Jayson Gaultney: I run a small Pest Control business that relies on service trucks. If my trucks aren't working we are not working. Rod understands this and always dose his best to get us taken care of as soon as he can. I have been using this shop for years for my company and personal vehicles. Rod dose great work. Chantell Taylor: It's not very easy to find a car repair place you can trust to be fair and honest. Especially if you are a single woman. I have found that with Scott the 2 times I have taken my vehicle in. The first time he replaced a fuel line and saved me almost $1000. He took the time to explain to me how with the other quote I got, I was being double charged for labor. The second time I had a very simple problem with my brake lights. He had the part and it only took a few minutes to fix so he didn't even charge me! He could've charged me at least the $150 to determine the issue, plus an hour labor charge, and for the part. To me that shows he is honest and not trying to take advantage. He has earned my trust and I'll definitely go back and refer him.

We moved to Roseville a few years ago from the Bay Area and as a small business owner and personal car owner I needed to find new vendors who could take care of my family cars as well as my small fleet of service vans. I struck out at numerous shops in the area until I was turned onto Scott at GM Repair Center. Since that first recommendation to today, I have had numerous vehicles serviced and each were not only satisfactorily but even a pleasure. Scott has been honest, fair and morally upright in each of our transactions. That is saying a lot when most repair shops are dishonest and out to make a quick buck no matter what was really necessary. I have found a shop that holds the same integrity standards I have with my business. That is not the norm and I appreciate the stellar business model Scott has built around the notion that honesty will breed a steady stream of repeat clients. He has my continued business as well as my mother's, neighbor's and anyone else who needs a solid recommendation. I highly recommend and will continue to use Scott and GM Repair Center!
Douglas John: The technician replaced a torn throttle valve gasket and a worn out egv valve. Thus enabling me to pass smog. They did a wonderful job explaining the issue and ensuring me that I didn't need to replace a catalytic converter saving me a lot of money.

The wheel speed sensor was the error code but they knew that it was most likely the wheel hub. They most recently researched a problem that was diagnosed when we took our old Cadillac in for smog. According to the smog company, it likely had a cracked head. Took it to GM repair, and they diagnosed and replaced a leaking hose. Car runs beautifully, and was a very inexpensive fix. Extremely happy with the service they provide!

David Simmons: I brought them my 1991 Ford Mustang for brake work. This was my first time using this shop since I moved to the area very recently. Scott was very kind and helpful and he seemed genuinely honest on what needed to be and did not need to be done. It did take longer than I had originally expected but this was because of my car and not them at all. He made sure everything got done in a timely manner and while not cheap I would definitely say it was competitive pricing. I will definitely be back anytime I need something that I cannot do myself. If you have any car especially an old or classic car and you need someone to trust I would take it here.

He somehow got the codes and gave the code to me so that I could have a hybrid battery installed. He went above and beyond to help me figure this out and also met me where I was at to change my tire! Otherwise I would have waited two hours for a tow truck. He is genuinely kind and I trust him with my car. He was referred to me by another type of mechanic. rita Valenzuela: I'll start by saying I saved at least 1000$ went to the dealer for an oil change I had a coupon for they tried to upscale me 1600$ for some hose replacement went back to highlands transmission it was nit necessary at this time to replace that's a lot of peace of mind .

Trisha G.: I am from Spokane Washington and staying at a nearby hotel. As I was ready to leave my car battery was slow to start. I called ASR Roseville to see if they could squeeze me in and take a look. They said of course. I needed a new battery. They didn't have one in stock and said it could be a few hours. Called me a few hours later and everything was completed. They included a car wash and vacuum the front floors. Super nice owner chatted and joked with customers and employees. If I lived in the area, I would be a customer. Great experience.

Update on my favorite Auto repair shop this time I had to take my Titan in because of a U Joint issue I called them on a Monday and they got me in the next morning which I was happy they got me in so soon one thing about this shop is they don't use cheap low grade parts so they put in Spicer u joints in my truck I used to do this kind of work my self but now that I'm in my sixties it's not so easy anymore and in my opinion Spicer is the best you pay a bit more for the better parts but they last a lot longer these guys know there stuff ...Bill was my service writer he is a knowledgeable friendly guy and won't steer you wrong so whatever service work you need give them a call they are honest and very trust worthy shop.....update this time my truck went in for an oil change and cabin air filter Bill and his crew are up to the task again great service and a friendly hand shake and a smile and my truck got a much needed bath and vacuum every time it's like a new truck thanks guys for a great job again...UPDATE I took my titan in for an oil change great job as always they also went over my truck for a safety check. They found I have a power steering hose starting to leak and a belt starting to get small cracks in it and also a couple of burnt out driving light bulbs so next time in I will have them fix the issues they are on top of it pointing out the safety issues ... And if you ever get the chance to meet george the owner you will love this guy he's a hands on owner he is very friendly and he will also make you laugh I've been getting work done at this shop since 2002 and it's always the same great service thank you George for having a well run honest shop..😉update I'm back today for an oil change every time I come here I'm greeted with a smile and a hand shake same great service and a great carwash to boot it's nice to come to a shop you can trust... VeeJay Gilbert: . After evaluating, they informed me that my rack and pinion needed to be repaired. They then referred me to BMR.As soon as I got home I contacted that shop and explained the situation. At first I was told that there were appointments available later in the week. I then explained that I really needed the vehicle fixed prior to that as I had important medical appointments I couldn't miss. The young lady assisting me then asked if I could bring my vehicle in the next day - I instantly agreed.The next morning I dropped off the vehicle and I was immediately given a quote. When I went to pick up my car, I found out the popping sound was from one of the front rods which they fixed, but the rack and pinion did need repairing so it was a good thing I did hit something. In addition, they also replaced my back braking light. I asked how much more that was and was immediately told that they were sticking to the quote I was given. My car drives beautifully and am so pleased with their wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend BMR to those that need this type of repairs.
