Ao Yuan: Kudos to Robert Munoz and his maintenance team.I was a little surprised that the cooling system doesn't work and engine light is on after just half a year. So I scheduled the earlier available time here to get it checked.Robert offered me a rental car during the maintenance time and took care of my car gracefully.Right now, the cooling system works well and I could feel the brake is more tight and more smoothly when I want to stop the car.At the end, Robert didn't charge me for the replacement of a cooling fan and labor expenses.I'm absorbed with Volvo's maintenance team right now and have a strong faith in Volvo.Thanks Robert and your team.

I was in and out within two hours.They have a waiting area, which is comfortable with all the snacks, coffee and sparkling water.They were super accommodating, taking me in at the last minute. Thank you once again for servicing my car.Also, when I got my car back, they did a great job washing it. Typically, I've gone to other dealerships where they wash it without drying it and state it's a waterless solution, but leave spots.They actually wiped down your car. It's like going to a car wash.

He refused to accept my bulbs I had bought as replacements for the ones he used even, really cares about good customer service.

Jeffrey Wallasch: I've had nothing but good experiences with the people at JK. As somebody who spends a lot of time around Volvos and is a member of a Volvo club, I will be the first to tell you these cars are not in any way perfect. Being a luxury brand, they have many underlying problems that can arise when not cared for properly. To give an example, my car has many cooling hoses that if left unchecked can fail prematurely and cause catastrophic engine failure. In light of this, I must stress that it is important to have them maintained properly by focused and knowledgeable mechanics. But more importantly, you should choose a mechanic with a background in working in these cars. I can tell you first hand that the people working at JK are very experienced and knowledgeable in this way. I rest easy knowing that every time I take my car in for an oil change, the mechanic will inspect the vehicle and catch these problems before they happen. On top of that, they are very customer oriented. For example, I have many things that I am in process of replacing. As I previously mentioned, I routinely attend car events and want my car to be in the best condition possible. Whenever JK happens to comes across the parts I need, they let me know and often provide them free of charge. All around, they are great people who take a vested interest in the well being of their customers.
