Bella Donna Ferrer: Staying at this hotel from May 12-19 was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was very nice and impeccably clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the unlimited coffee and tea in the lobby, which was a delightful perk that we truly appreciated. The facilities provided were excellent, catering to all our needs.What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every member of the team was friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. A special mention goes to Ms Denise, whose assistance in securing an Uber for our family was invaluable. Additionally, we are grateful to the male staff member who kindly lent us a booster seat for our daughter, showing a level of care and thoughtfulness that made a big difference to our stay. We are also grateful to the maintenance guy who easily fixed our fridge issues, ensuring our stay remained hassle-free.Overall, we had a fantastic time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities truly made our stay exceptional.
