Kathi Clark: In a world of less-than-honest auto repair, this place is such a relief. The work is always done correctly and honestly. Everyone who works there has been friendly and knowledgeable. If I don't understand a problem they will explain it without being condescending. The whole facility is extremely clean and there is plenty of room and seating if you are waiting for your vehicle. I never take my car anywhere else now. I highly recommend it!Update: Still the best!

My radiator blew which fried my alternator and I was back on the road within 3 hours... They are truly phenomenal.

Michael Kramer: I generally don't leave reviews much but in this case it is more than deserving. First of all when you bring your car in you enter this beautiful lobby and showroom that is the cleanest i have ever seen. You can literally eat off the floor not only in the lobby but out in the garage area as well. The staff greets you when you come in and is very knowledgeable when you describe what your needs are and why you are there. They also provide you with a fair and up front estimate and if there is any additional services needed they call you up front and let you decide if that's what you want to do. They also provide you with options and strategies that can save you money and help guide you through the process. Weather it is some real detailed tuning, upgrades or service for my hot rod, my wife's car or one my fleet trucks BMR Napa Auto Care is the only place I will go. They have definitely earned my business moving forward.

She was extremely helpful and made arrangements for the essential work on my truck to be completed within a few hours, so I could exchange the truck for my other vehicle. She arranged for my other vehicle to be evaluated first thing Monday morning. By mid-morning on Monday, my 2nd vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up! BMR puts customer service at the top. Appreciate their willingness to make sure I had a vehicle to drive and for completing the repairs on both vehicles in a timely manner!!

Mark Bekoff: I took my 2004 Nissan titan in for service for maintenance what they did I thought the price was a little high but when I got in in and drove it home man what a difference it ran like it was brand new again they even gave it a bath and vacuum the inside so it's like they say you get what you pay for the shop and waiting room are very clean and neat staff friendly and knowledgeable I trust these guys as they worked on another car I had some years ago and still the same great service so what ever your needs this is the shop to go to.... Update on my favorite Auto repair shop this time I had to take my Titan in because of a U Joint issue I called them on a Monday and they got me in the next morning which I was happy they got me in so soon one thing about this shop is they don't use cheap low grade parts so they put in Spicer u joints in my truck I used to do this kind of work my self but now that I'm in my sixties it's not so easy anymore and in my opinion Spicer is the best you pay a bit more for the better parts but they last a lot longer these guys know there stuff ...Bill was my service writer he is a knowledgeable friendly guy and won't steer you wrong so whatever service work you need give them a call they are honest and very trust worthy shop.....update this time my truck went in for an oil change and cabin air filter Bill and his crew are up to the task again great service and a friendly hand shake and a smile and my truck got a much needed bath and vacuum every time it's like a new truck thanks guys for a great job again...UPDATE I took my titan in for an oil change great job as always they also went over my truck for a safety check. They found I have a power steering hose starting to leak and a belt starting to get small cracks in it and also a couple of burnt out driving light bulbs so next time in I will have them fix the issues they are on top of it pointing out the safety issues ... And if you ever get the chance to meet george the owner you will love this guy he's a hands on owner he is very friendly and he will also make you laugh I've been getting work done at this shop since 2002 and it's always the same great service thank you George for having a well run honest shop..😉update I'm back today for an oil change every time I come here I'm greeted with a smile and a hand shake same great service and a great carwash to boot it's nice to come to a shop you can trust...
