Molly Yager: Leading up to the purchase of my vehicle, Kyle was a great salesman to work with. He wasn’t pushy at all, but very helpful. I lost faith in Future Ford of Roseville when I needed a repair. There seemed to be miscommunication with the salesman that sold me the vehicle and scheduling the repair. He ended up telling me he would buy me a paint pen to touch up the paint on my new Lincoln. Anyway, I no longer have to communicate with him and faith was restored when I met Josh, the due bill coordinator!!! He was so kind, attentive, and communicative. He made the process seamless and made sure I was taken care of. I wish everyone there was like Josh!!
