can get very sketchy. You will want an Adagio stay for ultimate comfort and relaxation.
Kellie Spellman Davis: Have stayed here twice now, and both times have been excellent. The service is wonderful. Jack & Tuan do a great job at the door welcoming guests and making sure everyone gets a glass of bubbly every evening. Sasha was also great, and printed off multiple copies of items I needed for a work meeting. I will definitely be back to Hotel Adagio!
Bryan Larsen: This is my go to for SF visits. It's always cheaper than most other hotels in it's class. Rooms are nicely done. Great views from most rooms. The bar is decent.Rooms: Updated rooms. Windows open for fresh air. Solid furniture that makes you feel more like you're in a guest room at a wealthy friend's house than at a hotel.
U R: AT THE FRONT DESK! THEY ALL DID THEIR BEST TO MAKE SURE I WAS HAPPY AND ACCOMMODATED!YOU CAN TELL TUAN AND THE VALET
Ryan B: Great location, surprisingly affordable for an Autograph in downtown San Fran. Not many amenities as it's a small boutique hotel but if you're looking for a bar or restaurant nearby you have your pick of the litter. Very friendly staff. What amounts to a $25 resort fee actually includes drinks or breakfast and a couple of other little perks.
Jawahn Ware: . The customer service is impeccable!!! It's rare we eat and drink at the hotel bar but stopped for a daily night cap at Mortimer's. Raecyne, Roberto, and Kinga are full of personality and caused us to enjoy each night. The hotel is reasonably priced

Chris C.: This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. It's very clean, with hard wood floors and a fully stocked minibar and snacks. The room was tastefully designed and relatively quiet aside from some occasional street noise. They supply ear plugs in the rooms if you're a light sleeper. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The woman I spoke to left the office and walked down the street with me a bit to show me where to go for the BART.
Ra Wi: You can hear the street noise and the nightly clean-up work on the street clearly. But it didn't bother us.
Giorgia Chirchiglia: , only 2 mins walk from union.Recommended
Louis Lombardo: Great hotel, nice and clean rooms, well located near union square.
Peter Matthews: + clean room, comfortable bed, and good HVAC system+ good location as it is walkable to Union Square, Moscone center, and Bart station- can hear a bit of external noise in room as the window insulation is not great- The wood frame around the bed is weird. Be careful or you may trip and hurt yourself- The sink in bath is very small and has a shelf plank halfway over it, making it a bit awkward to use the sink- mini fridge in the room was stuffed with overpriced drinks Hotel wants to sell you and literally no room to keep anything you would buy on your own.- Table in room is very small. There is a separate lounge for working more comfortably.
Nicole Bliss: This hotel was conveniently located and cozy. The rooms are small, but well laid out and nicely decorated, so it felt like plenty of space for two people for a long weekend. However, the elevator was not functional during our stay, meaning a lot of steps to climb with luggage. Also, the scent diffused in the lobby was a nice smell but very overpowering. As someone who is prone to getting migraines from strong perfumes, I felt like I had to keep the amount of time spent downstairs to a bare minimum.
Tim: A fantastic hotel - what people say about the scent is true this is one of the best smelling places on the planet. Breakfast gets the job done, ok coffee and good croissants. Rooms are good size and comfy bed and pillows. No shower door or barrier in bathroom so very intimate, but other rooms may be different. Pretty quiet after midnight we had no trouble sleeping 7 hours uninterrupted.
Adam Saltan: An exceptional hotel in the center of the city, pretty and charming. The Palihotel San Francisco is probably my favorite hotel in the world. It is unique, with its own character and soul, offering a lot of charm. The hotel is stylish, modern and very well decorated. The rooms are of good taste, clean, comfortable, and big enough. The bathrooms are great, with walk-in showers and nice soaps from Diptyque.Location is great too, right next to Union Square, enabling you to travel around very easily. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel too, which is very convenient. Regarding safety, I felt safe going out even being alone as it’s in a good area of the neighbourhood. It is my second stay here, and I’m sure I’ll come again.
Leslee Watt: Small rooms, but clean, charming, and very friendly staff. Good pastries in the mornings and a great location right on the cusp of that epic San Fran grit.
