D DAVID: My Samsonite luggage was sent to El Camino Luggage Repair by Samsonite store in San Francisco... I was soooo impressed and the quality of work and turnaround time!!! The store said 2-3weeks but got in back in 1 week in time for my trip!!! Even though I did not deal with this repair facility direct I was so pleased with the workman ship! I recommend them highly!!!!

Mark Kaplan: El Camino Shoe & Luggage replaced the wheels on two of our luggage that were damaged at the airport. The work was done within a few days and was reasonably priced.
Carlos Lamas: This is a Samsonite authorized repair location. I was not aware my Samsonite warranty claim was sent here until I received my carry-on bag back from repair. The repair was for a inner compartment zipper replacement. Bag feels like new again and the warranty process was very straightforward and simple. Turned in my bag at a local Samsonite outlet store, $15 to ship was all it cost me.
M T: I was reffered to El Camino Shoe and Luggage Repair by a friend who has been going there for years. My dog destroyed my boots by chewing on it. Honestly, I didn't think it was repairable. I took it Monday got it back on Friday. And let me tell you Mike did a amazing job it looks brand new!!! I was so impressed with their work and turnaround time of service. Prices are fair and customer service is exceptional! I highly recommend them for repairs, so happy with the results. I'm so grateful for El Camino!

Thomas Auf der Maur: My Samsonite suitcase broke when I arrived Saturday night in LAX. On Sunday I was in the Samsonite store in the Ontario Mills Outlet and ask there Paul the store manager for advise. He gave me the adress from Mikes El Camino Luggage repair, which is the license repair shop from Samsonite in the LA area. On Monday I drove the El Camino Luggage repair, where Mike the owner told me that the damage is not repairable. I had my flight back to Switzerland at Wednedday, so 2 days later. Mike told me he cannot guarantee me that I get a new suitcase until the but he'll try his best. I trusted him and took the risk. At the next day 10am I got the information from Mike that Samsonite accepted my replacement and I can go and take a new one in the Samsonite store from Paul. Everything worked perfect. Great thanks to Mike's repair shop, Paul's Samsonite store and the Samsonite Headquarter in Miami.
Steph Wynne: Mike is Fantastic!El Camino Shoe Repair is an authorized representative for Samsonite so I took my briefcase to him to have it glued. Since it had a warranty Mike thought it best to send the briefcase back to the Samsonite.So yay I got a brand new briefcase. Mike didn't have to do that. He could've used super glue and gave it back to me but he didn't!Mike has integrity and a good attitude. I highly recommend El Camino Shoe Repair for all type of repairs other than shoes!

Aaron W Chavez: . They are Birkenstocks and they don’t make this shoe anymore so I’ve preserved them as well as I can. The last shoe repair I got on them they repaired them with a huge gap in between the leather which exposed my foot when I wore them. Kind of awful.I took them in to K’s and asked if it could be repaired. The owner told me he would do his best. I said, I have faith in you.When I got the shoes… he had fixed the gap, he had reinforced the bind with stitching on both sides of the shoe, he had built in cork where it had been scuffed away, he had put a new sole on and had gotten me new laces since the old ones weren’t a good match for the shoe. On top of that, he weatherproofed my shoe and given the leather a nice cleaning.This man is an expert cobbler. I’ll go nowhere else from now on!

I sent my brother in with my luggage and I had it back in my hands like new within a couple of days. My brother was so impressed with the quality of work that he brought back his favorite leather boots to be repaired. We just got the boots and another pair of dress shoes back and they look like new, just like Greg promised.
