Dustin Stephenson: Great experience! I was looking for a commuter to avoid putting a ton of miles on my new truck… wasn’t sure after reading the reviews on here. Glad I went with them! So, it’s cash/credit only. Cars have pretty high mileage but cheapest dealer ever. 4k for a Honda Civic .. still runs great! Great condition. Honest dealership too. They gave it to me straight about a few other cars I was looking at. One the ac didn’t work good, they told me that up front, and they even sent me a check for a dmv refund. I’d have never even noticed that. They could have easily kept it. Integrity move. Good car. Cheap price. Very happy with my experience!

Ross Cooper: I bought a Prius here a few years ago and 30k miles later I've had zero issues with the car. It's been a solid car and after some maintenance that's due now at its current mileage I'm sure it'll go 200k miles+.
Jason Summers: Showed up to test drive a vehicle that wasnt quite ready. They let me check out some other vehicles on the lot. There was a bunch of good quality vehicles! I didn't end up buying what I test drove, but they didn't try to pressure me at all. It just wasnt what I was looking for. Super low pressure and nice people!

Wer hat so viel Zeit?!Bei RCC habe ich mich online beworben, Jose hat mich innerhalb von ein oder zwei Stunden angerufen, mir Zahlungsszenarien für das Auto mitgeteilt, an dem ich interessiert war, ich habe mit meiner Frau gesprochen und war am nächsten Tag beim Händler, um das zu machen kaufen.Jose war großartig! Kein Ärger, kein Druck, sehr freundlich und wir trafen auch Frank, der ebenfalls sehr nett war. Sie haben mit mir zusammengearbeitet und wir waren mit dem Autokauf in weniger als einer Stunde fertig.Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit einer Innenbeleuchtung, und Jose sagte, ich solle sie einfach mitbringen und sie würden sich darum kümmern. Ich brachte es vorbei und sie reparierten es in weniger als 5 Minuten. Noch besser war, dass Jose ein oder zwei Tage später nachfragte und mir einen Kredit mit einem besseren Zinssatz und niedrigeren Raten verschaffte. Das geht weit über das hinaus!Danke Jose und Frank! Es ist immer toll, gute, anständige Leute im Autobereich zu treffen.

Wir leben in Arizona und waren etwas misstrauisch, aber Jose hat es uns einfach und stressfrei gemacht, das perfekte Auto zu bekommen. Sie hatten das komplette Auto-Fax, der Preis war angemessen und er beantwortete alle unsere Fragen und gab uns alle Informationen, die wir brauchten. Jose sparte ihm sogar Geld, indem er ihn vom Flughafen abholte, sodass er kein Auto mieten musste, um 25 Meilen zum Parkplatz zu fahren. Vielen Dank, Jose, dass du dich großartig um ihn gekümmert hast und uns geholfen hast, das Auto zu bekommen, das wir uns schon seit einiger Zeit gewünscht haben. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, mit dem Auto unseren ersten Angelausflug der Saison anzutreten. Ich empfehle RCC jedem, der ehrliche Menschen und Kommunikation sucht.

The tire sensors were about the only problem but they had them replaced for us and we came over the next day to pick up the vehicle and it ran great. Bobby advertised a very clean, single-owner Ford Ranger, which was exactly as described when we arrived.Before we left, Bobby sent extra pictures of the vehicle at my request, and after my son test-drove the pickup, Bobby didn’t play any games, and made a very fair out-the-door offer from the moment we sat down.He seems to deal primarily with vehicles with a lot of miles on the odometer, and having worked in automotive most of my life, I can say that I personally don’t put a lot of stock in “horror-story” reviews.Bobby is very personable, and he did nothing to make me think he is anything other than trustworthy. Scot Williams: . Yes, you have to be careful when buying a used car and especially a previous daily rental. However, when Hertz started to sell off their EV's, I started watching the offerings closely. When a nearly new Chevy Bolt came up for sale for under $20K, I jumped on it. This car still had the new car smell and only 6K miles on it. No haggle pricing and a quick Blue Book search gave me the confidence that this was the deal of deals. We had Tony as our sales guy and he was absolutely delightful to work with during the very quick sale. Hertz offers great financing through a variety of lenders and that whole process was equally as easy. Richard, the finance guy, was super cool and made us feel relaxed and important. We even had to leave for a few hours to move some furniture and when we got back, we signed the loan docs and the car was ours. Nearly painless. If you are in the market for well maintained rental cars, we strongly recommend checking out Hertz. You will be pleasantly surprised and the prices are really good for quality cars. Nice job guys!!!

Eric Neville: travelled down from Reno to make a purchase, the gentlemen i worked with were very honest, they took the car to a nearby mechanic to replace a motor mount, without complaint, the car had been pretty thoroughly detailed and the tank was filled. The car hs been running wstrong for a few weeks and i got a follow up call today regarding the registration and title, all was well and paperwork was being submitted as promised. I should add The shop they took it to was revealed so I could confirm the repair was being done. I got to go and look in on the vehicle as the part were being replaced. SErvice and promises made were all kept they even helped me get the vehicle on a trailer so I could tow it home. These boys did an incredible job..

Jason Engel: I purchased a 2020 RAM 2500 from Automaxx and the entire experience was awesome from start to finish. I had been looking for a truck for a few months and dealing with other dealerships was a living nightmare. I sent Automaxx an email and started contact with Brennan who gave me all the info I asked for. He didn't play any games or try any of the "classic" used car salesperson stuff that the other dealers kept doing to me. He offered a fair price for the truck and gave me more for my trade in than I was able to get anywhere else. The nice part about the experience was the atmosphere at Automaxx, which is mellow, easy going and stress free. At other dealerships I could feel the tension in the air, but not here. Once we decided to purchase they were able to run our credit and offer us a great competitive rate. Plus we were able to sign all the documents and get out of there in less than 30 minutes. I've purchased several new and used cars/trucks in my life and I have to say that these guys made it so easy. I would definitely recommend using them if you find something on the Automaxx lot. They will be the first place I look when I'm looking for my next vehicle purchase.
