In addition, Patricia was very sweet and waited for me to pull up at 4:58 pm when the office closes at 5pm so I could get my gate code.

david randall: For us having an onsite courtesy dump and covered wash bay offsets our monthly rent by nearly 40%. Plus it is nice, secure and probably the most affordable storage in town. We've had zero problems and you have direct access to diesel, propane, ice and other provisions at several convenience stores on the corner of Foothills and Blue Oaks.

When I asked for help with a spider, Marcel treated me with such kindness, as if I were his own daughter, and promptly took care of it. Kenneth ensured I understood how to operate the front gate and familiarized me with the property. Their attentiveness and friendliness, despite my short stay, were outstanding. I am new to the area and moved to Cool after my husband died to be close to my family. The owner and manager of this facility were wonderful. They were also very patient with me teaching me how to work the gates locks and the door to my locker. I am very pleased with these folks and you will be too. I can drive right up to my unit. The parking lot is very clean with lots of security cameras. I feel very safe here."
