Lynn Kaplan: Technician great, professional and courteous. Orkin is trying to resolve my issues with Lesser House Flies, the kind that fly around at head level but don’t land. Orkin does not seem to have a solution and we’ve looked everywhere for the source. Technician even looked under deck with flashlights to see if he could spot anything but no visible anything. I can’t give 5 stars because they aren’t getting the issue resolved but I am pleased with the effort.Update: orkin has been proactive about contacting me to get issue resolved so 5 stars on that score. Manager came out today after 3 technician visits to try something different and we’ll have to see if it works

Paul Battaglia: William has applied two treatments in the last 5 months, the last time was 2 months ago, and his work has been really effective. The company offers a reasonably priced maitainance program for ants that is very flexible in terms of scheduling according to what your house needs. I highly recommend Omega Termite and Pest Control for your ant problems. William is awesome, but I assume their other techs are also!
