JEAN St Juste: Dante was amazing. Very knowledgeable to each wine that we were tasting. We were the first customers to walk in. And he made us feel welcome instantly. This was a great thing to do as my first time in San Francisco. Thanks again Dante !!!!
Rishi: Love this place! Don't sleep on it just because it's in Fisherman's Wharf. We're SF locals and love coming here because od the service and the wines you can't get anywhere else! Particularly love the Mourvedre, the Cab, and the Howell Mountain Zinfandel. Kostas and Christopher are the best!
cara hovell: Mike was very knowledgeable and informative about the all the wines. I am not very open to trying new wines but he offered tastings of different types of wine which was going above and beyond. We had a great experience here and I think everyone that visits should stop by.
John M: Absolutely stellar place to drop in, alone or with a group. Chatting with strangers over a red Merlot and getting to know locals and tourists alike was a calming moment during a busy week. Staff are exceptional and stop to chat between filling a glass or serving a flight or two. Absolutely would visit again!
Roberto Blain: I don't often write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so today because of the excellent and fun experience my friends and I had going for a wine tasting at the Winery Collective at Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco.Somewhat inexperienced at this wine tasting game, we were lucky to have Kostas as our host and wine associate. His knowledge and professionalism was superb and he guided us through a truly wonderful wine tasting experience like a seasoned wine sherpa. I had the Red Flight, which was delicious, and ended up buying my favorite, the Pinot Noir 2013 W. It was an overall terrific experience and we'll be back! Highly recommended.
Zoya Imran: A great spot on Fishermans Wharf. We popped in on a rainy afternoon after going to Alcatraz as we hadn't had the opportunity to make it to the wine regions on our short Californian trip in winter. My partner and I both got tasting flights and Kostas the bartender/sommelier was amazing - friendly, super knowledgable and really engaging to speak to. Great range of wines from different regions in California on offer.
Barry Lewis: Delicious variety for tasting and knowledgeable staff....interesting history shared with a fun atmosphere and easy access to Fisherman's Warf. Great value.
Max Ray: We were on a road trip and decided to stop at some vine spot, we chose this place, the atmosphere was great, the bartender was very professional and friendly, we loved this place from the first step in, vines taste super good and prices are reasonable, if u are around here this is the place must visit
Kevin Lapalme: A great place to enjoy good wine, music and meet different people across the globe. Kostas and Deena are very friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommended!
Cherise Jackson: We were on vacation in San Francisco and wanted to do a wine tasting.in the city. We chose Winery Collective and had a great time! They have a nice wine selection. Also, the hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Schöpfer Robert: Lovingly decorated wine bar, competent advice and really great wine. Plus great entertainment and lots of good tips from Kostas and Chloe, thank you for the great time!Whether you want to drink a glass of wine or experience a whole tasting, you've come to the right place.
Shirin: I went to a special drag show event which was super fun! The staff there is knowledgeable about their wine and the service is top notch!
Elena Inf: We were so happy to find this hidden gem near Fisherman's Wharf! Very cool atmosphere, great music and delicious wines! Our bartender Kostas was incredible! Knowledgeable, quick-witted, honest, funny, made us feel right at home and suggested excellent wines based on our taste! Glitter was my fav! Can't recommend enough!
Anatoli Romanov: Very cool spot
Jela Clarke: Great host, good wine and if you are new in town, Chloe has great recommendations.
ben agogo: Very nice place in SF for an area wine "degustation " . Very special thanks and very grateful to Kostas for his enthusiasm and professionnalism to explain the wines, above all the generosity. You can chose classicly a glass or formulas called "flights" composed with white, red, mixed or sweet wines. Jean Marc, France
Kanyaporn Sangthavorn: Cozy place with a lot of wine selections
Eric Lemay: One of my favorite visit in San Francisco! Kostas was a fantastic host and we met a lot of interesting people from around the world. I highly recommend this place!
Vasilis Peters: Such a wonderful hidden gem at the edge of Fisherman's Wharf!🍷Upon stepping into the tasting room, the atmosphere and decor makes you feel like you’ve been transported to Rioja or Tuscany. The staff is very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. They have a great selection of wines from small California boutique wineries across multiple regions. You can choose from various tastings, wines by the glass, bottles or let them know your preferences and they'll customize a tasting for you.Kostas and Christopher made great recommendations after I let them know the types of varietals I preferred.Bonus, they play great music and the friendly atmosphere lends to fun chats with other patrons.I'll definitely be bringing friends who come to visit SF!

Dave Methvin: I happened by this store since I was staying at the nearby Hilton in Union Square. What a wonderful place! They carry bottles from many small local unsung wineries. As an east coaster I'd never heard of most of them, but Don talked me through many of their choices and I decided on a bottle that my wife and I loved. I was pleased at the prices, it's hard to believe that I could get a great bottle of wine for $50 that only had 8 barrels made in total. I suspect we will sign up for their quarterly wine club.
Terence Reis: I walked in looking to buy just one of the well-known labels. What I got was an amazing lesson about the Californian wine production and history. And left the store with great local wines. If you want wines from California, this is the place.
Brian “Mo-Fo” Dean: Came into this shop on a mission to find a good bottle of California wine, came out with 3. I love this place and Andy turned me on to a few Cab Francs that were delicious AND affordable. Thanks again, I’ll be back in your store the next time I’m in San Fran.
mushi 44: The wines are wholesaled from local wineries, and all wines are carefully selected from wines that are not produced in large numbers. It's fun just looking at the wines lined up on the wall, but you can also learn about the characteristics of the wines from the knowledgeable staff. The asking price goes up in order from the bottom up, but if you decide on a budget per bottle, say 30 to 50 dollars, and the number of bottles you want, then let them know your preferences and they will recommend it to you. They also sold me a cover that wouldn't break when I put it in my suitcase at a low price of $1.50, and advised me to bring another cover the next time I came. This is a shop that can be recommended to many Japanese people as there is explanation in Japanese.
Benjamin Fheng: Wines are very well priced and shopkeepers personally only put out the stuff that they love. Would absolutely come here again in my next visit!Came here mid December 2023 and got 3 bottles of wine. Rick was incredibly accommodating and friendly when I told him I needed some Californian wines. He was able to explain with lots of passion which wines he loved and would recommend. Don came out and went into an immense depth on some nice history of California wines and its production. Super rare find and really happy I found this place.
山崎祐治: I bought a wine as a gift for my friend. I got a nice wine thanks for kindness of the staff! Wines are affordable to purchase. If you find gifts about California, here is the most recommended shop!
David Baker: Stopped in before heading to the airport with no idea what I was looking for. The guy in the shop gave me a quick run down on different wines and where they come from and what would go best with a meal I wanted to make for my wife and I. All that and he found something EXACTLY in my budget.Perfect way to end my work trip , will absolutely come back next time I’m in SFO
Marten: An absolute gem. Highly recommend them, AND ...what they recommend. Can't say enough. Thanks, Andy and Hanson 🙏🏼
Renata Almeida: I have been part of their Cabernet Club for almost 5 years now. Amazing Cabs! Some from small vineyards with outstanding quality. Forget about Opus One… this place will offer you much better quality wines for a lot less than $400 a bottle. The club wines will be pricy from $65 to $120 per bottle but worth every penny. the quality is really outstanding! I believe Don’s knowledge/experience in the Nappa area is beyond what I have ever expected. I just love their Cabernet Club! ❤️🍷 If you are looking for an outstanding Cabernet club join this one, you will not regret if you are a real Cabernet lover. I promise you! 😉
Itsu: I visited for myself and for souvenirs. I'm not an expert on wine, but the staff were very knowledgeable and recommended the best wines based on my general requests. They only stock the ones that they tasted and found to be the best.
William Jordan: Took a respite from the rain while weekending in San Francisco. Nice selection of less common wines that speak to their relationships in the wine industry. Andy was a pleasure to talk to & he has great depth of knowledge and a passion for their offerings. Highly recommend for a special bottle and I look forward to returning.
Mike B.: Nobody in this world knows more about wine and the back stories of every vineyard than Don Gillette! Bring a notepad or better yet, just record him. Amazing selection of wines and recommendations!
kristin yeo: A 50 year old winery exchange in San Fran city. If looking for good Napa wines and winery is out of the visit list, they have great selections here, owner Don is knowledgeable and able to share his wine expertise and knowledge too!
Phongthon Tharachai: The owner is super knowledgeable . They do not sell wines that do not taste .Strongly recommend for wine enthusiasts.
Kendii Tharachai (Ken): Excellent.
Kristina Outland: was so nice and knowledgeable! I felt like I got the perfect gift for my mom. I wasn’t going to buy one for myself but I felt so comfortable that I had to grab one for me. Both people there today were great- will return. Thanks!

Allison Vennerberg: Great ambiance, attentive service.
Darla Wright: Nice spot! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Relaxing place to hang out & sip.
tina wonderling: . They were super sweet to us, and really knew their wines. We ended up with a delicious Pinot and a monster Cabernet, along with a burrata, a cheese plate
jennifer nahodil: ! A pretty wide selection of California and French stuff. Came in with my girlfriend for a quick glass, and ended up staying for a couple more. Didn’t try the food, but definitely a great wine spot.
Anil Chokshi: This is a nice SF gem. Excellent wine selection, beautiful space, and cool knowledgeable staff. The design elements are a combination of modern and classic style. Sip, chat, break bread. This spot checks all the boxes

Javier Santos Martínez: A very nice place to walk and get lost in the dozens of shops there. Eating here can be more expensive than usual, but if you walk a little further you can find places with good options at more affordable prices. It is interesting to read the signs distributed throughout the port about the history of its construction. In the sea lion area there are also small infographics about these animals that gather there freely.

Kamalasan Reddy VB: Pier 39 is a lively and popular destination in San Francisco, located along the city's waterfront. It offers a variety of attractions, including shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. A highlight is the colony of sea lions that often sunbathe on the docks. Visitors can enjoy street performances, visit the Aquarium of the Bay, and get great views of Alcatraz Island and the Golden Gate Bridge. It's a family-friendly spot and a must-see for tourists exploring the city.

Kathleen Pollard: One of the most beautiful parks in California. So many paths for walking, biking and roller skating, Japanese Gardens, De Young Museum, Academy of Science, rose garden and much more! Great place to bring your dog, too. Also, vendors selling pretzels , hot dogs, ice cream and drinks.
Lluis Higini Melero Peris: Modified._A few years ago we were in San Francisco taking advantage of a stay at a relative's house in the city. One of the places that could not be missed was Golden Gate Park. We visited the park on several occasions, lucky to be staying on Balboa Street. It has an extension of 5 kilometers long and 1 kilometer wide, doing it in one day seems like an impossible mission, which is why the park has minibuses that travel through it. At one end of the park, delimiting the beach, are the two windmills on each side. During the various visits to the park we discovered new beautiful and unique corners, such as the Japanese garden decorated with pagodas and bonsai trees, with the area where a herd of American buffalo is located, as well as museums, botanical gardens and sports areas. There are endless things in that park. I can only describe it as excellent. I took photos of almost every corner, and since this park offers a lot, it is appropriate to make individual reviews.
Jota Ce: , greeting the bison... If you travel from east to west you end up in the sea.
Salma Bakr: Amazing park by all measures. A slightly larger version of Central Park in NYC. Tons to see and do. You can easily spend a full day there on weekends or weekdays. My kids especially like the bison paddock and the California Academy of Sciences. And I love the De Young museum and the botanical garden.
Berrin Cantez: It's a wonderful park, just be careful of the grass after it rains, some areas can be deeper and muddy than they appear.
Mon Sin-A (Mon-Si-A): Great place to be at. There are paid parking and street parking. Prepare jacket as it get cold.
Athira Raj: Great park to walk and scenic. Food trucks and event
Maggy C: It is a large and beautiful park where there is a lot to explore and enjoy. Trails and meadows, Academy of Sciences, Botanical Garden, Japanese Garden, Plant Conservatory, courts, sports, Academy of Arts, food carts, everything makes an exceptional place to have a special day for adults and children.
Wayman Wong: Hellsman HallowDog-friendliness: On leashPicnic area: Fully used

Kamalasan Reddy VB: The California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco is a renowned science museum located in Golden Gate Park. It features an aquarium, a planetarium, a natural history museum, and a rainforest all under one roof. Visitors can explore exhibits about marine life, outer space, and diverse ecosystems. The building itself is eco-friendly, with a living roof covered in plants. It's a great place for families and anyone interested in science and nature.

I suggest getting them online because you can just show your ticket at the door, and they scan it and you walk in, so no waiting. As for parking, they have a parking garage, which is cool, but we had to go all the way to the De Young parking garage and finally found parking. Now, I don't know if that's normal for business or if it was because we came during Memorial weekend. But overall, it was a really cool experience.

Lluis Higini Melero Peris: , also In addition to having the labyrinths, the organ, the Chapel for AIDS patients with stained glass windows, etc., during the visit we were able to see some curious and most unlikely stained glass windows that offered images of personalities under the name of human initiative. Javier Santos Martínez: This monument to the city's volunteer fire department is worth a visit when in town.More for the stairs that take you to the top, and the views that accompany you along the way and once you reach the tower itself than for the monument itself. The flowers and plants that grow in the gardens through which the different stairs climb to the tower. The ones on Greenwich Street are highly recommended. For $7 you can go to the top of the tower and see the entire city with 360° views. Alex Li: No elevator but still worth climbing up 245 steps for the view
Ingrid Hill: Took a few minutes and made the $10.00 investment to climb the Coit Tower. Telegraph Hill gives you great views of the city so it was worth it. Keep in mind, 90 year old elevator is often out of service, as was the case today...so that means stairs...13 stories worth. Yes youll feel the burn when you are done! The first two levels have interesting art work on the walls that was nice to look at as well. Signs all say no weekend parking without a zone A pass though 90% of the parked cars did not have this pass and several locals told us that we would be fine for a few minutes to climb. The day was clear and perfect. Take the few minutes and give it a look-see. You are probably only in for 20 minute investment of time for the stop.
