Leon Dots: Excluding the few inflated egos, Gilbert Melendez’s gym is an awesome place to train. You’ll get what you put in. Gilbert Melendez is an awesome fighter, and that’s why I chose his gym.

steve johnson: El Niño is a great place to train. The coaches are always happy to help drill through and explain any concepts. This is the best place to train if you’re looking to develop your skills and knowledge with boxing, wrestling, and jiu jitsu. You seriously won’t find a better place with more dedicated coaches!! I drive over an hour each way to train and it’s so worth it.

Freddy Antonio Penate: Best gym hands down! Professional trainers with EXPERIENCE!! If you wanna get better at fighting and whoop some A** get a membership here!

ENTC is definitely a competitor focused gym but the team is always willing to help out someone new. The community here is great and that’s what keeps me training.

Stefan M: Positive:Communication,ProfessionalismYou can’t beat the training or community here. If you want to be challenged to grow as a person, and be part of a community, this is where you can accomplish that. Come by and talk to the friendly staff to sign up.

xan devoss: An amazing community of people! Quantum is a safe place to learn movement, flexibility, and integrity. My child and I have both been students for 4 years and the schedule allows us to have classes at the same time. Recently she said, " I wish all the kids at school were like my friends at karate."

Poonyatorn Suthipongchai: tear, and sweats together. If I had to pick any other place to start my martial arts journey, it would be at Quantum

S B: A really lovely place to train body, mind, and spirit, to challenge yourself, and to meet cool people! The fighting style is practical and the community also has a deep respect for the artistic part of “martial arts.” Check it out!

Michael Shehane: I have trained at Quantum Martial Arts since 2012. If you are looking for a inclusive, community driven dojo that practices the integrity of martial arts, this is the place for you! The first week is free, so you can decide if the dojo and you are the right fit. Stay for 6 months, stay for 12 years... everyone's karate journey will look and feel differently. There are classes almost every day of the week. After 13 years of practicing here, yes - I have a black belt. I have taken a leadership role with the hope of inspiring the next generation of budding martial artists. But what drives me to train is not only the black belt master, Rachael Evans, who consistently shows me the beauty of the movement, but also the community we have here of advanced martial artists honing their craft, taking their athleticism to the next level, and sharing techniques from cross-training.

Taiseer Assana: Very nice place for kids people who work there is very nice thank you

Julia Moyer: Two years at Quantum has taught me an unbelievable amount about myself and how I engage with the world. The dojo is an inclusive, non-competitive, and safe space to learn, grow and be challenged. I would recommend classes to any adult or child interested in martial arts or seeking a welcoming community.

kyslett kacel: My children really like this place

Andrew Uthman: Great new and expanding facility, and an assortment of new adult and kids classes makes it a great time to get involved at this friendly, inclusive, and non-competitive martial arts studio. Parents, check out the concurrent adult and kids classes.

Jacob Hoffman-Andrews: Walking in the door I felt immediately welcomed and peaceful. I've been a student here for 10 months now, and I've been challenged mentally and physically in ways that are totally new to me, but have felt incredibly safe the entire time.

Victoria Elizabeth Wobber: This place is the best! As an adult learning martial arts for the first time I couldn't have asked for a safer space to do so. Spending time growing my skills here has made me healthier in every sense. So fortunate to have stumbled my way into this amazing community!

Raphael “El Rapha”: Good services

Sara Popovich: Warm, welcoming, and powerful this experience is worth checking out.

Rachel Ceasar: Quantum is unique blend of traditional styles developed from Master Evan’s 30 years experience in martial arts. Rachel Evan’s takes a holistic approach to martial arts where you develop your body, mind, and spirit. Beginner classes start with a 45 minute warm-up with yoga and calisthenics then move on to an hour of going over the basics of Quantum martial arts, which is heavily based in Tae Kwon Doe.

Ivette Gomez: I’ve been working out there forever. And l absolutely love the vibe of family that I receive

Bhairavi Vaidya: I want to thank Mr. Johnson and everyone at Dojo USA San Bruno. We started training just before Covid hit and we went into distant learning with online classes. We started in person classes last year and I see a huge difference in Aarav’s focus. We were struggling in the beginning with the curriculum and now I see a huge difference in Aarav’s training. Aarav joined the Black Belt this year as well. He performed Bo Kata 2 at his end of school year talent show as well. I was super excited to see him perform in front of his classmates.I will highly recommend Dojo USA.

Aparna Shetty: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value

Nicholas Hui: This school has made such a positive impact on not only my outlook on life, but also improved my physical capabilities and confidence in challenging life situations. I've been a student for 8 years and I can say this Dojo has helped me build an athletic body and conditioned my mind to reach my most confident mentally balanced days of my life especially during difficult situations. As years of training here continue, I still learn something new and am fascinated in how Sensei Johnson connects the physical lessons in class with non-physical everyday challenges.I've been to several martial arts schools and I find this one fits my needs the best. Shopping for a school can be daunting but know that here you will find the instructors pay close attention to proper technique to avoid injury and deliver efficient strikes, provide ample safety gear, teach with positive reinforcement, and are family friendly. Sparring does not start until the student has learned proper technique for basic self-defense, which reduces risk of injury. We're all working adults and learning students, the last thing we want is a broken nose or sprained ankle. Other schools I've attended had students start sparring after 2 weeks of enrollment and I ended up going home with bruises, unlearned technique, and apprehension to return. It's not like that here.If you're focus is to become a street fighter, this is not the place to be. If you want to become the best version of yourself in mind, body, and spirit, this is the place to go. Martial Arts training is not a sprint, but a marathon and a way of life. The best lessons are learned over time and experience, so trust the long term goal and process. You can be so much more than you think you can and this school made me realize that about myself.

Rebecca Molano: I clicked on an ad in NextDoor and am so glad I did! During this crazy time, Mr. Johnson has been creative and has provided personalized classes at an amazingly low rate. My 5 yo stepdaughter is learning values, respect and focus! While we work to teach her these principals at home, Mr. Johnson integrates these valuable lessons with karate and makes learning fun! We even had a personal delivery of a uniform and it was great to be able to wave hello to the teacher she's been seeing for a few weeks now. I am extremely impressed with the business model and the value of his service. Thank you!

June Hew: 5 STARS TIMES 10There is not enough room for me to express how much the Dojo has transformed my life personally & professionally. I have been with the dojo coming up 20years and I walk in everyday anxious to receive the many rewards & blessings that postively transforms me internally. Mr. Johnson and the instructors are the "best of the best" where "serving" is their model.

Sarah Cheyette: . The lessons that Peter has taught my kids have been really important to their success--and also have contributed to my and my husband's professional success. He is the most gifted coach I've ever met, and he really and truly cares about each and every person at the dojo. Check out the Dojo--you'll be glad you did!

Warren Mendoza: World class training guaranteed!

Alfonzo Burton: My family and I started together a little over a year ago and the people and training has transformed our entire family in so many ways.We are greatful for Mr. Johnson and all the Dojo USA masters. Highly recommended place for anyone.

Phil Vogel: World Class! Professional. Friendly AND the most positive influence in your life. Go get it!

Toby Milroy: These guys are awesome!Kids need guidance, support, and mentoring to overcome some of the obstacles they encounter. Pete and his team are totally dedicated to helping their students accomplish great things. The level of dedication I see in the staff, and how much effort they put into each class is inspiring.Sometime children don't want to "follow through".......sometimes adults don't want to "follow through" and these folks are there to help get their students "past" their own level of procrastination and or fear.I've seen Pete and his team help children and families through some VERY difficult circumstances, both personal and in the school, with grace and compassion.I can tell that for Pete and his team, this is MUCH more than just a "job", it's their passion, and I'd dare to say "mission".I'm truly impressed and inspired at the level of commitment and dedication the team here puts into their program and the kids! There are hundreds of students and families here that absolutely LOVE the program, and are getting lifetime benefits from it.Thanks for all you do!

Training here has allowed me to achieve goals I couldn’t see myself doing anything when I first stepped into this gym. I can’t thank Renan, the instructors, and the team members at Sunset Jiu Jitsu enough for creating a welcoming environment and amazing gym for anyone to join!
