Hunny Hach: I brought my 2005 Mazda 3 hatchback here because my moonroof suddenly wouldn't close all the way. I called on Saturday morning and was told to bring if it so they can figure out what exactly the issue is. When I arrived a younger man helped me, he tested the moonroof first and said it probably needs service and a window reset, which was what I thought as well. Less than an hour later they cleaned, services, lubed, and did a manual reset and my roof now works better than when I brought it in. I didn't realize you should get your roof cleaned and serviced yearly so I'm glad to know now and I'll be bringing it in for it's annual cleaning. Also glad that it wasn't the motor that was broken too, saved me some money.
