Oopszahdaisy Crayola: I was referred to Mel's after I went into my tire shop and they cut my brake line and totally messed my car up. Even though it was one of worse times of my life just buying a car. Mel fixed car and it was running BETTER than it EVER did when I first bought it. It was also a blessing in disguise. I have referred my daughter's and sister to him and he has done an awesome job. As a woman it's hard to find someone who is honest and will do a EXCELLENT job. I KNOW when I drive off from Mel's I have nothing to worry about. I trust him and his staff to the FULLEST. My family and I will ALWAYS be a customer and support his business 100 percent.

josh cooley: I’ve got the foot of an ogre but Derick absolutely went to town on my boots and bent them to his will with skill and precision. Surefoot take the time to make it right and when it comes to boot fitting, their approach is equal parts old school know-how and cutting edge tech. But most importantly, I don’t get rushed out and they make my 119 last fit into the 104 boot I’ve got. Their customer service has won a customer for life.

Robert Lion: Every once in a rare while I meet people who really love their job and care about their customers. From the moment I walked into the door at Sure Foot Santa Monica until I walked out the door I felt like I was the most important person in the world. Ian went above and beyond my expectations to help me understand how to select and fit into the right ski boot. Literally he dedicated a couple hours to ensuring that I had the correct boots for my feet and skiing level. And they fit me like a glove. Along that boot fitting journey I learned everything I needed to know about how to adjust my boots and get them dialed in. I was so pumped up through that experience that I purchased a set of heaters for my Nordica Speedmachine’s. Kudos to Derek for empowering the team to engage with their customers the same way they would want to be treated.
