    Kathleen Dayton-Baldwin: My go-to place for fish & chips with mushy peas,excellent! Love the store, they have hard to find English desserts in the freezer, also Irish sausages & nice scones. So good! They have sauce mixes too!

    Sharon Hoepker: What a charming place! A small import store on one side, for those British items that are hard to get here. And seating for about 30 on the other restaurant side, cloth tablecloths and fun decor. The fish and chips is FANTASTIC. Generous portions and excellent quality Icelandic cod fish with the breading/batter done to perfection, crisp, not greasy.We added mushy peas and bread/butter for a classic lunch. The owner is gracious and friendly. I will be going back, tea and crumpets next time.

    Since 2012, we’ve been serving our community in the heart of Folsom. From our great selection of beer, every cocktail imaginable and all of your pub grub favorites, we have everything you need to have a great time.

    Dezla: and the food was really good. The birria tacos were not too oily which was a major plus, and the fries were some of the best fries I’ve had. The passionfruit mojito was a bit sweet but I typically like a more bitter drink so that is entirely a personal preference. Overall a great experience and look forward to coming back again.

The games were fun and took a minute to realize the goal but we're easy enough for a beginner and kids to play. Unfortunately, it was quite hot that day, so there were no dogs, and it was too warm to sit outside.Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly young man who noticed we had brought backpacks and were there to work. He kindly seated us at a table that was perfect for both working and enjoying our meal.We were fortunate to arrive during happy hour, which offered a great selection of affordable dishes. The food was fantastic, and the service was equally impressive. Overall, our experience at University of Beer was excellent, and we look forward to visiting again, hopefully on a cooler day to enjoy the patio and perhaps meet some furry friends!

    Jasmine Gonzalez: Awesome food and drink! Their whiskey sour is a true, classically prepared, sour. Highly recommend the 28 day aged marrow burger. They have a great beer selection, try the campfire Stout if you are into slightly sweet dark beers. We also tried their Headhunter King, their Whiskey Sour and the Floor is Lava; all of the drinks were amazing. The waiter was very nice and extremely attentive!
