Paul Schraeder: My stay at the Fairmont was amazing. The best customer service - thanks Antoine and staff! The hotel is central to everything and just three blocks from Chinatown so great food is just steps away.Rooms: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Great view, Great value …

Scott Bartels: Staff is nothing but perfect. Had sticker shock for the price of breakfast that was so so. And again when we got drinks at the bar 48$ for 2 drinks???????Rooms: FabulousNearby activities: About a mile and a half from most activities.Safety: I just feel safe until a Gaza protester came into the resturant

Thorsten Knoop: Location: 5/5

Pam C: Just stopped in to pick niece but this place looks AWESOME. Just walking around the main floor is stellar.Noteworthy details: Statues of all the music/rock stars that have stayed, including Beatles, Bowie, etc and a great statue outside of Tony Bennett

Tenzin Subhar: Amazing experience and exceptional front desk service, especially front desk manager Ashley, she was so helpful, kind and though. When she found out it was our son’s Birthday weekend, she made it extra special by sending him a personal birthday card and a gift. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and helpful, very clean and the location was close to everything especially the cable cars. Loved it here and will definitely visit again.

Bryce: Wonderful staff, from the Managers to room service and cleaning. Great stay, very attentive. Not a bad walk to Oracle Field. Coffee shop next door is great, too.Rooms: Beds were super comfy. Room was very clean and modern.Food & drinks: Mini fridge had a nice selection.

Ellaria Tyrell: I was a guest at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco. The hotel is in an amazing location, and its guest rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to San Francisco.

Jesse West: I have been staying at this location consistently for the past 7 years. I adore the people who manage this location. I appreciate all the cleaning staff. And i especially appreciate the coffee machine in the lobby each morning. The location is ideally place between the Haight and the Alamo sqr.Rooms: Shared bathroom-rooms are budget friendly and provides many seperate stalls on each floor. Many private bathroom suite-rooms also. Both provides basic body wash, shampoo and body lotion.

David Drascic: The ceiling fixture is dimmable, and includes a fan.It would be great if there were small folding chairs and maybe a small table that could drop down from the wall, but at these prices you can't expect everything! Most rooms do not have en-suite bathrooms. Each floor has two toilets and two showers. I found them clean and and compact. A hook or rack for your towel would be appreciated, but I just hung mine on the shower door handle.Overall I’m quite pleased. I found walking here from the BART a bit of a challenge with the wonderful SF hills, but there are buses stopping very nearby. There is no elevator, so you may wish to travel lightly! This is NOT an accessible hotel! Being energetic is definitely an asset! The inner rooms are quiet, but if you like fresh air, daylight, and privacy, you may prefer to endure the street noise. For much of the day, tho, there is little traffic, so city dwellers probably won’t really notice it.At these prices I will definitely return!

Nicole L.: Nice little hotel in a good area. You can reach everything quickly and easily. Rooms are clean. The staff very helpful. Free hot drinks in the morningRooms: The rooms are clean and functionalNearby activities: You can reach many things on foot. Various Muni stations nearbySafety: Good residential areaWalkability: You can be downtown in about 20-30 minutesFood & drinks: There are restaurants nearby

Myla S. (Mylie): Would recommend for those on a budget

N. N.: We were so happy. Yes, it's a bit noisy. But everything else was just great for the price. Nice staff, free coffee!Microwave, refrigerator, sink and mirror in the room. We felt very comfortable. 2 minutes walk to the painted ladies, 10 minutes to the supermarket and the bus stop right in front of the door. We felt safe.

Peters Pence: 5/6/24 Room 215 - European style. Staff not polite or welcoming to me. Street noise and thin walls. No HVAC. Super easy bus access. Convenience store very close. No frills but clean Microwave and fridge in room. Steep stairs. Clean Queen bed and towels in room. No chair. Cupboard with 1 hanger. Sink in the room. Good lighting. Squeaky floors above and below. Clean shared shower and WC. I’ve stayed in much worse, paid a lot more and got a lot less. Overall very good value for the city. Will stay here again.

Cgm 1965: The Casa Loma hotel is a great hotel to stay at if you're on a budget I stayed in a Twin Deluxe room for 1 week and cost me 643 dollars that was early April they do have cheaper rooms without a bathroom if you're on a really tight budget, also on arrival you will be charged a 60 dollar deposit per room,my room was nicely kept and was clean although the rooms are basic hence it's a budget hotel, nicely located as well not far from Alamo Square and Haight Street where you can find a variety of places to eat and drink in,turn left when leaving the hotel and Haight street is about a 15 minute walk one place to drink in was the Molotov bar where beer on draft is 7 dollars and bottled beer 5 or 6 dollars and from 3pm to 7pm is happy hour where its 1 dollar of the usual price, looks a bit dingy inside but it's ok for a few drinks, actually quite nice, and one other thing is they ONLY EXEPT CASH no cards but there's a cash machine on the premises,so if you're looking for a hotel at a reasonable price I'd choose the Casa Loma my second stay here, staff are friendly and helpful too, just one other thing to mention is the hotel does not have a lift so if you can't do stairs it won't be for you😀.Rooms: Rooms are basic but kept clean and tidy.Safety: It has 24 hour front desk and your room card will unlock the lobby door to get in and you can come and go as much as you like there is no curfew, also it is in a relatively safe area I think.Walkability: The hotel is situated on the corner of where Fell street and Fillmore street intersects which is on the top of a hill.

Charlie Raspin: but they have all the essentials, and I wasn't spending much time in my room anyway. It's San Francisco, you should be out and about! I'll definitely book here again if I return.

Alyssa Siddiqui: Holiday tea at the Ritz Carlton.Late post as they don’t always offer afternoon tea but I believe they offer a type of holiday tea every winter.Highly recommend trying tea at the Ritz Carlton, when they do offer, as they provide a romantic ambience for your tea date as well as delicious treats.During our visit they had a harpist and we were met with decadent tea delights with lobster, caviar and other delicacies. They were able to meet our dietary needs of halal and celiac and made our anniversary a wonderful experience.

Su Byron: were so good and the ambience so comfortable, we never wanted to leave.Because of life’s circumstances, we needed pampering and that’s what we got at The Ritz Carlton in San Francisco. There are so many people to thank—but sans a notebook and constantly jotting down names, I can’t list them all here. From the concierges, the remarkable Club level staff, the sweet women who service the rooms—each person served with expansive energy and whole-hearted spirit. It’s a hard job—being gracious all day to the lucky folk who get to stay here but they do it with honor and integrity. One note: Through my own miscommunication, we had a slight hiccup with servicing the room. No big deal—but it was my error. However, the entire staff we worked with never pointed their finger at me; they made the situation right with graciousness and kindness.Yes, the amenities are perfect. I have insomnia but slept perfectly here. The linens, sheets, bathroom amenities—all wonderful. But the true heart of this establishment is every person who works here and strives so hard to keep the guests happy and comfortable. Bravo!!Rooms: Our room, 865, years overlooked the splendor of the city. Gorgeous!Walkability: This is Nob Hill! If you can’t handle the hill hikes

Borderlessfoodie: .Note: Valet parking is ~$80 per day.

Alice Cruce: Exceptional service. I have stayed at many Ritz Carlton’s, and other luxury hotel brands, and the service here is some of the best I have ever experienced. Every step of the way from valet to check in to restaurant service everyone is friendly and going out of their way to make your experience the best possible. This is my second visit within a few months and I have been consistently impressed. Special shout out to Teresa R at the front desk who has given me personalized service during both stays, surprising me with cake for my birthday and remembering me when she saw my name for my second visit and went out of her way to give me her favorite room. She made our visit very special and will keep me coming back to the Ritz when I come to SF in the future. Come stay here. You won’t regret it.

Fernanda Eguiarte: The attention we received at the Ritz was impeccable from our arrival to our departure. Unfortunately and for reasons totally unrelated to the hotel, we had a Covid diagnosis at the beginning of our trip and we had to quarantine in the room. The Ritz team, in addition to executing Covid protocols for the safety of other guests and their staff, was attentive to us at all times. They sent us complementary tea service to the room and helped our medicines and food always be in front of our door. Furthermore, they had a human and genuine concern for our health at every moment. Despite the sadness of the change of plans, we were able to have the space and care necessary for our recovery. I will always be grateful to them for this and I highly recommend staying there.

Ozzi H.: "Love at First Stay"I have been staying at the hotels for the last 20-plus years, but Ritz-Carlton made me realize the true meaning of Service and comfort level. We stayed there for the first time for 2 nights and 3 days enough to spoil you and raise your expectations forever...The way staff greets you at the entrance is not less than 5 stars, it feels like they know you well and are there to serve you only... The front desk staff is lovely, friendly and professional. No matter your genuine needs, they are ready to fulfil them with a lovely smile. Although the bathroom was a little uncomfortable the stay was great! At the end of the stay when we were leaving the gentleman at the concierge requested me to come back and stay with us again and consider Ritz Carlton your second home. 3 3 3Rooms: 4 starsNearby activities: 5 starsSafety: 5 starsWalkability: 5 starsFood & drinks: 5 starsNoteworthy details: At the entrance greetings and flower arrangements.

Lori Jenkins: This is a beautiful hotel and I would recommend it over any other hotel in SF. The service and staff go above and beyond anything you need. Kindness really goes a long way and it is hard to find that when traveling recently in the U.S. I would come back to this hotel based off of that alone. The hotel itself is immaculate and very clean. Our room on the club level was nice and comfortable with a fantastic view of the bay and Coit Tower. The food and service in the club room was wonderful, we felt very welcome.

C Martinez: I absolutely love this hotel! Right in the center of city near so many great dining options and shopping. My husband and I stay here whenever we are in the city in previous stays we have had nice suites but this stay we booked a corner room, it had such a great view of financial district and buildings… plus it was fun people watching from high above.

Lisa Maddaus: we would recommend to anyone. The hotel staff was super kind and accommodating. Having the breakfast with good protein options and suite with a refrigerator and kitchen was ideal. Construction next door

Ava Quinn: Stayed here vacationing in San Francisco. The location is superb, but the rooms were odd. We stayed in the family suite, which smelled musty and felt drafty. The staff were all helpful and kind, and I certainly enjoyed our stay here overall.Rooms: Musty and drafty.Nearby activities: Right by Free Gold Watch, a really cool pinball arcade. Easy spot to explore the nicer areas of the city from.Walkability: Many walkable cafes, restaurants, and activities.

John Quinn: Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Old fashioned, musty, drafty rooms that might have been decorated by your great grandmother.Despite the weird rooms and decor, this was actually my favorite place to stay in San Francisco. The location more than made up for the weirdness. I’d definitely stay there again.

Marcela Matthews: My daughter and I had a great experience at this hotel. I loved the old charming San Francisco vibe with wall papers and old furniture. The room was clean, bright and welcoming. They include breakfast and wine hour with snacks. The location is exceptional, across the street from the Golden Gate Park, stores and amazing restaurants. There’s also a public garage a few steps away. We felt safe and the staff was great. After reading a few negatives reviews here I was a bit skeptical, but I have to say that it exceeded my expectations.

Veronica Joy: I loved our stay so much. Room was adorable and there was a wine hour and cute holiday decorations 3Nearby activities: Adorable shops and range of options for food.Walkability: Easy access to Muni and Park Shuttle stops.

Sarah K: Lovely place super clean well taken care of great host checked us in very friendly beautiful breakfast room and great variety of food will stay there again and again neighborhood very safe and friendly locals nice Irish bar next door with great local crowd you can’t park overnight at the hotel but parking is a stones throw away and very safe also super close to UCSF and Golden Gate Park is right across the street ..Also right around the corner from the hotel is Haight street with great restaurants and fun shops so much to see and do within walking distance of the hotel …

John Ko: Great location and service. Rooms are comfortable & clean but worn and needs updating. I’ve stayed here many times and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.Walkability: At the border of union square and Chinatown - easy walk to both. Also close to financial district.

Leo Díaz Longhi: Solid hotel. You won't miss anything in particular and you won't need anything else. But nothing over that. If you want to buy something inside the hotel is super expensive.Elevators are slow. It's a tall building.Rooms: Solid and comfortable rooms. Shows the wear of some time but they still are ok.Nearby activities: Middle of SF. Everything starts here. The beach is far, but there are almost no hotels thereSafety: Homeless people are everywhere in SF. Lots of drugs all day long. They won't do you anything, but it is an uncomfortable situation.Walkability: You can't be wrong in the middle of the city. Pay in advance for the public transportation and you'll get everywhere easily.

FaHaD ALSaMi: The location is suitable and close to services, Macys building, Apple and many international brands..The room was very nice. I lived on the 26th floor. The view is beautiful.. the bed is comfortable and the hotel is quiet..

Doug Gordy: The rooms are really nice. They are spacious and comfortable. The king bed was a nice quality and the turn down service rocked. They have a really nice setup with the TV where you can stream a device to it, so you don't have to mess with the hotel on demand stuff. The tub was a small thing where you really could just use it as a shower. The shower has a shower head that is adjustable in height. My wife is short and I am tall.... It barely reached my head. It is kinda out of the way from the hustle of downtown and honestly not a lot of restaurants that I enjoy were near. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing here and will bend over backwards for you. I would recommend staying here and probably will stay myself again

Chris Tebo: Iconic bar at the top of the hotel. We came for the sunset view. Great views, but obviously, newer buildings do obscure the view of the horizon. Interesting cocktails we haven't seen elsewhere. The food was good, but appetizer fare for sure. We really appreciate the rich history. Especially the military tradition of buying a bottle for the next military personnel stopping in. Great to read the notes on the bottled. Amazing history and some famous people too.

Kimberly E: Absolutely GORGEOUS hotel. The staff was the nicest I've ever dealt with. The person who checked us in and the Concierge were both incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel is easy to walk to and from Pier 39, Chinatown, Little Italy, and the government buildings in the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We loved our view of the city from the 10th floor!

Christy T: Great service here so much better than The Plaza Hotel in NYC which we stayed at recently. Bell man immediately helped us with bags. Room had with a stunning view. Attentive room service. Rooms are old but very spacious and the bed was comfortable. A lot of older people working here who are very good at their job. Very pleased. Parking is $85 a night but they told us that immediately. There are other parking garages nearby. The curtains don’t close so the room stays bright at night. I found a hair clip to close mine.

Nicole Lobo: Nice historical place , very well kept.Staff is sweet, delightful and very accommodating.Rooms were very clean, modern renovated with all the essentials. Everything you need and affordableNice shower! That area is tough though, if you decide to park on the street, be very aware of the street sweep signs. I got a ticket. One block said Friday mornings but I wasn’t aware that the next Block over was Tuesdays and Thursdays.$90 ticket

mark church: I found this hotel to be super clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. You are directly on the #2 bus line which can take you out to the presidio or downtown to shop or connect to the BART or the SF MUNI train lines. You can walk to Union square in less than 15 minutes. A very short walk to Grace Cathedral or Chinatown. So glad I tried this hotel out. I am going back to San Francisco in 2 days and booked this hotel for the entire week I am in town.Walkability: if you are a walker and like to explore this is a great location.

Road Runner: Greetings from the Roadrunner.Great convenient place. Along with great food across the street at 965c Sutter Cozy Cafe Breakfast and lunch daily varieties and Best in San Francisco CA Sandwiches and Coffee ☕️Walkability: Lots of places to walk to also Uber and Lyft pick up drop of at Cozy Cafe always 24hours.Food & drinks: Best San Francisco Cozy Cafe across street excellent service food prices.

Jay M.: Honestly it’s a decent hotel and provides your basics: a place to lay your head at night, a bathroom, a microwave, a fridge, wifi, and a TV. Don’t expect anything else, it’s essentially a hostel with private rooms. For the price and location, can’t complain. It is also fairly safe, and I did not feel unsafe with this hotel or its location. There were not many homeless people near the hotel, but in other areas nearby there are a lot of encampments and tent cities. So safety was not an issue or concern here.My only gripe is that you have to climb up the stairs to get to the hotel and your room, there is no elevator. So if you have a disability/mobility issues, or have elderly people with you, I would skip this hotel and choose another one. Also, bathrooms are kind of dingy and have stains in the tub and toilet that won’t come out. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything.Price, location, and safety are the strong points. For a short stay I would recommend, but maybe not for a longer one.

Kim L: stayed two nights at the Mithila in October 2023. We read the reviews before booking and decided to take a chance on a 'budget' hotel nearer to the heart of the city. It was a very charming experience. The building is old

Carsten Westermann: For those who are looking for a good compromise. Right in the middle and affordable!Hotel highlights Great value …

Maël T: Cheap price but you can hear the neighbors in the next room and a lot of roaming in this area.

Majman IS: I stayed in room 405 and the room was clean and spacious. Including table with 3 chairs mini fridge and microwave. 3 windows that opened with shutters to keep the light out.Nearby activities: Aces bar on the corner kept it lively . I played Bingo smoked trees in the outdoor seating and left with someone I met there.

Laura O: on one slice of sourdough bread. The menu said BLT on baguette with blah blah aioli...sounded good. It was not and the waiter then tried to argue with us about what a baguette was, then tried to tell us that because we were tourists we didn't understand. We aren't, we are from Alameda and just stayed over to go to dinner at HOPR and not have to drive home late after drinking...The calamari was OLD. Like fishy smelling/tasting. We had lunch for four people and it was $250 before tip. Lunch. We went to dinner at HOPR and paid far less for WAY better food. To make a long story long....stay at this hotel because its nice/clean/in a great location but avoid their restaurant like its the plague.Rooms: Rooms are super cute. The beds are comfortable and everything is clean and nice.Nearby activities: There is a cool museum/arcade a few blocks away. You're basically in the middle of the wharf so there is a ton of stuff to do if you're new to the area. If you are not new to the area, you will be sad to see all the old timer restaurants are shuttered

Steve May: Loved our stay at Argonaut. It was clean, the staff was friendly, the neighborhood felt safe. Great location for exploring San Francisco. Really loved our morning walks to see the Harbor Seals and grab coffee.Nearby activities: 10 minute stroll to the Harbor Seals.

Vivian Y: Excellent location and plenty of amenities. But I ended up having to contact the front desk a lot about things that I was supposed to have included in my package like free breakfast and late checkout. The room was cute, but more dimly lit than I prefer. The Jacuzzi tub was a huge highlight, but many of the bathroom fixtures also felt outdated.Overall, I enjoyed my stay and might go back due to the excellent location, but I'm not sure.

Kraig S: , but it did not accumulate. So, you were expected to use the hotel services daily and even with the credit applied, it was fairly pricey for the area.

Allison: This hotel is beautiful and clean. The location is convenient, situated on the trolley line. The staff superb. The service provided was consistent and accommodating, kind and professional. Specifically Neka and Rico were exceptional. I looked forward to their cheerful smiley greetings and the constant replenishment of bottled waters! I was part of a group in town for a wedding. We all were treated like family.I highly recommend this hotel and the great staff. I thank them for making the trip to SFO that much better.~Allison

Brittany Romick: Always a great experience going to the Omni. People are kind and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and the service is always spot on.Hotel highlights Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value …

Thérèse Seibert: We came for the weekend to celebrate a birthday and they upgraded our room to a suite! The attentive and friendly staff were without exception ready to make sure your visit was 100% amazing! Even with a Birthday sweets board and Prosecco.Walkability: Right downtown

Jessica Miller: Great location, amazing staff, and extremely clean rooms! This hotel is an absolute gem in San Francisco's business district. All staff were kind, supportive, informative, and very helpful. My room was clean and spacious. The bedding and bed were like a home away from home. The doormen were my favorite, offering directions, and even remembering my schedule and having my car ready.

Tai NGUYEN: Ideal location, we had a wedding 50m away.Close to Chinatown, valet parking, pleasant welcome.Small downside on the absence of a mini fridge in the room.

R. M. C.: seemed within a walk-able distance. If not, there were public transport options with in a few blocks.

Shazza F: everyone was fantastic - clearly, the leadership at the hotel is creating the right culture among the team there. I am rarely as impressed as I was by the staff at the SF OMNI. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The room did not have a fridge but they sent one up immediately when I asked, they also allowed a late check out with no extra charge. thank you

Dina Dass: Best hotel experience we have ever had! We were selected as guests of the day, and our room was upgraded and we were surprised to come back to our room and see a bottle of wine and charcuterie waiting for us! The staff members were wonderful from start to finish, and really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We will be returning customers for sure!

Rachel Choi: I came here for my 30th birthday with my fiancé. It was my first time staying at an Omni hotel, and it definitely did not disappoint! We had the absolute best experience from check in to check out. They confirmed my reservation via text message the day prior to my check in and allowed me to request early check in ahead of time, without having to call. I was provided a free upgrade upon check in and the room was very clean when I arrived. My early check in fee was waived, though I believe that was part of my room upgrade. Everything was in working order and the free toiletries smelled wonderful. They also sent up a small treat to my room for my birthday, which I definitely did not expect, but thoroughly enjoyed! The free slippers provided in the room were very comfortable and cozy. The valet was speedy, courteous, and consistent. The doormen were very kind as well. The front desk staff were all very helpful and willing to answer any questions. Overall, my stay here was the best hotel experience I have ever had. I will definitely return again and would recommend it to any one interested in staying in SF!

C X: I think the design of this hotel is very good. There is also a slope next to it for dragging luggage. Needless to say, there are steps to walk up and there is an elevator. The room is very clean and tidy. The receptionist at the front desk was very polite and explained and introduced the hotel's facilities.

From an excellent setup for keeping water in your room

Rick Albers: Walkability: You are in Pacific Heights. Emphasis on the "heights." There are hills. It is a residential neighborhood with not much in the way of services around it. Yes, you can walk 4 blocks to a market. Or 8 blocks to a shop. But then you need to walk up hill on the way back. Be prepared to use a car to go wherever it is you need to go.

Chris White: It is a nice hotel. The room was nice and the bed super comfortable. There were lots of chairs and at least 2 fireplaces to sit around in the common areas. The location is good, a few blocks from the trolleys and BART stop. A lot of restaurants in the area to choose from.Walkability: It us an easy walk to both trolley stops as well as the BART and MUNI station. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as shopping in Union Square.

Ads: One thing that did really bug me about this hotel is that they do really leave you hanging outside for ages waiting for you to get in and there's a pretty rough and questionable territory outside. The staff weren't super approachable, seem standoffish and I was never made aware of all the additional fees they tack on when you check in.That being said, clean and modern rooms with plenty of amenities in a quiet and comfortable space is all you need when doing a short trip to the city and need a place to crash when on a budget.Gym is small but certainly does the job, they make good logistical operations with the small area for sure.

Mariana Fernandez: Super central location in SF, it is close to Soma and many museums as well as connection to all public transportation. The entire hotel is clean and the rooms are very modern. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom is open inside the same room, so I don't recommend sharing the room. For price and amenities it is worth it. Its biggest disadvantage is that it is located in an area with a lot of homeless. Having said this, when I read the reviews it was scary, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was. I didn't feel unsafe even though I didn't walk around the area after 8. But I did think the situation was worse.Rooms: Simple and comfortable

Nicole N.: Room was clean and very large with shower and bathtub, living room and bedroom. We were particularly impressed by the staff, who were very friendly: Losing our room card was absolutely not an issue. After 2 weeks of traveling around, we were still able to store our suitcases there until we could fly home. Great service that we have never had before! Would come back immediately!Rooms: Big and clean.Walkability: Very central to all public transport and directly to the cable car.Noteworthy details: Above-average courteous staff.

Sierra Foxtrot: A good hotel with attentive and friendly staff. It has a central location due to its proximity to a large shopping center. From here you can explore San Francisco on foot. The modern rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows through which you have a good view. There is a luggage storage service for all guests who arrive early or wish to leave in the evening.

Q Wer: comfy, low-anxiety, memorable, & smooth. :

Jarred Capellman: Hands down the best hotel in the world. My wife and I have stayed here numerous times over the last year going to various events in San Francisco. The location is perfect to get around to everything we goto. The rooms have always been super clean, large and luxurious. You really can't beat the floor to glass ceiling views of the bay.The staff has always been courteous even when we have checked in at midnight. The buffet breakfast is also the best breakfast, lots of keto options.Walkability: Giants stadium, Warriors Stadium, Ferry Building and SF Symphony are all within walking distance. Not to mention Enterprise Brewery, Rize Up Bakery and Black Hammer Brewery.

Hortencia Mayorga: Hotel highlights Kid-friendly

James Gilbert: Had the great pleasure of staying in a room with Club lounge access for 4 nights recently with a 20th floor view of seismic proportions. A true treat. Luis and the rest of the lounge staff were as one would hope - helpful, attentive, and great to interact with. The food and beverages were of excellent quality, and the views also from the lounge and the patio were terrific. Do not hesitate to stay here, especially if you opt for the Club lounge. The location can be dicey but that's basically the entire city. So, be a little cautious but do still come.
