Afton Crewes: I truly can't say enough great things about Hotel Nikko. I've traveled over the world and have never had the level of customer service my family and I received at Hotel Nikko. Every member of the staff was so polite, attentive, and anticipated our needs before I could even ask. The check-in was beyond smooth and went over helpful information. There was never a long wait for our car with valet and they even gave great advice for nearby attractions. My 2 yr old son was always treated with such care and patience and loved this hotel so much. He was provided with his own bed, stuffed animal, and even Hotel Nikko coloring book with crayons. Even the TVs had Chromecast so we could project our shows on a larger screen. I highly recommend this hotel whether you're traveling for business or with family.Rooms: Excellent views, very comfy bed, welcoming environment, no outside noiseWalkability: Plenty of good shopping and restaurants nearby.
Kevin West: Security is also goodThe hotel staff are also very friendly and kind. Since it has been renovated, the water area is clean and I had a comfortable stay during my trip. When staying on the club floor, breakfast and welcome drinks are also free. The hotel is also conveniently located in the heart of the downtown area, with easy access to Union Square and the trolley stop. Although the hotel has excellent security, it is best to avoid wandering around the area at night.
モッツァレラチー介: .It was quite big and covered in dust, so I got the feeling that the previous guests hadn't even used it.However, the front staff and cleaning staff are very nice and serve customers with a smile. I'm grateful for that alone. The location is also quite good and I think it's easy to use for traveling.
Ethan Denny: Truly exceptional hotel with exceptionally service - some of the best I’ve ever encountered anywhere, from checking in to the evening turn down service. I had a room on one of the imperial floors which was a bit of a larger room and was very comfortable with a great view; quiet at night. Everything was modern and clean. Just a very enjoyable stay. My only regret was I was there for one night. I won’t hesitate to make this my go-to hotel when I travel to San Fran.
ana m: The location was perfect for sightseeing as it was within walking distance to Union Square and restaurants, and close to public transportation.Nearby activities: The tram stop was within walking distance.

Charlotte Jupp: Rooms: Functional and clean.Nearby activities: Nice hotel bar. Good location for a lot of the sights. Convenient for Powell Street and the trams.Safety: Safe enough for San Francisco. Busy area.Walkability: Can walk to a lot of locations and central.Food & drinks: Nice rooftop bar for drinks. Didn't eat food.
Leonardo Garcia: The best thing about the hotel is the rooftop bar. The rooms are old and worn out. As usual in San Francisco, it's too expensive for a terrible experience.Rooms: Terrible. Very old and worn out.
Gustavo Nadais: Region with a lot of drug addicts, which makes it scary to go out. But the hotel is still pretty cool.Rooms: Rooms ok, I expected more for the price. But OK.Safety: Hotel security, especially at night or on busier days, is good, but they are very rude. American profile. The streets around are full of drug addicts and homeless people, it's terrible.
Marco Polo: 2 blocks up on Sutter Street, great breakfast. Very good prices.
Elena Belgum (Count Talkula): This place is enormous, I forgot how big it was and that I had gotten lost there more than once. Tower one has 40 or more floors, reception areas huge and has a great but expensive store/ Deli which I think is open 24 hours. Security can be overly Vigilant and rude but considering the location and current situation and the fact that people are sleeping there, it's to be expected. If you are visiting somebody here have their room number and last name and it doesn't hurt to have picture ID and have them call them or come meet you in the lobby or leave a message at the front desk or something like that or you may not get in. The prices are more than double the last time I've been there, I don't know if there was a convention in town or that's just the current pricing or the person I know just didn't have any discounts, but this is definitely not a budget location. They also have A well-stocked gift shop, although I don't think I would rely on it for gifts for any kind of special occasion it's closer to an airport convenience store. They also have a couple of restaurants and bars, pool, hot tub, convention facilities, office equipment, 24/7 room service and maid service etcRooms: I've only seen standard rooms here. They are spacious and clean and the bathrooms are nice and well stocked and I believe most if not all of the rooms have balconies.Nearby activities: Great location near Union Square and the Theater District also near the tenderloin, so don't leave anything in your car if you park here. I wouldn't even leave your car outside of their parking lot or it may not be there when you get back. SF does not have a ton of 24-hour activities and businesses like it used to but if you're going to find them it'll be near that hotel.Safety: Don't walk around this neighborhood altered alone or you are likely to be targeted for robbery or something similar. I would not leave my car there overnight if it was nice and definitely not if it had anything inside . Great for shopping but don't leave any valuables unattended. Great for bars and restaurants but a pricey area, better deals available within a mile or less.Walkability: Almost all of San Francisco is extremely walkable, the tenderloin is much dirtier than it used to be and it's not advisable to walk in anything other than closed-toed shoes and not provocatively dressed unless you like a whole lot of attention. Also keep your wallet hidden and be friendly but not overly friendly if it's late at night. You can see Union Square from a street performers, Broadway level theater, a lot of bars and restaurants and shopping and cable cars, Market street, the ferry building, the Embarcadero, Grace Cathedral and a lot of other great sites and stuff to do within easy walking distance although you might run into a lot of hills.Food & drinks: Available 24/7 at the hotel but very pricey. Available in the area also very pricey, again go to the tenderloin for better prices but keep your wits about you and hide your money. I would recommend going up to Polk street for Napoli Pizza, and other great restaurants and bars for a younger, "hipper" crowd at a lower price than the Union Square area, you'll be passing through the tenderloin to get there which is possibly too Hip for most people and much lower pricing unless you're buying drugs or ice cream. LolNoteworthy details: Most likely the largest hotel in the city, great location, clean professional Etc but much higher pricing than other smaller and possibly more fun hotels which may not offer the same amenities or hours.

Linda Hester: We had an amazing stay. This is a historic mansion with lots of history and beautiful artwork. The rooms are quaint but comfortable with modern bathrooms and amazing beds and linens. Breakfast is nice. The location is excellent for business or arts near the Civic Center. The area is clean, safe and nice - entirely different from the Tenderloin which is nearby. We enjoyed the restaurants in walking distance. Amanda was amazing and saw to all of our needs.
Howard Shin: , don't forget there are 12 different rooms all unique and themed. Experience has always been wonderful.Great location and easy parking to find nearby. As soon as you enter inside this Victorian building, you can feel the history and service to welcome. What we loved:Clean rooms, soft beds, felt peaceful, rooms having their own individualistic style, Molton Brown bath products, and service has always been friendly and sharp. We have no complaints about this spot, it has been a beautiful hotel and service for us. Great for family out of town or a weekend getaway in SF. Again, great experience!
A. M.: authentic history and art + better lattes than any other hipster coffee shop
Jason Gallaher: This converted mansion was cute as all get out, clean, and centrally located. The customer service was excellent, too. I got in extremely early, but since a room was ready, they let me check in so I wouldn’t have to linger in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again. Just a heads up if you’re looking for a place with a full restaurant and 24 hour room service, this hotel doesn’t have that, but it’s near so many restaurants that that was never an issue.
Sophia Liu & Henry Demasco: with several crates worth of wedding-related supplies, and their staff helped us bring it all up to our room. The rooms themselves are gorgeous and unique. Our room came with an amazing soaking tub that we enjoyed the morning of our wedding and best smelling toiletries we've ever found at a hotel. Despite the level of excitement we felt for our wedding we slept beautifully. The handsome writing desk was the perfect spot for us to write our thank you notes to our wedding vendors. Not sure why some reviews claim there isn't a breakfast? While the breakfast doesn't include hot items, the selection was great and of very high quality - fresh fruit, sandwiches, coffee, pastries, and we left happy and full.We look forward to returning for our anniversary someday!
Kat Ellis-Guardiola: This is a beautiful mansion - the attention to detail in the decor and service was phenomenal. Special thanks to Amanda for her hospitality and kindness!Walkability: The hotel is in a central location within walking distance of very tasty food!
Susan Noerdlinger: 10 Stars for The Mansion on Sutter. I was extremely grateful to discover this beautiful, well located, super clean and lovely boutique hotel on a recent trip to San Francisco. The ambience was truly calming and elegant, the bed and bedding were of excellent quality and super comfortable, and the carefully presented breakfast was just right. But most importantly, the staff was exceptional. During an 8 night stay, I was fortunate to meet most of the staff, and Amit, Amanda, Yash, and Nina all went out of their way to accommodate the needs of the guests in a genuine and very thoughtful way. I have rarely met a hotel staff that cared as much about the comfort of their guests and treated their guests with as much respect than this group of fine people. They are a wonderful team and all are invested in their work at the Hotel Mansion on Sutter. Thank you to each of you.
Kim S: We loved our stay at the Mansion on Sutter. Gorgeous rooms and the service is top notch. Secure parking was a huge relief-we coukd load and unload at ease. We walked to Fisherman's Wharf and Ghirardelli Square and loved it. Best bed I've ever slept on! I'd love to know what kind it was- I don't think I've ever been so comfortable away from home.

Ashok Sinha: Marriot, San FranciscoNestled in the bustling heart of San Francisco’s business and financial district, the Marriot Hotel offers a unique blend of comfort and convenience. This 4-star establishment boasts one of the best location on Union Square.Noteworthy details: Ideally located
Enes SEN: Stepping into the lobby of the JW Marriott San Francisco Union Square, you'd think you've walked onto the set of a swanky movie where every extra looks like they should be holding a martini. It's all sleek, stylish, and more polished than your grandpa's best silverware. The ambiance is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with plush seating areas that invite you to lounge like you own the place. Now, let's talk about the café here—it's not just a café, it's a lifeline when those San Francisco hills have done a number on your calves. Grab a coffee that’s as rich and smooth as the hotel’s clientele. Whether you’re fueling up for a day of sightseeing or need a quiet spot to check your emails, the café’s chic setup and strong espresso shots make it a prime spot to perk up. Plus, the baristas are so friendly, you’ll leave caffeinated and charmed, ready to take another lap around Union Square. So, drop by, sip slowly, and soak up the classy vibes—JW Marriott style!Walkability: Very Central.

Klaus Zeiler: Top location, nice rooms, good breakfast. One tip. Bayview room unnecessary, you don't see much. City view on the upper floor is much better.Nearby activities: Fisherman's Wharf just around the corner, cable car - terminus too. Locals, shops
Alexandra Gaevsky: Hotel Service was very friendly! 🏨🛎️My room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. They also offer fresh cucumber water at the front lobby. Very cool! 🚰🥒Food & drinks: The lobby has a Fusion Restaurant! You can also buy snacks from the hotel before heading to your room. Get the cookies! 😉🍪✨
Griselda Vidrio: It was hard to find as both of our phones GPS were sending us to a different place. Once we located all was great. We got suggestions from front desk service personel as to where to go and do around. The area was beautiful, so close walking distance to wharf and other places. Clean rooms , very helpful personnel good breakfast.Rooms: Clean, 2 full size bedrooms. Hair dryer, iron plus ironing board available in room.Nearby activities: Fisherman's wharf tour trips, restaurants, park.Safety: I thought it was safe during day, i did not see any vandalism or unhoused people around..Walkability: Walking distance to a lot of things to do.Food & drinks: Restaurants available with walking distance.
DJNJD 6: Very professional, friendly, and helpful front desk staff. I was made to feel like they cared about my loyalty to IHG, and they got me into my room immediately, 2 hours before check-in without trying to gouge me like the Holiday Inn Golden gate does. The room is what I have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express; clean, updated, and cozy. The location is great! A very short walk to the water.
Jack Nesser: A little unhappy that they charged me 35 for being an hour and a half early however they did give me an opportunity to check bags. Otherwise everything good, location, breakfast and concierge desk. rooms cleanWalkability: Close to pier 39Shops and restaurants walking distance
Cinira Ribeiro: Great location close to Pier 39 where there are good restaurants, in addition to tourism services being strategically nearby.Impeccable services at the hotel, attentive staff and the conscierge Katarina made the difference in the tour directions.Comfort, cleanliness and a hearty breakfast are part of the package 😉

William Growney: The cashier took the time to lead me through the Staples App. Great help
Phillip Rossignol: Great place for printers.
Linda Jung: Glad that Staples offers a recycling program for used ink cartridges and batteries. Helps keep these items out of the landfill.
Bernie GOMEZ: Efficient service, friendly staff
Lei R: This week has been stressful for my family and I since we've been dealing with a loss. I came to staples in hopes for some help in printing a memorial card for my loved one. I was cutting close on some time and needed a day turnaround for my project.Miss.Rose was so nice! I was met with problem solving, warmth and empathy. She helped me get my order submitted in person since if I were to submit online, my project wouldn't have made the timeframe I needed it. I thank her so much for her kindness!
Ed Brown: Wide selection of office material and friendly staff.
Welly Martinez: Staples is more than just a store; it's a partner in productivity. Their knowledgeable staff helped me set up my home office with the latest technology and ergonomic furniture. The customer service is unmatched, and the variety of products they offer ensures I can find exactly what I need. Staples truly makes work life better.
Amy Liu: I walked into staples to pick up my ordered for wedding invitation prints and of course I had lots of questions. I was impressed with the excellent customer service from Joan and Josh. They were so helpful in showing and explaining the difference in the type of printing paper and card stock I could use so I won’t be surprised when I pick up my prints! I also learned that I could save all my files as PDF to print instead of JPG and PNG to get higher printing resolutions! Thank you for all the help! I really appreciate it!
