Michael Finney: Over in fair Oaks to visit my brother and sisters in law for three weeks from the UK, and my wife extended the holiday for an extra 10 days, so went into Bod's Cycle Center to look at the bikes, and came out with a Giant fathom 29er hardtail very impressed with the bike, all the staff were very helpful, and swooped my brake levers to UK speck after I had a couple of near front wheel wash outs thank you to all the staff, looking forward to getting back to ride the bike next march, highly recommended..😁😁

Scottys Automotive: Bob's Cycle Center stepped up. Service after the sale. I was greeted by Nathan, he was very helpful and accommodating. Left my Giant Explore E-Bike because the motor was noisy. Got a call from Greg who said he took it for a long ride and agreed the motor was noisy. He reached out to Giant to get it taken care of. A couple of weeks later he called and said I was good to go. Couldn't be happier with the professional service, from the sales staff to the service department. Lance Olsen: My girlfriend and I came in to buy a bike for her daughter. They didn’t have the size in stock for her but they looked around and found the exact bike we were looking for at the trek store in El Dorado hills. They called them and had them hold the bike for us. We went up there same day and bought it. We did end up ordering a bike for my girlfriend at Hub. They said the bike would be in the following week. They called us that next week and said it was ready to be picked up. They are extremely nice and helpful at the Roseville store. And they’re on top of it. I went back and picked up my girlfriends bike that week. During our first trip to The Hub I saw the new Trek Marlin 8 and decided that I wanted to get that bike for myself. When I went back to pick up my girlfriends bike Rj was helping me checkout and I was talking to him about the Marlin 8. He was offering to knock down the price a little since we just bought the other bike from them. This really made me want to get the bike. I went back about a week later and picked up the Marlin 8. I put orange grips on the handlebars and metal petals. Rj and Joe gave me a great deal on the bike and I couldn’t be happier. I’m so excited to get back into biking and I can’t wait to take my bike back into them for tune ups. These guys are riders themselves and know what they are doing and talking about. They also couldn’t be nicer. This will be my main bike shop for as long as I live in Roseville. Thank you Hub for two amazing bikes and helping us get the first one. Ten out of Ten stars for this shop!

Snowshoe Dancer: We walked in to rent bikes first thing on a Friday. The owner was super nice to work with making sure my wife got fitted out and all her questions answered. There is some nearby parking areas to warm up in before you head out on the bike trail. I'd rent here again.

If you are looking for a place to rent bikes, look no further. Their prices and selection make it so easy to find a fit for everyone in the group. I am interested in the Element ebike and Eduardo was very knowledgeable about the motor size and battery, and explained to be delivery expectations. I asked many questions and he was very thorough. He was very approachable, had a big smile on his face and took the time to answer all my questions. He offered great customer service and is a valuable employee to this company!
Azong Henrietta: The Nihola Trike was rented for a particular occasion. The reservation process was quite simple, and the fee for a full day rental was fairly cheap given the trike's uniqueness and high quality. The cargo section, which is perhaps most usually used to transport children, dogs, or a large number of farmers market purchases, functioned as the seat of honor for an average build adult - he fit comfortably and his "chaffeur" had no trouble peddling him around town! The tricycle is quite maneuverable. Everyone who got to ride in it, including me, had a great time! It was also simple to strap down and put into the back of a pickup truck bed for a quick return to the rental shop.

Reservation online was super easy and the price for a full day rental was very reasonable considering the uniqueness and quality of the trike. The cargo area, which is probably most commonly used to shuttle around kiddos, doggos, or lots of farmers market finds, served as the seat of honor for an average build adult - he fit comfortably and his "chaffeur" had no problem pedaling him around town! The trike handles very nimbly. All who got to take a ride in it, myself included, had a really fun time! It was also easy to load into the back of a pick-up truck bed and strap down for a quick return to the rental shop. Owner and staff members were super friendly and helpful.

C Dunlap: They have an awesome selection of pickleball paddles in all sorts of price ranges. They gave me honest insight of what they had in stock and didn't try to up sale me. Being able to get a hands on feel for the paddles was great instead of ordering online and not knowing if your actually going to like it. I picked out a Holbrook paddle- I love their trendy designs! Overall, I was super happy to support an Auburn local, family owned business. Next time I'll be in to check out ebikes!

LRF: We brought two brand new Aventon Aventure.2 E-bikes in for a brake upgrade. Emailed Duke first to discuss options and to receive an estimate. He responded in a timely manner and was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Once we determined what was needed and that the parts were in stock, we brought the bikes in for Duke to perform the work. He was fast and efficient and completed the work within the time specified. The cost even came in below the estimate. Christy handled our payment and was friendly and engaging. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. Will definitely return in the future.

Drew Ochwat: This experience was great👍👍Adrian and Josh who were helping us were pleasant and very welcoming.We came in to get the brakes on a mountain bike fixed. Although bike tune ups were booked for several days, they were able to diagnose the issue and fix it the same day. The front brake just needed to be bled, but they did both, fixed a hanging brake line, and tuned up the front suspension at no extra charge. It was only $50.

Aaron Geiger: , where we could potentially put our dollars in the local community. They have good hours and although I could have done this on a day off, I took a few hours off of work to visit this place with my wife, who is in the market for a bike. Forgive me for not catching his name but, he was at the counter at the service department but, he helped us out with a few demo test rides on the Aventon Adventure and another Aventon hybrid bike. He was informative, friendly and we had a good normal conversation, which was nice because it was no pressure. Although we did not buy at the time, we appreciated the effort and information received and we will definitely recommend this place to other people. Also, if you're in the market for a good reconditioned used bike they have plenty to admire, from 20" to electric to full suspension mountain bikes.

It seems like they just wanted to help me and help me learn. They didn’t charge me for helping me trouble shoot my flat tire. They showed me what to look for. I ended up buying a couple things as well just because the customer service was so phenomenal. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would drive out of my way to take my bike here. It looks like they had a big collection of used and new bikes for sale too.
