Jessica was by far a top notch representative of this company. Everything was explained to me in simplistic terms, she's very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any questions that I had. After reading a bunch of reviews on Google and seeing Jessica's name, now I know why she's highly valued at the company by the customers.
Sue Stack: I have been with this storage facility since 2015. When Trojan first took it over, it was a nightmare. But since then, the storage manager, Jessica, has been awesome in helping with issues. I hope the Trojan corporation appreciates the value in Jessica because they have employed some real losers in the past. Jessica really cares about the tenants and is a real asset to this company.

Thomas Webster: They just switched over to a new entry system which, in my opinion, offers a better level of security. I once found an area where someone had cut the barbed wire and the fence. Within minutes of my report the manager was out to see the damaged and had it repaired before the day was out. I highly recommend this facility if you're looking for a safe place to store your coach, trailer, boat, or whatever.
Todd Wright: We've had two different motorhome stored here for the last few years. While it's just basically a cement parking lot, the place is reasonably clean, rates are reasonable, and the office is very attentive to needs.

Alexis Hazelett: DR Storage is great for the price & location, they provide a lock for your unit, most units are inside and there are elevators. Our couch & mattresses fit in the elevators! There is great air conditioning & bathrooms and drinking fountains. There are also flat carts for hauling big items or multiple items at a time. You get to pick your own code to get in as well, which is great so you don’t have to remember a code that was given to you. Overall great experience!

I think our RV has held value because it's not out in the hot sun all summer or the rain in winter. Indoor storage is a little pricey, but well worth the cost. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Leah Duck: We have used 24hrs for about 4 years. Love the ease of getting in and out. They were helpful when we had a flat tire, helped up secure and jacket it up until we could get tire repaired. We have a long term vehicle storage and they have help with battery replacements and set up trickle charging for us as well. No doubt my vehicle is safe and taken care of when stored here!!
Steve Hodapp: We’ve stored our trailer at 24 Hour for 6 years now and have nothing but great things to say about this place. Send an email when you want to pick up with any services you may want such as tire pressures, filling propane tanks, turning on the frig, and it’s moved outside from indoors and ready to go when you get there. When you return you just leave it in their secure lot and they take care of moving it indoors. We usually request that they wash our trailer whenever we return it. Super convenient.In addition to their regular services they’ve also replaced our trailers tires for us and replaced a tongue jack for us. Makes things very easy for us.

They go above and beyond with prompt email responses and little extras like opening the basement and filling propane tanks. Couldn’t see myself storing anywhere else than 24Hr. Jey Yelland: We've used 24 Hour Recreational Storage for indoor storage of our travel trailers. Indoor storage minimizes sun and weather damage to the unit. Staff can wash the trailer and fill or drain tanks as necessary. They even acquired and installed a new 12V cabin battery when our old one was kaput. Office staff are responsive to requests and always had our trailer ready to go when requested. I'm pleased with their service.
