The Julia Morgan Ballroom: what do users think?

M. Kimball: Very historical. Nice place for reunion.

Gaines Coleman: The Julia Morgan Ballroom was exquisite. We had an open bar in the lobby, then a sit-down dinner on one of the upper floors. You could see the massive Salesforce tower from one window. Architecture was quintessentially San Francisco. It was an amazing treasure I overlooked in the many walking tours I've done.

Cynthia Stephens: Attended a beautiful wedding at the balloon! The architecture of the inside of the building is beautiful!

Cormac Craigie: There’s no other venue that would have given us as perfect of a wedding day so we'll always be thankful to the Julia Morgan Ballroom and their staff!

Colin Stuart: Beautiful historical ballroom that takes up a 15th floor in the financial district. It has entry halls and pass-through chambers that are good for catering and exhibitor displays for a small conference.

akilah watkins: Lovely place! So beautiful and spacious. My organization has had our gala there many times and it is very accommodating.

Isaac: We came here for a wedding. It was very nice, from the cocktail hour to the celebration.

Terra Gallery & Event Venue: what do users think?

James Smith: Fantastic venue for a private party.

Debbie Odiye: Terra G is very very clean, airy, well kept and maintained. The kitchen, restrooms and outside space are to my likening as well. Also love the neighborhood, and location is clean and and quiet. Stephanie is awesome, very friendly and thorough in her explanation and showing us around

Daniel Payne: Nice venue for a corporate event with food, tables, live music.

kykynest YF: Went for the "WindUp" event at t end of April. Had a great time... Nice to see in person all the different brands of watches, many of which i might not en knew existed.

Christopher Chen: Came here for a watch exhibit and it was cool meeting the founders of micro brands as well as bigger brands.

Rupin Talreja: Nice open space for corporate events, entrance has a level 6 incline slope, that might not be for everyone.

Liz Henry: Nice venue, if you're in a manual wheelchair be advised to check about the entrance as it seemed very steep. I forgot to ask if there was an alternative and my powerchair could handle the extreme slope. Manual, no way. The food was amazing and the space is lovely

Colleen Connery-Bahmani: What a lovely space for a wedding and reception!! Love the addition of art being on the walls since it seems to also act as an art gallery. A wonderful view out of the windows when we were doing cocktails. And plenty of restroom space for the guests. My only small gripe is that the hill walkway is a bit rough in some places, so women in heals, especially after drinks, have to be very careful walking down after the event.

Ashwin S: Good food

Jordan Oedewaldt: Great spot for events!

Trocadero Clubhouse: what do users think?

Finfid Pseudonymous: Great place.

Marsha 909: What a great venue for a wedding or retreat or team building. It's located in a beautiful. The clubhouse is rustic and charming. It has a professional kitchen. Ample parking. And a large main area which will hold around 200 people. And a separate rustic bar area. A large porch. And spacious grounds.

Kevin Harlan Lewis: Stern Grove is a remarkable gem. I interned for the Stern Grove Festival organization one summer in the mid-aughts and it was one of the best work experiences of my life. The Trocadero Clubhouse is something like Rivendell from the Lord of the Rings. Not saying that the Haas or Goldman families are Tolkien Elves or anything, but the place is pretty magical.

Alycia Moore: I LOVE photographing weddings here. It is such a gem of San Francisco. If you want some beautiful forest vibes without leaving the city, this is your spot. Can be customized to suit your wedding day and is just the cutest. Can't wait to shoot another wedding here!! 3

Christie Shew: Very unique style design👍👍

Toby Kahn: Beautiful yellow Victorian house tucked in among redwoods at Stern Grove.

Seth Benkle: Incredible spot to get married

Penny King: What an absolutely beautiful day we had! My daughters wedding went off without a hitch. It was a magical day! It is in the city but, it feels like you are in the forest far away from it all. Clubhouse employees helpful, informative and kind. Lots of outdoor options for our outdoor ceremony as well as the house for the reception.

Barbara O Stephenson: Adorable little house in a gorgeous setting. Nice for parties.

Sadie Williams: Got married here at it was absolutely perfect 💕

Log Cabin: what do users think?

Jessica Jong: so gracefully, helping us shuffle the timeline at the last minute and making it possible for us to enjoy our time with our guests without having to worry about it at all.The Log Cabin as a venue is beautifully warm and intimate, which was exactly what we were looking for... and the peekaboo view of the Golden Gate bridge was absolutely breathtaking in our photos. We had about 90 guests and it was the perfect size for us. We did the Elite package, which comes with basically everything you need for a flawless wedding day

Teri Wilson: all were awesome to work with through the planning process. Super communicative, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and supportive through the whole thing. They helped us plan the most perfect day and made it so easy on us. Jimmy was our day-of coordinator and deserves extra praise for pivoting gracefully and adjusting the evening’s timeline flawlessly when our shuttles unfortunately were super late to arrive with our guests. The rest of the day-of team were all amazing, too. DJ Abel blew our socks off - we didn’t want typical wedding music, and he totally nailed the playlist and the vibe we were hoping for. I even had a touching moment with the security guard who pulled me aside and said he got emotional during the father/daughter dance, which was such a lovely thing for him to share.Wedgewood as an organization seems to have a very organized, structured approach to wedding planning, which I so appreciated. They were great partners and helped us have the most perfect day on one of the biggest days of our lives!

lisa medina: Wedding 11/10/23It truly was a pleasure working with the staff at the Log Cabin. All my questions about vendors and due dates were answered very promptly- even in a Sunday. Very responsive and guided me / us through the unknown territory of making important wedding decisions.Everything went so very smoothly on the wedding day. It was nonstop!! But fabulous!! Our guests are *still* talking about how much fun they had as well as the intimate venue, delicious foods, and drinks! ‘Thank you’ really isn’t large enough of a phrase to Duckie and Jimmy. You guys made our day truly unforgettable and perfect.

Rango Keshavan: We had a great experience from start to finish at the Log Cabin for our wedding. From the moment we walked in, we knew this was the right place for us. Fancy, but down to earth. The entire team was supportive in enabling us to create the exact feeling that we wanted for our wedding. They walked us through all the permutations and gave us the space to create the vibes of love and happiness that we desired. We can't imagine a better experience, it was truly wonderful. We would give it ten stars if we could!

Nicole Galizia: . They really make it that easy! James and Duckie are always available to talk, and if they cannot at that exact moment they ALWAYS set up a time where you can speak with them, and they are also really prompt with emails! We appreciate everything James and Duckie did for us!Joe & Nicole

S G.: My husband and I had our wedding here in October at the Log Cabin in the Presidio. We had attended a wedding there almost a decade ago and remembered the Golden Gate Bridge back drop. We knew we had to get married there. We had our ceremony + cocktail hour outside and the reception inside. Everything was perfect, beautifully decorated and working with wedgewood made it less stressful. Our wedding coordinator, Duckie was so helpful and attentive. I the bride, had a small hiccup prior to the ceremony and she came to rescue!!!!! I would a thousand times recommend wedgewood and the log cabin if you’re looking for an intimate-rustic venue, with a gorgeous view of the Golden Gate Bridge AND San Francisco’s skyline . Our guests came from all over and they were so pleased with venue and amazing views.

Lisa Byrne: It’s a nice venue with a very distinct vibe. Unfortunately not what I am looking for in my wedding.

Dustin Cantrell: Great SF wedding venue with the most iconic San Francisco view.

Emily Cohen: , and really took care of everything. The log cabin itself is super rustic and doesn't require a lot of additional decorations, which made it a great choice for us. We had about 70 guests and I think we could have comfortably had up to 100 with enough space for dancing. We also really appreciated that the chef was able to go off-menu for us to make a fully vegetarian pasta bar dinner! The banquet captain and dj were great too. We would definitely recommend Wedgewood and the log cabin in particular if you're looking to get married in SF!

Tony Tatum: Great place to hold an event.

Martin Annus: Great place to celebrate birthdays or organize wedding.

Clinton Dow: What great views of San Francisco & if your looking to get married this is the spot.

Hesham Maleh: Very Great! Good for sightseeing and a little bit of viewing

Yao Xu: This place has a pretty nice view of the city skyline. My favorite moonrise spot!

Molly Cogan: What an incredible hidden secret in the Presidio! This classic log cabin could be an amazing location for executive retreats and strategy sessions or even a nice happy hour or bbq outing for the whole team. With a larger outdoor area, deck, and appropriate outdoor lighting, this could be a hugely valuable indoor /outdoor venue. In it's current state, it needs an update befitting the integrity of a cabin but to offer meeting planners more than one choice for possible event angles and set-ups.

Golden Gate Club: what do users think?

Junaid As-Salek: Great place near the Golden Gate bridge with nice view surrounded by beautiful nature. So romantic and secluded from din and hassles of city crowd. A little expensive tho.

Hiroki Taenaka: Used for work events. It's a beautiful classic building. The windows are large and open.It seems to be the place where the San Francisco Peace Treaty was concluded, and there are exhibits related to it, making it a deeply moving place for Japanese people.

Judy Esther Osorio: My son Wedding. Spectacular.

A Girl and A Camera Photography - Jennifer: I recently photographed a wedding at The Golden Gate Club. It’s always a pleasure working here. First off - this venue has views and it is beautiful! I love the massive trees that surround the ceremony site. They make for a beautiful backdrop and had an intimate feel then for the reception you have the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. The planner did a phenomenal job at executing the couples vision and making their day seamless. A great venue to work with and from my perspective, a great venue to have your wedding at!

Camille Enderlin: We absolutely loved our wedding at the Golden Gate Club in Jan 2024. The table decor exceeded expectations the day of & our coordinator Kennedy Barros was phenomenal! Cannot say enough good things about her. We never felt pressured to do anything in the planning process here, I’d highly recommend this venue.

Lisa Byrne: This was such a beautiful venue but way over our budget! Beautiful views and spacious! Highly recommend

Jay kaplan: Had my little brother wedding there everything was great and it had a good view too

Jim Lee: Reception and gala for University students

Tajudeen Kazeem: Very nice place for our friend's 71st birthday.

Lindsay Wilson: Attended a wedding here at the beginning of September. The ceremony was outside overlooking the bay and probably the most gorgeous venue I have ever been to. You could see Alcatraz and the Golden Gate framed by the lovely trees. The ceremony was followed by a cocktail hour and then we moved into another large room for dinner followed by moving back out the the same large room where the cocktail hour was for dancing. The foyer was large with seating and plenty of room to move around for anyone coming and going. All around, a lovely venue.

Oliver Kray: Great Event location.

Nancy Harward: A lovely event venue. Worked well for a wedding with the ceremony on the lawn behind the house and dinner/dancing inside. Spectacular views. It helped that the weather was unusually fine.

Anna Marie Rubio: If you are looking for a reasonable! And beautiful space with views of city and Marina. This is your space . I am a planner and the staff here is amazing

University Club of San Francisco: what do users think?

Richard BREAKIRON: Interesting event location. good food and good bar. Old library feel!Hotel highlights Quiet …

Catalina Jean: The University Club SF is such a stunning wedding venue. The views are incredible and the space has so many lovely vintage touches. I photographed a wedding there and there were so many beautiful spaces for photography. Highly recommend if you are considering getting married here! So looking forward to photographing a wedding here again soon.

Huaqing Ma: I visited San Francisco for the first time after a weeklong business trip in Idaho, and stayed two nights at the University Club of San Francisco, as a reciprocal club member of the National University of Singapore Society. Choosing the University Club of San Francisco as my accommodation in San Francisco turned out to be the best travel decision I made for this trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For example, when I asked if there is any place nearby to have an early breakfast - before the official breakfast timing - as I had booked a day tour leaving at 6 AM, the staff went the extra mile by bringing me some snacks to consume on my way. I was also expecting a package, and the front desk not only agreed to receive my package, but also informed me as soon as the package arrived. They also helped to look after my luggage well, so that I didn't have to carry all my luggage to Sacramento and Los Angeles when I left San Francisco for three days before returning to San Francisco.I really like the historic feel of the entire Club's architecture. There were also paintings showing various universities including Columbia University, my alma mater.I stayed in a Standard Queen room. The furniture were traditional, but looked very well-maintained. The room and the bathroom were both clean and organised, and there was even small cupboard room to keep my jacket.Due to my tight travel schedule, besides staying in the overnight room, I only managed to utilise the gym, and went upstairs to the third and fourth floors to enjoy the nice view of the city on the morning I left San Francisco. But I realised the Club has so much more to offer. I'm sure I'll stay here again the next time I visit San Francisco, use other facilities such as the Bar & Grill.

Jerome Solberg: They provided a lovely banquet for a birthday party for a friend of mineWalkability: Easy walk from BART or take either of the two cable car linesFood & drinks: Wonderful banquet

Francesco Ivaldi: . The building is really nice and well kept. Nice views from the breakfast hall. Selection of breakfast food is extremely limited.
