Michelle David: . The facilities are clean and stylish. The workout programs are actually fun, but they get the job done, too. Plus, there's an awesome sense of community that makes every trip there a blast. I've checked out all their spots, and they're all solid.
Jesse Miller: Excellent, experienced and committed training staff. Scott and Kris were my training superheroes as I fought back to recover from a major injury. Location is very convenient to downtown / soma with a second location in Hayes Valley. I use P4L to compliment my Equinox membership.

The moment I walked into Perform For Life, that intimidation feeling I always get when I walk into a gym immediately went away. The atmosphere here is so positive! All of the coaches here are super welcoming, supportive, and knowledgeable. It really feels like a tight knit community when you come in.The biggest thanks for my new found confidence in myself, and love for lifting weights and working out goes to my Coach Kris Gallimore. I was first paired with him based on my specific goals and his experience previously training tactical athletes. He's patient, encouraging, super informative, and most of all so genuine and makes working out so much fun and enjoyable. The programs he's put together for my goals are top-notch, and we do so much different variety of workouts each session. Every session I feel challenged, and so proud of myself for accomplishing something I did not even know I was capable of. My most recent accomplishment was 30 inch box jumps!! I can’t say thank you enough to him for encouraging me to challenge myself both mentally and physically every session. Seriously, I could rave about him for hours.They also have small group classes that's taught by amazing coaches to supplement the work you are doing with your coach 1:1. These classes are capped at about 5 people so you still have that intimate community feeling.Any fitness goals that you have, Perform For Life can get you there. They will help you meet, and exceed your own expectations that you did not even know you were capable of.

Aldrich Waren: I got nothing but love for the P4L Fam! It was my first time ever doing personal training, and I'm glad I put my trust in them. From consultation, to my first day of training, to the small group classes, I've learned so much about fitness and my own body during this process. I don't know about you, but I've definitely walked into many gyms feeling intimidated and scared to ask questions about how to use machines or how to work out. But at P4L, they've created such a welcoming and friendly culture where you can just keep asking questions and learn about fitness that you can take with you years after. Bryant and Justine are super friendly, and they genuinely care about everyone who walks through those doors, which is why the culture matches exactly that. The coaches and staff are skilled, very knowledgeable, and know how to adapt the program to match your goals.Shoutout to Brandon who manages the FiDi location. I trained with him for a year and a half and he's helped me work on my flexibility, balance, agility, as well as core strength since my goal for personal training was to get better at hiphop dance. I also really like how we can talk about all the new hiphop albums dropping, and basketball.

As hard as it is to stay motivated, her willingness to keep encouraging me is very much appreciated. She is knowledgeable and has been giving me workouts that target areas pertaining to my fitness goals. I have already seen improvement in some of my problem areas, which is extremely exciting. There are some exercises I have never tried before which makes me look forward to our workouts. She goes out of her way to keep me accountable and make our workouts fun. Asheley Bamberg: Mianni is one of the best trainers I’ve ever come across! She brings a good vibe to training sessions and is well educated in all the exercises she brings to the classes! If you truly want to get fit and fab Mianni is the go to! Don’t sleep on her! Summer is right around the corner

The members here are cool and inclusive and not once did I feel out of place, even though I’m definitely the least fit person in the room. Go, check them out and give it try if you always wanted to see what’s CrossFit all about.

Kyle Drew: Dropped in for 2 sessions. Got two varied WODs. Coaches were good on both mornings started with a good warmup and helped with any questions and with technique. Really welcoming Gym would recommend if you’re in the area!

Toğrul İsaoğlu: UFC Concord is a great gym to visit. It's equipped with all the necessary tools and isn't overly crowded. You won't have to wait long to use the bench press. Additionally, the changing rooms and bathrooms are kept clean.
Marie Kumar: Plenty of equipment to go around. This gym has been my favorite out of all of the other gyms in concord. Their hours work for my lifestyle and my kids actually enjoy going to the kids club while I workout. They previously used to go to the kids club at City Sport and they would cry every time we’d leave them there. So all in all, a very family friendly club with great staff and atmosphere.

I been there since 2012 & since it’s been under new Management it’s been great Love the music they play the staff cares the Workout equipment is great the smoothie bar is amazing & it’s clean
Scott Quan: I have been training with coach Kyle for 3 months now on learning the fundamentals of boxing and I absolutely enjoy every training session. Coach Kyle is an excellent coach and I love the way he teaches, for example if he is teaching a new technique he breaks it down step by step and if I’m doing a certain technique the wrong way he will stop me and make sure I perform it the right way and he’ll have me perform it till I get the certain technique right and I thank him for being patient with me. I certainly feel I have learned a lot of knowledge in the 3 months I’ve been training with my coach and I hope to have him as my coach for as long as I possibly can. In the martial arts world the word sensei means teacher in Japanese and i am very proud to call coach Kyle my sensei🙏🥋👊
