When I want to get it put in I soak it in conditioner for a few rinse and air dry and it’s just like new. I have been purchasing hair from the for about 12 years and my hair always lasts for years so I don’t need to go too often. I have yet to be spoken to in a rude manner, receive horrible customer service or purchase a bad product. My sister recommended this place to me while she attended marinello beauty school. I would have her or my other stylist install and the hair ALWAYS matches my texture perfectly. I recommend this place to many friends to this day who are just as satisfied. I really hope this is not what’s going on there now. I will continue purchasing here until I experience otherwise ❤️
