Andrey Tsvirinko: Been curious to try this place for a while and glad I finally got a chance. From the ordering to the food the experience was great. Definitely could see the passion to provide the best quality food and service. With a quick history on waffles and where he gets the best ingredients it was evident that the owner knew his stuff and it really reflected in the quality of the food. Honestly will be recommending and coming back for more. Highly recommend!

Despite not having blueberries, which he explained was due to his dedication to sourcing only the best quality ingredients, the care for food quality was evident. The waffles were absolutely delicious - crispy, crunchy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness even with the addition of chocolate.

Although we didn't have our dogs with us since we were visiting from out of town, we were excited about the chance to see some dogs on their patio seating. Unfortunately, it was quite hot that day, so there were no dogs, and it was too warm to sit outside.Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly young man who noticed we had brought backpacks and were there to work. He kindly seated us at a table that was perfect for both working and enjoying our meal.We were fortunate to arrive during happy hour, which offered a great selection of affordable dishes. The food was fantastic, and the service was equally impressive. Overall, our experience at University of Beer was excellent, and we look forward to visiting again, hopefully on a cooler day to enjoy the patio and perhaps meet some furry friends!

Selene Hale: The food here was fabulous! We ordered the prix fix fried chicken and shared it. The staff was super nice about it and split the plates perfectly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the desserts weren't good. Our butter cake was very raw in the middle. So I think I would skip dessert and just order appetizer and meal, and leave very happy

Jeff Levy: Early lunch with my son....I had their delicious Angus Burger and my son had a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. We shared Deviled Eggs as our appetizer. Every thing was really good.No waiting. Elegant decor. We'll be back.

Jasmine Gonzalez: Awesome food and drink! Their whiskey sour is a true, classically prepared, sour. Highly recommend the 28 day aged marrow burger. They have a great beer selection, try the campfire Stout if you are into slightly sweet dark beers. We also tried their Headhunter King, their Whiskey Sour and the Floor is Lava; all of the drinks were amazing. The waiter was very nice and extremely attentive!
