Jim Ratliff: 3-8-2023...Greg was my service advisor and like the rest of the staff at AutoNation-RAM - Roseville they greet you and treat you well. Everyone is upbeat and they have good attitudes. Greg keeps you informed of the repair/service work and walked me out to my truck. They even washed it today since they drove it thru a small puddle and thought the added service was the thing to do. Where do you get those nice gestures anymore? It's always tough to be the service guy but he just carries the right attitude in the right attention to detail. The dealer should be happy to have him on the floor taking care of their customers vehicle service needs. I recommend you contact Greg whatever you need to use AutoNation in Roseville.5-20-23Greg my normal advisor was not in today so I had John help me out. He was on his game and took care of me with my service. Everyone at the dealer is nice.7-13-24My service advisor for a number of years, Greg retired about 6 months ago. He suggested that I deal with Kolin Bloom moving forward.Kolin was very accommodating in polite in took care of my oil change and tire rotation all at the same time on the same day within less than 2 hours. It's nice to have a good service team recognize customers and I appreciate it.

Major Joan M. Salinas: I was at the DMV for the third day in a row trying to get the title of the Dodge Dart officially in my name. Being in the military and having to move at a moments notice, although I had paid the vehicle off in 2020, the title could not be forwarded to my new address. So it stayed in the bank’s name for 4 years. Now I needed to sell my vehicle after retirement and was moving to another state. Dealing with the California DMV is a nightmare! Most of the employees are rude and short tempered and have a multitude of rules you need to jump through to get the simplest request completed. The latest was that on that morning on my 3rd day of jumping through another gauntlet was that a new recall was made on 2015 Dodge Dart so I had to go to a Dodge dealership and have them make the correction and bring the proof back to DMV before I could submit for the title of my car. So I went to the Dodge dealership and I needed to leave the vehicle overnight. This is where I was treated with upmost understanding and full cooperation. They drove me home and picked me up the following day with the vehicle recall free and I had the orange stamp of completion to take back to DMV. Everyone at the Dodge Dealership were professional and took great care of me. Now back to the jungles of DMV. I’m still waiting to get the title to my vehicle.

After test driving one of the Jeeps we found the one we wanted, and the negotiations began with a price for our trade-in, which they gave a very fair trade-in value and a great price on a fully loaded Wrangler Rubicon. From the first contact through the final vehicle, delivery was an excellent experience and did not take that long time wise. We would definitely recommend Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep.

Mary Camcam: I went to get my oil change today, Jake is good, he ask me if I need Lyft, bcoz the waiting is 2-3 hrs. That's too long to wait for oil change. But he requested Lyft for me to drop off and pick up pretty good. I was early, too, 8am but 2-3 hrs just for oil change, so disappointing 😞
