To boost their sales, their Internet Sales Manager, Michael Wu, is secretly collaborating with an outside broker called “bmwbrokerca“ to offer a 12% discount to customers.By contacting Michael Wu or the broker directly, you can get this special deal. This makes me wonder how much extra an ordinary customer would end up paying if they just walked into the dealership to buy a new car. Such unfair competition strategies seem to benefit a few while burdening others with unnecessary expenses.This practice is quite disappointing and serves as a reminder to be cautious and aware of these opaque sales tactics when purchasing a car. But as they say, "existence is reason enough." If you want to skip the usual haggling, try for yourself.

Steven Lu: I came from Fresno, and I brought my Toyota Supra in for Lithia Lifetime Oil Plan, as Lithia owns BMW San Francisco. Online I was able to already select that as an option as well to make it more streamlined. I added my Lithia customer number and plan number on the details, once I got there at 8:50am, before they even officially opened, service department team was already flowing, with the respective people in their respective positions. Oil change was done within the hour although I was told it’d be two. They performed a courtesy inspection as well, which went above my expectations, because I am not a customer in their history. While walking around and window-shopping, I was treated with utmost respect and got a personal greeting from the manager. In my field of work as with any field of work, human interaction and customer service is the foundation of sales and business, and in general, just a good human experience. I had a good time here with the amenities and vibe. If I get a BMW M2, I will purchase it here.

Why sanding an old brake disc? I buy the parts by myself and pay 150 dollars for manual replacement at a qualified garage. The new brake pads and brake discs at the front cost about 350 dollars. Even at "sf Toyota" they only charge about 300 dollars for the labor cost ~ 500 -650 dollars for the total cost. Why should I pay about $1500 at city Toyota? ,If you know something about cars, you will know that.The reason why I don't give five stars is that the maintenance man once lost my tire valve cap。
