Dagnachew Teshome: This guy's are the best! Efrem is a seasoned technician.I went there with a very unusual request; I went there with a satellite device and asked for help! The lady at the front desk was strict. She said hat they don't do satellite phones or devices. I insisted that a seasoned technician can do it and I insisted on speaking with the head technician. They could have charged my $80 to replace the battery but they went out of their way to discover that I only needed a new charger. Ended up paying $20 for a new charger instead of $80. Had service done in about an hour because it was a little busy. I just went to Starbucks in the mean time. Bought my old MacBook Pro computer for $435, iPad 2 for $65, and iPhone 4s cracked and bad esn for $40.so happy
The office is a cluttered hole in a wall, but if you want a fair deal on your laptop/computer/device, this is where you have to go.
Process is simple: Drop off your gear and fill out a form. Take a 15-30 minute coffee break, and after that, get your cash. Seriously, DO NOT mail your old computers to a fly by night recycling site. THIS is where you need to go!
Andrew made an appointment for me the same day and paid me cash on the spot double what the internet offered me. He is so nice and professional and I felt very comfortalbe with the entire process. I was also paid a lot for my broken electronics that I did not think were worth anything. What a surprise ! I am so happy with this service and will be back.

Brigitte Lowther: This is a one-of-a-kind place! They are super friendly, fair, honest, and the only business I have ever found that will purchase your old electronic devices for straight cash. You can drop off your items, then walk up to the corner Starbucks while you wait, then they give you a cool and fair amount of cash for any computers, old phones, etc. As long as it turns on, they'll buy it. Better than just throwing these things out or have them collect dust in your drawers, or try to fix them or even try to sell them yourself. Just absolutely call beforehand because they are not there every day and hours change regularly. đâ

Good alternative to selling on eBay or on Facebook marketplace if youâre afraid of getting scammed or if youâre concerned about safety. Of course donât expect to get as much as you would if you were selling it yourself but for newer items they wonât give you just pocket change either. I think an overall fair price to get the insurance that you wonât be scammed and to get cash the same day.
