Michael Finney: Over in fair Oaks to visit my brother and sisters in law for three weeks from the UK, and my wife extended the holiday for an extra 10 days, so went into Bod's Cycle Center to look at the bikes, and came out with a Giant fathom 29er hardtail very impressed with the bike, all the staff were very helpful, and swooped my brake levers to UK speck after I had a couple of near front wheel wash outs thank you to all the staff, looking forward to getting back to ride the bike next march, highly recommended..😁😁

Scottys Automotive: Bob's Cycle Center stepped up. Service after the sale. I was greeted by Nathan, he was very helpful and accommodating. Left my Giant Explore E-Bike because the motor was noisy. Got a call from Greg who said he took it for a long ride and agreed the motor was noisy. He reached out to Giant to get it taken care of. A couple of weeks later he called and said I was good to go. Couldn't be happier with the professional service, from the sales staff to the service department. Lance Olsen: My girlfriend and I came in to buy a bike for her daughter. They didn’t have the size in stock for her but they looked around and found the exact bike we were looking for at the trek store in El Dorado hills. They called them and had them hold the bike for us. We went up there same day and bought it. We did end up ordering a bike for my girlfriend at Hub. They said the bike would be in the following week. They called us that next week and said it was ready to be picked up. They are extremely nice and helpful at the Roseville store. And they’re on top of it. I went back and picked up my girlfriends bike that week. During our first trip to The Hub I saw the new Trek Marlin 8 and decided that I wanted to get that bike for myself. When I went back to pick up my girlfriends bike Rj was helping me checkout and I was talking to him about the Marlin 8. He was offering to knock down the price a little since we just bought the other bike from them. This really made me want to get the bike. I went back about a week later and picked up the Marlin 8. I put orange grips on the handlebars and metal petals. Rj and Joe gave me a great deal on the bike and I couldn’t be happier. I’m so excited to get back into biking and I can’t wait to take my bike back into them for tune ups. These guys are riders themselves and know what they are doing and talking about. They also couldn’t be nicer. This will be my main bike shop for as long as I live in Roseville. Thank you Hub for two amazing bikes and helping us get the first one. Ten out of Ten stars for this shop!

adam: Great bike shop they have a very knowledgeable staff and work on just about anything with wheels.
Aaron Geiger: , where we could potentially put our dollars in the local community. They have good hours and although I could have done this on a day off, I took a few hours off of work to visit this place with my wife, who is in the market for a bike. Forgive me for not catching his name but, he was at the counter at the service department but, he helped us out with a few demo test rides on the Aventon Adventure and another Aventon hybrid bike. He was informative, friendly and we had a good normal conversation, which was nice because it was no pressure. Although we did not buy at the time, we appreciated the effort and information received and we will definitely recommend this place to other people. Also, if you're in the market for a good reconditioned used bike they have plenty to admire, from 20" to electric to full suspension mountain bikes.
Cassidy C: I took my bike to be repaired a few weeks ago. I had a flat in my back tire. I was lucky and they fixed it within 20 min! Joe was very helpful and made the process very easy! I will definitely be visiting again for all my biking questions and needs.

Clara D: I know very little about bikes but the workers here seemed friendly and excited to help me. They were never condescending and they never made me feel stupid even with my dumb questions. It seems like they just wanted to help me and help me learn. They didn’t charge me for helping me trouble shoot my flat tire. They showed me what to look for. I ended up buying a couple things as well just because the customer service was so phenomenal. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would drive out of my way to take my bike here. It looks like they had a big collection of used and new bikes for sale too.

Was shipping to Hawaii and was a bit wary about the drive and a big ticket expense without knowing them but given the shortage I took my chances. Really a great experience, very friendly, lots of throw-ins, fair price and some fantastic advice. And of course love the bike. Strongly recommend.
