Penelope Whitney: Simply the best. Sanchez Studios instructors are more skilled and aware than any others I've ever encountered. Until Sanchez, I was never able to take mat classes because of back issues, but Aaron and Carol have taught me how to tailor the movements and get that core workout I need. Plus, they're fun! I've attended Sanchez classes in person, and via Zoom, and even with Zoom I'm still getting an intense workout. Also check out the Melt classes, which are ideal for unkinking your body after desk work.

lisa jackson: I’ve been going to Sanchez St Studios since February 2019. I liked the vibe of the studio from the first time I walked in. Carol is very welcoming and a really great teacher for everyone, from beginners to experts. And private lessons with Jackson have made such a difference for me. But I have really come to love the Studio during this pandemic. Classes went virtual and I now get to take virtual classes with all the teachers. I now wake up especially for early mornings with the amazing Andrea. I learned a ton from Nadia and Quilet who really go deep on their practice. And Aaron always makes me feel like a dancer. Soo Emens: Sanchez Studios is getting me through this pandemic! I've taken Melt with Carol for years which I love- but decided to join their August challenge and bought an unlimited class pass. It allowed me to take a variety of classes and it has done wonders for my mood and core! Even my personal trainer noticed- he said my mountain climbers had greatly improved!! Shams Zakhour: We continued with remote classes, twice a week, for over a year. Eventually, I was able to go in person again. I now go twice a week, for 2 hours total.It has been a life changing experience! My core is now SO much stronger. I remember one day, after I'd been going for some months, I was lying on my sofa, thinking that my underwear was too tight. Then I realized I wasn't wearing any and that I was feeling MUSCLES in my abs. That was a first in my entire life and I'm 63!What is *best* about the teachers there, is that they really know how to work with your individual needs. At 63, I have all sorts of issues to work around

Adrian Chew: I’ve been having private Pilates classes with Hye-Yeon, the owner of Pilates studio for a couple of years. I like the private classes as you can work on any particular issues that you have. I’m kind of intermediate and Hye-Yeon guides me well. We also talk about life the universe and everything, and our both Sci Fi fans, so we have plenty of fun conversations. The studio is well set up, with all the equipment you need, and is well located in West Portal. I would definitely recommend doing Pilates here!

Going to pilates is the highlight of my week because I leave standing up straight and feeling like I’m floating when I’m walking and I am full of energy that last me until my next session. The results of the hour long sessions are immediate. In just a couple sessions with, my imbalances were corrected and chronic pain from old injuries disappeared. Now I can do things that I never thought I would be able to do again like running and handstands! Hye-Yeon and Diana make their sessions fun and feel like I could spend all day in their studio! Catherine Tyler: I wanted to post a review for the studio’s pandemic response/classes. Body Chemistry has done an amazing job of serving its clients. There are several options for classes - including in-person reformer classes that meet all city Covid-prevention standards and feel very safe and a wide array of online options. If you are looking for a place to do Pilates in person or online - this is the gold standard.

Erin Coull: , and truly care about your progress and your goals in doing pilates. The loyal folks who come here on the regular are also lovely and it really feels like a welcome place in the midst of the every more hustling and bustling city. Body Chemistry is a true gem, I don't know how I'd get my fabulous pilates body elsewhere without them!

Laura Fraser: This is a lovely Pilates studio with excellent, attentive teachers. I am very picky about Pilates teachers and have abandoned other studios where the teachers chat too much about themselves, don't pay attention to proper alignment, and don't zero in on students. Here, I have had a great experience doing both private and group classes. The teachers are exceptionally good, the space is gorgeous, and the vibe is friendly.

Anastasia Walia: .Cons:You don’t really know what body part the instructor will focus on & it often ends up being the same areas.Classes fill up fast. I booked 8-9 days out to get the times I wanted.Most of the instructors are hard to follow. I found 2 guy instructors to be the easiest to follow and had clear instructions about form and strength.Don’t expect advanced moves, you’ll have to take private lessons. I took private lessons at equinox and discovered that I was doing more advanced workouts after trying these classes.

Katherine Kodama: Great instructors - they are clear with instructions and use of the reformer which seems quite daunting at the first class. The studio is very clean, light and airy. I took advantage of the introduction 2 week of unlimited classes and I feel much more confident. Have I seen any improvements? I have knee and ankle issues and they seem to have lessened.

I came in not knowing how to use a reformer but the instructors took time to teach me, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, the small class sizes are great because you do get a lot of attention from the instructors who can help correct form. Overall, would recommend attending classes here!

Sara Walsh: classes and reformer only classes and they have both been an excellent workout. Don't worry about classes being too challenging if you are new, they ask you about your skill level and background before the class and while the classes have kicked my butt they haven't felt outside of my skillset at all. I've only done evening classes with Lauren and she has been wonderful! I've been doing pilates for a couple years now and needed a good studio while I was in town for a couple weeks and Mercury has fit the bill! I would go here regularly if I lived in the area.

Mariette Lapiz: David is an amazing instructor. I’ve been taking classes and private sessions with him for the last five years. He’s extremely knowledgeable, and encourages and pushes me to go beyond my comfort zone. His classes are challenging and fun, and his private sessions have allowed me to advance and deepen my pilates practice. David always provides a great workout that challenges my body and my mind.

Lindy Gibbons: Great workout, friendly and welcoming instructors, each class is different and keeps it fresh. Love how classes are using household items during the quarantine! Also in normal times, the studio itself is a beautiful space

Annie Burger: MNT is a gem of a studio. It's beautiful, clean, inviting, and delivers a hardcore workout each time!

Kim Vo: Classes are small. Staff is responsive to emails and helpful in waitlist scheduling and/or cancellations. Led by knowledgable instructors. Studio is clean, modern and classes are usually available, even when waitlisted. Membership fees and program are AMAZING.

Janelle Naruo: Beautiful interior design. A wellness haven and highly recommended.

Emily Reinhold: The studio is beautiful, Elaine is the best, and the classes are fun but challenging!

Natasha Dunlap: workouts offered by the instructors. I've noticed substantial increased strength, endurance, and better posture after the first 2 weeks, and am excited to keep going.

Jenna M: Went there with class pass. This studio is amazing !!!!!!!!!! Interior design looks like it popped out of instagram, modern, clean, elegant. Instructors are nice and friendly, reformer class curriculum was also great!

Karen Wlasichuk: Good classes, good teachers, clean and comfortable studio and a good diversity of classes without trying to be everything to everyone. The cost is quite high for the memberships but otherwise great.

Christina Pappas: classes with Elaine, Carlie, Rachel, Olivia, and Trena, and they’ve all been fantastic - I’ve never left the studio without feeling powerful and energized despite having to walk slooowly because my legs are so shaky! And the studio itself is beautiful. I feel so lucky to have stumbled on MNTStudio and am really appreciative for all Elaine and her team do.

Katie Shumays: Amazing studio. I love this place for these reasons1. Challenging and athletic pilates classes2. The best instructors ever...whenever I travel to another city I try other studios. MNT is the best!3. Focus on form...amazing cueing from instructors with just a few call outs on minor adjustments all the sudden the movement is way more intense and my work out is next level4. Beautiful and clean space5. Variations on work outs...no class is the same
