Dagnachew Teshome: This guy's are the best! Efrem is a seasoned technician.I went there with a very unusual request; I went there with a satellite device and asked for help! The lady at the front desk was strict. She said hat they don't do satellite phones or devices. I insisted that a seasoned technician can do it and I insisted on speaking with the head technician. Enter Engineer Efrem!Efrem looked at the device, we discussed... he figured I ou on the spot!GREAT SERVICE 馃憤.GREAT TECHNICIAN!

They could have charged my $80 to replace the battery but they went out of their way to discover that I only needed a new charger. Ended up paying $20 for a new charger instead of $80. That's integrity in my book. Excellent customer service. Knowledgable staff. Highly recommend
