Dr. Pham was incredibly attentive, taking the time to thoroughly explain each step of the treatment process, which greatly alleviated our anxiety. Larry Whalen: Pediatric Hospital is clean. Staff are friendly. Lots of stuff to keep the kid entertained. Play area with therapy dogs sometimes. Hard to be optimistic about care when my kid was sick but the doctors and nurses did well.Note to parents: you are freaking out when your kid gets admitted, just give the doctor information and let them decide the course of action

Caribeña Riena: Didnt plan to have daughter here but I did, ended up being a great experience the nursing staff was very caring and listened/respected all my medical request making it comfortable for me. The hospital is very nice/new probably the best you can deliver a baby im the Sacramento area. I would recommend to women looking to deliver they have better attention than Kaiser or Mercy will.
Lena: Awesome docs, nurses, radiology tech, and respiratory therapists. Had a good experience here for sure. We knew this was the place to be when our small hometown hospital let our 9 yr old down. They had been there before for us with our micro preemie and came thru again today. They are worth the hour and 15 minute drive for the care you need. We are very grateful to the pediatric staff!

sharon hunt: My Granddaughter had a lump removed from her back today. And the nurses n doctors were very nice and explained everything that was going to happen to her. She was very scared. And they made her feel better about the procedure. I can say I've never been to a hospital where they treat your child like they matter.

Kimberly Whitaker: This is by far the best Hospital I've ever been to! All staff is and has always been genuine each and every time I've come here, even when I'm distraught, vulnerable or overwhelmed, panicking and in tears, I still see so much love and compassion here! Empathy for their patient is suburb! I commend staff at UCD for always being genuine, kind, and informative. My trust, while in a state of mind where im in need of an emergency room visit, is here @ UCD. I'm grateful 🙏

Johnny Martinez: Very nice hospital. They treated us very well. We had 3 of our kids here. The staff is excellent. Their procedures are top notch and they always gave us private rooms. No need to share a room with crying babies. Easy parking garage. I would highly recommend this hospital to deliver your baby. Great views. Great doctors! Thank you!!

Zero Ulvoc: Just got the time to write a review, 2 years ago I gave birth to my son and it wasn't an easy delivery but if not because of the staff and the great Dr. Zhang I don't know what could have happened that night. I would give this place a 10 if I could. I'm not going to write an entire story of what happened but I was very thankful to all the staff and the doctor at Sutter Womens and Children, I was given the best service beyond my expectations, I just felt special even though that time I was using a MediCal insurance, I did not felt like they discriminated that coz I know for sure other establishments does. Now we moved to Illinois but wanted to go back to California just if I would have a second child I want it at Sutter. Funny but that's what I feel. lol

Crystal Salas: I realized I never left a review but feel compelled to do so. My son, when he was 1month old was admitted to this hospital, which is an 1.5 hours away from home. The staff and doctors were truly very kind, compassionate and understanding of the anguish we were facing with our sick child. They were accommodating as possible to myself and his dad when we stayed with him that full week. My son got better and we were able to get home and he is a thriving 11 year old. I’m beyond thankful for the staff who cared over my child and made it possible to return home as a complete family.
Neicy W: Nicu nurses were GREAT however a few of the labor and delivery nurses were horrible and i mean HORRIBLE..

Kirsta Garcia: Had my 4th child here recently. Nurses were beyond accommodating from triage, to labor & delivery, to post partum, everyone running tests, & the cleaning crew. Very helpful & they go above & beyond anything I have ever experienced. One of the cleaning crew ladies cracked me up! Only thing negative was the food. I was only asked what I wanted once. 2 of the meals were good. I highly recommend this hospital. Thank you for the great service.

Brandon Roots: Well, first I'd like to say I dreaded having to drive downtown and find parking, i thought the lots directly across from the hospitals would be full but they weren't, which is great. A bit narrow so drive carefully around the corners. On to the real good stuff, the facilities are clean and super artsy, i loved it. The wife had a csection here and everyone was great, from the staff that cleaned and security to the Rn's and doctors, the two RN's in particular i remember was Lynne and Lee, nice would be an understatement, they were phenomenal. Our stay went quick and though we said thank you, I figured a comment can be relayed back to them since a new hospital means nothing without caring staff and they exemplified this. May the Lord bless these ladies and gents who assisted us. Sutter is the best, hands down. Side note: patients remember to take care of the staff too, it goes both ways!

Trisha O’Malley: with severe abdominal pain! There was quite a few other people in the ER waiting room. They were professional, kind and caring - which you don’t usually see in today’s world, sometimes it’s just a job - but they were awesome and really made you feel cared for.I was assessed by an ER doctor who had wonderful bedside manner, kind and also little funny - I don’t remember his name - but thank you to him! They immediate had me do an EKG to make sure my heart was ok… and shortly after took my blood and got me set up with an IV to have a CT scan and ultrasound. - turns out it was my appendix. It had burst!!So they immediately brought me up to the OR and I remember transferring over to the OR bed - but that’s all I remember. I woke up in recovery. All the ER team, OR surgeon team and recovery team was amazing - very caring and thoughtful! Extremely professional and high standards! I had wonderful care!They then had me transferred to a room to have me admitted for observations - I could have died! But they saved my life! Thank you! They brought me up to the rehab building - which I believe is building 6…I had several nurses there and many were amazing! Some I don’t remember their names - but some of the ones I love and appreciate are Ashlee, Susie, Nathan - and Rashawnda …Rashawnda helped me shower, it’s hard when you are at the mercy of others - but her kindness and care was so extremely caring! She made me feel like it was not a burden and she was happy to help me!! She made me feel a million times better and always had a wonderful smile that everyday I would see her made me feel better to have her there!! I always looked forward to seeing her!!Ashlee and Susie were attentive and explained things to me, they were also very caring and do very well at their jobs! Always with smiles! Making sure I was doing ok. Would help whenever I needed it!Nathan was also very good! He is highly professional but also caring - he’s very regimented - I never had to bother because he was on top of his game always!! Thank you for such good care and professionalism!My entire surgery team checked on me often and were also very wonderful!! Thank you!There were many others that I loved who showed kindness and compassion through-out my stay with Sutter… I was released last night
Keoki Bridges: Be wary when you bring your family here, they will get them high on meds like Xanax and while your family member is under the influence they send an overzealous social worker to ask questions, which could ultimately caused your family member to be placed on a medical detention against their will, especially if you have really good insurance, and if you disagree they will kick you out and trespass you and declare this place a private company, we will be filing with an attorney soon as civil rights were violated Roseville PD was notified and case number generated

Darryl Dunn: My Wife came in with extream pain in her lower right abdomin. Imaging presented a foreign object which perforated her colon. They got her in and did emergency surgery that same night. Post op care has been phenomenal. Everyone is polite and attentive to detail and her needs. I have been somewhat of a helicopter husband and the staff has been very patient with me. I am thankful for these people.

Carissa Koon: i had to get surgery for my eye and all the staff were super caring and friendly. i am grateful to them for trying to make my first hospital experience positive. i was really scared and alone, as my family is in Southern California, but the nurses and sitters did a great job of chatting with me to keep me from getting lonely. they also did a great job of tending to my needs, like getting drinks and water, finding a phone charger for me, etc! i am really grateful especially to Miss Genena, Miss Amy, Mr. Eric, Mr. Emmanuel, Miss Fiona, and Miss Asleigh. They kept me company during the night and day! much love to all the staff, thank you for your hard work and dedication as healthcare workers 🙏
