Sharna gets the journey and has helped me feel good about what I'm wearing for Any occasion. Sharna is not only gifted as a transformational stylist, she also has a huge and beautiful heart and spirit. Anyone who meets her at BU will come to love her. Jake: Went here to get my girlfriend a couple gifts. I would say it was a pleasant experience. It was very cute and chic inside. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful with selecting gifts that my girlfriend would like.

Gina C: Placed an online order and paid using Sezzle. Something went wrong with the payment, I got charged but my order didn’t actually go through. I messaged the shop on Facebook and they immediately took matters into their own hands, contacted Sezzle and figured out the issue. They even set the items I wanted aside so they wouldn’t sell until Sezzle got it figured out. Amazing customer service! I hope I can visit in person someday! Thank you so much!

As a professional magicians assistant I love to have lots of lovely gowns to choose from & windsor doesn't disappoint. Very easy return process as well. I bought a large online & it was way too big , but the other gown for perfect for a large. Started the return online & took to the store for no hastle & super easy. Lots of selections online as well as in store. Your go to spot for a homecoming, prom, wedding or special occasion dress.

They let us try on so many dresses and we finally found one! Prom was saved and my daughter is happy. Will definitely be coming here to get her graduation dress too!

Service was great even though the store was full of customers being President's Day. I was quite impressed with one employee - Dianna - who literally was in three places at once. She managed a long line to the fitting room, rearranged clothes on hangers, answered questions about sizes and colors, etc., and all with a smile and professional attitude. She is a rare find and I hope that she is appreciated by her superiors. Thank you Dianna! We will definitely shop at Windsor again.
