Imports are expensive to work on but this is the first place I haven't felt ripped off after a service. My advisor is up front about issues, costs and timeframes for when I should bring my car in and for what services. I've had multiple services done, under the hood, suspension, oil changes, breaks, etc. For reference, I have a 2016 BMW 228i.

He somehow got the codes and gave the code to me so that I could have a hybrid battery installed. He went above and beyond to help me figure this out and also met me where I was at to change my tire! Otherwise I would have waited two hours for a tow truck. He is genuinely kind and I trust him with my car. He was referred to me by another type of mechanic. Patrick Moritz: Awesome mechanics with integrity. Brought wife’s car in and needed a catalytic converter. Replaced it, but it was still throwing codes so we brought it back and they found that the tech forgot to attach the O2 sensor. A less reputable shop could have easily claimed the sensor was bad and needed replacing and made an easy couple hundred bucks, but they took responsibility for the mistake and fixed it at no extra charge. And they did it all on time and with a smile. 10/10 would recommend. 5 stars is still too low.

These guys were awesome and super compensating with my issues, gave us updates every day and easily could have made more money off the service but were very kind and we did not have to pay anything more that we should have; took incredible amounts of responsibility and were very helpful and patient with my problematic a** car! Thank you guys so much and would recommend for anything auto related!!
