A bit later, we saw an area in the garage that had been treated and excluded, and the wall had been chewed through next to that treated area. Again, they came out quickly and fixed the new incursion. Glenn Thompson: We have had a roach problem in our apartment for about 6 months now. This was the first time in 12 years we have had a pest problem. We tried almost every store bought pest control treatment we could find. The problem was only getting worse. So we called our landlord and found out we could have an exterminator come out and treat our apartment. We have had 2 visits in the past 5 weeks, and we are thrilled with the results. Not only are we seeing a noticeable decrease in roaches, but we were educates on how to get rid of then permanently. The exterminator came in and spoke with us about what he was doing and why. My partner and I are finally feeling we can end our roach problem. We can't say enough good things about the service we have gotten. Thank you!

Lynn Kaplan: Technician great, professional and courteous. Orkin is trying to resolve my issues with Lesser House Flies, the kind that fly around at head level but don’t land. Orkin does not seem to have a solution and we’ve looked everywhere for the source. Technician even looked under deck with flashlights to see if he could spot anything but no visible anything. I can’t give 5 stars because they aren’t getting the issue resolved but I am pleased with the effort.Update: orkin has been proactive about contacting me to get issue resolved so 5 stars on that score. Manager came out today after 3 technician visits to try something different and we’ll have to see if it works

They spoke in detail about what they did and what they can do to prevent issues later. They just didn’t have the proper supplies for the mosquitos but the company itself does take care of this with another product I guess. Overall I feel a sense of relief after they came and left!

Stephanie Dennis: So helpful! While I ended up not needing them to come out for my moth issue, they answered all my questions, provided me with information, explained what I should do. No effort to sell me anything I didn't need. I would 100% call them if any other pest issue came up. Extra bonus--they picked up the phone on the first ring.
