Bryce: Wonderful staff, from the Managers to room service and cleaning. Great stay, very attentive. Not a bad walk to Oracle Field. Coffee shop next door is great, too.Rooms: Beds were super comfy. Room was very clean and modern.Food & drinks: Mini fridge had a nice selection.

Ellaria Tyrell: I was a guest at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco. The hotel is in an amazing location, and its guest rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to San Francisco.

Sierra Foxtrot: A good hotel with attentive and friendly staff. It has a central location due to its proximity to a large shopping center. From here you can explore San Francisco on foot. The modern rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows through which you have a good view. There is a luggage storage service for all guests who arrive early or wish to leave in the evening.

Q Wer: comfy, low-anxiety, memorable, & smooth. :

Jarred Capellman: Hands down the best hotel in the world. My wife and I have stayed here numerous times over the last year going to various events in San Francisco. The location is perfect to get around to everything we goto. The rooms have always been super clean, large and luxurious. You really can't beat the floor to glass ceiling views of the bay.The staff has always been courteous even when we have checked in at midnight. The buffet breakfast is also the best breakfast, lots of keto options.Walkability: Giants stadium, Warriors Stadium, Ferry Building and SF Symphony are all within walking distance. Not to mention Enterprise Brewery, Rize Up Bakery and Black Hammer Brewery.

Hortencia Mayorga: Hotel highlights Kid-friendly

James Gilbert: Had the great pleasure of staying in a room with Club lounge access for 4 nights recently with a 20th floor view of seismic proportions. A true treat. Luis and the rest of the lounge staff were as one would hope - helpful, attentive, and great to interact with. The food and beverages were of excellent quality, and the views also from the lounge and the patio were terrific. Do not hesitate to stay here, especially if you opt for the Club lounge. The location can be dicey but that's basically the entire city. So, be a little cautious but do still come.

Vinny T: Just a fantastic stay at this hotel last week from Tue to Friday. From Jane at the front desk to the room service staff, they were all extremely helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable bedding, quiet AC. As a Marriott Platinum member I was made to feel special during the check-in. Definitely a benchmark for other Marriott properties.

DvGns DG: This place was really good I am kinda late to review this place but I was obsessed with the lobby and the pool. Once in a while they put movies for kids to watch in the pool and its old class made the whole hotel chic.

J. R.: , excellent service, the individual petit sandwiches were delicious and the desserts provided were nicely displayed and tasty. Beware, just the tea service will run you $65 each. We purchased a bottle of Chandon sparkling wine and that added another $75 to our tab, plus the Palace valet parking is another $30

The Simple Travels: Situated in the financial district of San Francisco the hotel is easy to get to from the airport via the BART Montgomery St Station. While the Palace Hotel is a fantastic overall hotel, the crown jewel is indeed the Garden Court. Situated in the heart of the hotel, enjoy breakfast from the menu or from the buffet or have lunch or tea.Visit the Pied Piper Restaurant to see the famous painting and visited the small mini museum of keepsakes from hotel past. The hotel staff was fantastic from Juan at the concierge desk to Yenny from house keeping. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and most certainly would return if/when we get a chance.

Carmetta Joyner: Hotel highlights Luxury

Pedro Pablo Ge Acuña: , the pool girl who works in the housekeeping department, she took excellent care of us and gave me nice details for my birthday I got an excellent opinion this is the best hotel in San FranciscoRooms: Exelente

Garth Riley: We had a wonderful stay here on our vacation. Excellent location for exploring. Comfy rooms. Great staff. The Pied Piper was nice to relax in for a bit and the breakfast buffet was decent.Rooms: Smallish room but very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Very cleanSafety: We always felt safe during our stayWalkability: Lots to see and do around the hotel. Easy walking

Chris C.: This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. It's very clean, with hard wood floors and a fully stocked minibar and snacks. The room was tastefully designed and relatively quiet aside from some occasional street noise. They supply ear plugs in the rooms if you're a light sleeper. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The woman I spoke to left the office and walked down the street with me a bit to show me where to go for the BART.

Ra Wi: You can hear the street noise and the nightly clean-up work on the street clearly. But it didn't bother us.

Giorgia Chirchiglia: , only 2 mins walk from union.Recommended

Louis Lombardo: Great hotel, nice and clean rooms, well located near union square.

Peter Matthews: + clean room, comfortable bed, and good HVAC system+ good location as it is walkable to Union Square, Moscone center, and Bart station- can hear a bit of external noise in room as the window insulation is not great- The wood frame around the bed is weird. Be careful or you may trip and hurt yourself- The sink in bath is very small and has a shelf plank halfway over it, making it a bit awkward to use the sink- mini fridge in the room was stuffed with overpriced drinks Hotel wants to sell you and literally no room to keep anything you would buy on your own.- Table in room is very small. There is a separate lounge for working more comfortably.

Nicole Bliss: This hotel was conveniently located and cozy. The rooms are small, but well laid out and nicely decorated, so it felt like plenty of space for two people for a long weekend. However, the elevator was not functional during our stay, meaning a lot of steps to climb with luggage. Also, the scent diffused in the lobby was a nice smell but very overpowering. As someone who is prone to getting migraines from strong perfumes, I felt like I had to keep the amount of time spent downstairs to a bare minimum.

Tim: A fantastic hotel - what people say about the scent is true this is one of the best smelling places on the planet. Breakfast gets the job done, ok coffee and good croissants. Rooms are good size and comfy bed and pillows. No shower door or barrier in bathroom so very intimate, but other rooms may be different. Pretty quiet after midnight we had no trouble sleeping 7 hours uninterrupted.

Adam Saltan: An exceptional hotel in the center of the city, pretty and charming. The Palihotel San Francisco is probably my favorite hotel in the world. It is unique, with its own character and soul, offering a lot of charm. The hotel is stylish, modern and very well decorated. The rooms are of good taste, clean, comfortable, and big enough. The bathrooms are great, with walk-in showers and nice soaps from Diptyque.Location is great too, right next to Union Square, enabling you to travel around very easily. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel too, which is very convenient. Regarding safety, I felt safe going out even being alone as it’s in a good area of the neighbourhood. It is my second stay here, and I’m sure I’ll come again.

Leslee Watt: Small rooms, but clean, charming, and very friendly staff. Good pastries in the mornings and a great location right on the cusp of that epic San Fran grit.

Brett Martin: .Highly reccommend

Allison: This hotel is beautiful and clean. The location is convenient, situated on the trolley line. The staff superb. The service provided was consistent and accommodating, kind and professional. Specifically Neka and Rico were exceptional. I looked forward to their cheerful smiley greetings and the constant replenishment of bottled waters! I was part of a group in town for a wedding. We all were treated like family.I highly recommend this hotel and the great staff. I thank them for making the trip to SFO that much better.~Allison

Brittany Romick: Always a great experience going to the Omni. People are kind and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and the service is always spot on.Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …

Thérèse Seibert: We came for the weekend to celebrate a birthday and they upgraded our room to a suite! The attentive and friendly staff were without exception ready to make sure your visit was 100% amazing! Even with a Birthday sweets board and Prosecco.Walkability: Right downtown

Jessica Miller: Great location, amazing staff, and extremely clean rooms! This hotel is an absolute gem in San Francisco's business district. All staff were kind, supportive, informative, and very helpful. My room was clean and spacious. The bedding and bed were like a home away from home. The doormen were my favorite, offering directions, and even remembering my schedule and having my car ready.

Tai NGUYEN: Ideal location, we had a wedding 50m away.Close to Chinatown, valet parking, pleasant welcome.Small downside on the absence of a mini fridge in the room.

R. M. C.: seemed within a walk-able distance. If not, there were public transport options with in a few blocks.

Shazza F: everyone was fantastic - clearly, the leadership at the hotel is creating the right culture among the team there. I am rarely as impressed as I was by the staff at the SF OMNI. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The room did not have a fridge but they sent one up immediately when I asked, they also allowed a late check out with no extra charge. thank you

Dina Dass: Best hotel experience we have ever had! We were selected as guests of the day, and our room was upgraded and we were surprised to come back to our room and see a bottle of wine and charcuterie waiting for us! The staff members were wonderful from start to finish, and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We will be returning customers for sure!

Rachel Choi: I came here for my 30th birthday with my fiancé. It was my first time staying at an Omni hotel, and it definitely did not disappoint! We had the absolute best experience from check in to check out. They confirmed my reservation via text message the day prior to my check in and allowed me to request early check in ahead of time, without having to call. I was provided a free upgrade upon check in and the room was very clean when I arrived. My early check in fee was waived, though I believe that was part of my room upgrade. Everything was in working order and the free toiletries smelled wonderful. They also sent up a small treat to my room for my birthday, which I definitely did not expect, but thoroughly enjoyed! The free slippers provided in the room were very comfortable and cozy. The valet was speedy, courteous, and consistent. The doormen were very kind as well. The front desk staff were all very helpful and willing to answer any questions. Overall, my stay here was the best hotel experience I have ever had. I will definitely return again and would recommend it to any one interested in staying in SF!

C X: I think the design of this hotel is very good. There is also a slope next to it for dragging luggage. Needless to say, there are steps to walk up and there is an elevator. The room is very clean and tidy. The receptionist at the front desk was very polite and explained and introduced the hotel's facilities.

Thorsten Knoop: Location: 5/5

Pam C: Just stopped in to pick niece but this place looks AWESOME. Just walking around the main floor is stellar.Noteworthy details: Statues of all the music/rock stars that have stayed, including Beatles, Bowie, etc and a great statue outside of Tony Bennett

Tenzin Subhar: Amazing experience and exceptional front desk service, especially front desk manager Ashley, she was so helpful, kind and though. When she found out it was our son’s Birthday weekend, she made it extra special by sending him a personal birthday card and a gift. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and helpful, very clean and the location was close to everything especially the cable cars. Loved it here and will definitely visit again.

marcia craw: Rooms: Clean comfortNearby activities: Everything was in walking distanceSafety: Felt very safeWalkability: GreatFood & drinks: Amazing

Laura O: on one slice of sourdough bread. The menu said BLT on baguette with blah blah aioli...sounded good. It was not and the waiter then tried to argue with us about what a baguette was, then tried to tell us that because we were tourists we didn't understand. We aren't, we are from Alameda and just stayed over to go to dinner at HOPR and not have to drive home late after drinking...The calamari was OLD. Like fishy smelling/tasting. We had lunch for four people and it was $250 before tip. Lunch. We went to dinner at HOPR and paid far less for WAY better food. To make a long story long....stay at this hotel because its nice/clean/in a great location but avoid their restaurant like its the plague.Rooms: Rooms are super cute. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean and nice.Nearby activities: There is a cool museum/arcade a few blocks away. You're basically in the middle of the wharf so there is a ton of stuff to do if you're new to the area. If you are not new to the area, you will be sad to see all the old timer restaurants are shuttered

Steve May: Loved our stay at Argonaut. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the neighborhood felt safe. Great location for exploring San Francisco. Really loved our morning walks to see the Harbor Seals and grab coffee.Nearby activities: 10 minute stroll to the Harbor Seals.

Vivian Y: Excellent location and plenty of amenities. But I ended up having to contact the front desk a lot about things that I was supposed to have included in my package like free breakfast and late checkout. The room was cute, but more dimly lit than I prefer. The Jacuzzi tub was a huge highlight, but many of the bathroom fixtures also felt outdated.Overall, I enjoyed my stay and might go back due to the excellent location, but I'm not sure.

Kraig S: , but it did not accumulate. So, you were expected to use the hotel services daily and even with the credit applied, it was fairly pricey for the area.

C Martinez: I absolutely love this hotel! Right in the center of city near so many great dining options and shopping. My husband and I stay here whenever we are in the city in previous stays we have had nice suites but this stay we booked a corner room, it had such a great view of financial district and buildings… plus it was fun people watching from high above.

Lynda Mendoza: Keven welcomed me and checked me in even though it was only 2:30pm. He was so attentive and made sure to accommodate me knowing I was having surgery the next morning at UCSF 6am. My room was cozy and quiet to allow me to rest and prepare for my early morning departure. The hotel is located so close to many restaurants and stores. I will definitely be visiting San Francisco again and stay at Abri Hotel to enjoy all the amenities that surround the hotel.😊Safety: Lobby doors monitored by the front desk. Someone always thereWalkability: Trolly station less than half a block from hotelFood & drinks: Great Steak houses, Sushi, Pho, Chinese, Salads and Soups.

Bernd Katzer: Room a bit small but very clean. Central locationWalkability: Union Square around the cornerFood & drinks: No breakfast, but coffee machine in the room

JC Powers: Such a wonderful experience, there were some initial hiccups when I first came, and I spoke with management about it and not only did they own. What was my issue? They upgraded my room and made me feel extremely valued. I will stay here again and again excellent to all of the staff and management.

Duyen Jorundson: Conveniently located in the heart of downtown—Union Square so super easy to get around by foot. Rooms were on the older side but with some good paint and kept clean it was nice. Our TV in the living room didn’t work at all but we never used it, we only found out from curiosity. Not sure if windows were thin but could hear lots of traffic noise from the living room side early morning. Otherwise hotel staff were all very nice and helpful! Pricing was fair, Walgreens just at the corner so super convenient for snacks, lots of cafes & restaurants within a 1-2 block radius.

Edita Erovic: Stayed at Hotel Abri for three nights while visiting San Francisco. I like how close it is to the trolley at Market and Powell as well as the BART and city buses. The staff was very kind and the accommodations were comfortable. We had a room right on Ellis street and fair warning it is very loud especially on Saturday night with people revving car engines, drunk people laughing and yelling, and trucks crunching garbage and recycling. If you’re a light sleeper request an inside room so you’re not right against the street. They’re very eco friendly and only replace towels if you ask. We just needed the trash taken out and they accommodated us. I also wish the room had a microwave to heat up kids’ milk and warm leftovers but it wasn’t a big deal. Friendly staff, excellent location, and comfortable accommodations. Would stay here again.

Leslie Dugger: but our stay was quite comfortable. The location is close where we needed to be. While it is very close to the tenderloin, the area is not affected by that. We plan to return soon.Rooms: Our room was very clean and comfortable. We like that it is a green hotel so there is little waste

Michael Atchison: Is very underrated. Had great service with my aunt. The breakfast bacon was very good. I would highly suggest this place. The location is not the best but you are right next to a great sushi resturaunt and relativly cheap parking, there is also a boba place across the streat.Walkability: My aunt was in a wheel chair and it was the most Accessible place out of all hotels we went to.

louis flores: Amazing front desk staff that's super helpful and made my stay worth it. The room was clean, and I had no issues while staying here. Close to everything being in Union Square. Great place if your on a budget.

Amitabh Anand: Convenient location, clean spacious rooms, a nice cozy hotel for a couple of days stay...they mention breakfast but it is more of a set menu of pre-cooked options, a bread counter, fresh fruits and juices, milk, muesli and coffee...but the spread is not bad and adequate for a quick breakfast to get your day startedRooms: Spacious, cleanNearby activities: Union Square is walkableSafety: Located in Twnderloin which is notorious for homeless menace, but the hotel is safe with a bustling pub downstairsWalkability: Walkable, but best to avoid walking at night given that the area is rife with the homelessFood & drinks: Plenty of options - pubs cafes restaurants

Katrina L. Coker: - Need room key to access elevator floors. I appreciated this level of security.- Great price for the location and amenities.- Staff very responsive to concerns.Cons:- My room faced an alley and was loud at night around trash pickup time. With ear plugs and white noise, not a big deal but annoying.- Very small room, like living in a Tiny House for the week. Fine for me but could be surprising for more than one person.- Only shower, no where to prop leg to shave :

David Kagel: We had a perfect stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the property. From the helpful doormen to the front desk and restaurant we enjoyed every interaction with the staff. The breakfast quality was top notch and so was the service. We had a room with a stunning view on the 44th floor that was beautiful. The shower, and bed and towels and robes were all great. The location is wonderful and easy to walk or grab a quick uber. Can't wait to return!

Rob Stevenson: First time staying here and it was excellent. Great rooms and service. Will stay again.Food & drinks: Bar area was good. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent.

Edwin Chu: What use to be the Mandarin Oriental years ago has now been turned to the Four Seasons. The hotel has great views, city view room. Seamless service. Room service for breakfast was great, we aren't very demanding but the gentleman was courteous and asked how we wanted the table to be setup. Though if I am honest the chairs in the room aren't the best for the seating arrangement for it. But being able to enjoy a meal in the room looking out the window is wonderful. Location is a hit or miss depending on what your itinerary. In the middle of Financial district away from more popular places for tourist in the city.

alide westerholt: A unique, authentic hotel in a wonderful location, fun things within walking distance. Good tips from the staff. No elevator available!! But fortunately my suitcase was raised and lowered by Nick.

Saturn View: this hotel has devices in the rooms to ward of any such creatures and they clearly worked.Safety: All though this city is clearly struggling with homeless camps, those are neither in this area or a concern while walking around. I walked from the hotel to Golden gate bridge as well as into downtown and never felt unsafe.Walkability: Very walkable area, if you are a healthy individual which is accustom to walking or exercise in general, you'll have no problem getting anywhere you wish to go. I didn't even text a car, during this trip. Bart from the airport only took about 30 min and the walk to hotel only about 10 min or soNoteworthy details: The stairs and lobby area smell like musty old garlic, likely due to the proximity of the restaurant next door but isn't as bad in the room. Last but certainly not least, the staff was super friendly and more helpful than most big chain hotels I've ever stayed. There is no a/c in the rooms but that's no so important in the city, given annual temperature and fact that all rooms have heaters, fans, and large windows to open fire a breeze.

JT Easton: Best little getaway. Mary is a gem.Hotel highlights Romantic, Great value …

India Bastien: This place is super cute and has that family owned vibe to it. I thought the location was good and the price was great. They where super accommodating and friendly. The room was a bit chilly but honestly it was really cute.

It's about $14.99/day for non-members but $1/day for Marriott members. The Roof top bar on the 39th floor was amazing. Also, if you want to save some money then don't buy food or drink from the hotel as they could be expensive. There is Target supermarket just across the road.Rooms: The room was serviced daily and was very clean and tidy. Water pressure in the shower isn't that great, though.Nearby activities: San Francisco shopping mall, Target, Star Bucks, Super Burgers, Sales Force Tower. Macy's, Cheesecake Factory

Charlotte Jupp: Rooms: Functional and clean.Nearby activities: Nice hotel bar. Good location for a lot of the sights. Convenient for Powell Street and the trams.Safety: Safe enough for San Francisco. Busy area.Walkability: Can walk to a lot of locations and central.Food & drinks: Nice rooftop bar for drinks. Didn't eat food.

Leonardo Garcia: The best thing about the hotel is the rooftop bar. The rooms are old and worn out. As usual in San Francisco, it's too expensive for a terrible experience.Rooms: Terrible. Very old and worn out.

Gustavo Nadais: Region with a lot of drug addicts, which makes it scary to go out. But the hotel is still pretty cool.Rooms: Rooms ok, I expected more for the price. But OK.Safety: Hotel security, especially at night or on busier days, is good, but they are very rude. American profile. The streets around are full of drug addicts and homeless people, it's terrible.

Marco Polo: 2 blocks up on Sutter Street, great breakfast. Very good prices.

Elena Belgum (Count Talkula): This place is enormous, I forgot how big it was and that I had gotten lost there more than once. Tower one has 40 or more floors, reception areas huge and has a great but expensive store/ Deli which I think is open 24 hours. Security can be overly Vigilant and rude but considering the location and current situation and the fact that people are sleeping there, it's to be expected. If you are visiting somebody here have their room number and last name and it doesn't hurt to have picture ID and have them call them or come meet you in the lobby or leave a message at the front desk or something like that or you may not get in. The prices are more than double the last time I've been there, I don't know if there was a convention in town or that's just the current pricing or the person I know just didn't have any discounts, but this is definitely not a budget location. They also have A well-stocked gift shop, although I don't think I would rely on it for gifts for any kind of special occasion it's closer to an airport convenience store. They also have a couple of restaurants and bars, pool, hot tub, convention facilities, office equipment, 24/7 room service and maid service etcRooms: I've only seen standard rooms here. They are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are nice and well stocked and I believe most if not all of the rooms have balconies.Nearby activities: Great location near Union Square and the Theater District also near the tenderloin, so don't leave anything in your car if you park here. I wouldn't even leave your car outside of their parking lot or it may not be there when you get back. SF does not have a ton of 24-hour activities and businesses like it used to but if you're going to find them it'll be near that hotel.Safety: Don't walk around this neighborhood altered alone or you are likely to be targeted for robbery or something similar. I would not leave my car there overnight if it was nice and definitely not if it had anything inside . Great for shopping but don't leave any valuables unattended. Great for bars and restaurants but a pricey area, better deals available within a mile or less.Walkability: Almost all of San Francisco is extremely walkable, the tenderloin is much dirtier than it used to be and it's not advisable to walk in anything other than closed-toed shoes and not provocatively dressed unless you like a whole lot of attention. Also keep your wallet hidden and be friendly but not overly friendly if it's late at night. You can see Union Square from a street performers, Broadway level theater, a lot of bars and restaurants and shopping and cable cars, Market street, the ferry building, the Embarcadero, Grace Cathedral and a lot of other great sites and stuff to do within easy walking distance although you might run into a lot of hills.Food & drinks: Available 24/7 at the hotel but very pricey. Available in the area also very pricey, again go to the tenderloin for better prices but keep your wits about you and hide your money. I would recommend going up to Polk street for Napoli Pizza, and other great restaurants and bars for a younger, "hipper" crowd at a lower price than the Union Square area, you'll be passing through the tenderloin to get there which is possibly too Hip for most people and much lower pricing unless you're buying drugs or ice cream. LolNoteworthy details: Most likely the largest hotel in the city, great location, clean professional Etc but much higher pricing than other smaller and possibly more fun hotels which may not offer the same amenities or hours.

Marian Panlilio: , and a cable car station. The rooms were clean but a bit small if you would bring kids; otherwise, this would be perfect if you would spend most of the time exploring San Francisco. I had a senior citizen with me during the trip but we did not experience any issues. Price point was fair considering its location. What my companion liked was the availability of a fan and a room heater, which can cater to clients that would like a cooler and a warmer room, respectively. What I loved about the hotel were the small things actually such as the fireplace—which was somehow a sanctuary when the night wind gets cold; the vibe of the lobby and its common areas where people can just hang out, the water dispenser

T. “SHOWTIME” Terry: Always my go to hotel I like this place they keep it clean and I like to stay very helpfulWalkability: A great location to everything for a fast food and shopping and restaurants

Justina Ng: The Cartwright Hotel was recommended by a friend and we stayed here for two nights. It is reasonably priced for the location which is within walking distance from Union Square. There are plenty of food and retail options nearby, and it is a 10-minute walk to the Powell BART Station. The rooms are clean and functional. There is a ceiling fan which helps to circulate the air. The common area near the lobby has comfortable seats and a fireplace. They provide coffee and tea in the mornings and have a water dispenser. The service experience was beyond our expectations and staff like Steven and Tai went the distance to accommodate our requests, which made our stay memorable. While it is a cosy sized hotel, their hearts are big and that made all the difference. I would highly recommend the Cartwright Hotel.

Arvind Gupta: “Reasonably comfortable stay in prime location ”The property is located in prime area of San Francisco in Union Square. All important happening places are nearby. Though room size is very small but well planned storage spaces. We lived in room number 702. Would have loved it more if view would have been better. However, will recommend this for reasonably comfortable stay in prime location.Rooms: Room size is small but suitably designed with sufficient storage spaces.Nearby activities: Very close to Union Square and happening places.Safety: Safe areaWalkability: Market place and public transportation at walkable distances

Mallaury Portier: Very nice hotel, the bedding is very comfortable. The welcome is friendly and the location is perfect, close to public transport and at the same time on foot there are so many things to see.On the other hand, we stayed there for 4 nights and room service did not come to our room once during the stay.

Thomas Dappe: Hotel well located in downtown San Francisco, comfortable rooms and very nice bedding. Positive point also the bathroom, new and clean. No complaints.Rooms: 5/5Hotel highlights Quiet …
