Rebecca Gray: I'm back to update my 5-star review 2 years after buying a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Elantra from South Bay Hyundai--a car that has continued to appreciate in value. I'm even happier with my car today than I was the day I bought it--and that was a great day. I knew I was getting an amazing deal. I came in with defensive skepticism; it was my first time purchasing at a dealer and all I had ever heard about the dealer experience were horror stories! Not the case here. My sales associate Andrew worked to build trust with me, answered all my questions thoroughly, and sold me the car based on value and not hard-sell techniques--I really appreciated that!My update is based on my latest trip to complete a 30K-mile service. SBH is not my closest dealer, but absolutely worth the 1 hour/30 mile trip EVERY TIME. The facility is clean and spacious with plenty of amenities to keep you happy while you wait for your car, and the South Bay Hyundai team is just phenomenal! They take great care of the customer AND the car. I cannot recommend South Bay Hyundai highly enough. michael: We had a great experience with this place and special thanks to Omar A.. He was very transparent and open. We have a new baby so going to different dealerships was exhausting. Omar made it easy for us and was able to give us a great offer to lease on Ioniq 5 limited over the phone. Other dealership wants us to go to there place and negotiate and says we will beat Omar offer. We just wanted someone that’s transparent and give us there best offer over the phone because driving to other dealerships with a new baby is tiring and draining. We stick with Omar because he was transparent and he manage to even offer us a better deal to where we were comfortable paying. Omar is very friendly and we didn’t felt pressure. The whole transaction was simple. We went in and sign the paperwork and we were out. Omar made our day as easy and comfortable getting a new car. We would be happy to working with Omar again in the future. Thank you Omar for a great the experience!!

Christian Donahue: Walked in off the street interested in checking out new Hyundai EV’s. Salesperson Omar is a have a low pressure but enthusiastic overview of the Ioniq 6 and 5 - did a great job explaining the different trims, models and pros and cons of each. His enthusiasm for the Ioniq 6 came through, and the test drive showcased the car perfectly. Ask for Omar when you go to the dealership.

Lara Shaghoian: Wonderful staff! I was not looking forward to buying a new car and was dreading the upsell once I picked out my vehicle, but this location came through at every turn. Honest employees with excellent customer service! Fabrice Moniouis was very welcoming and respectful from the get-go, compared to another Keyes location I visited and walked away from. Once I picked out my car, Yvette Rosas was our finance manager and didn't upsell us on anything, which we highly respected. Jaime Almanza, the service manager was fantastic as well. They all stayed after hours to finalize our sale with excellent customer service. Thank you all for a wonderful experience all around. You restored my faith in the Keyes franchise, but this type of class comes from management as well. So, kudos to you all for excellent customer service! Proud owner of a new Santa Fe SEL!
Taylor Cherry: Highly recommend! First time purchasing a car in the US, and the team at Keyes were amazing! I had been shopping around at some other dealerships beforehand, but when I went to Keyes Mission Hills, it stood out in customer service! My salesman David made the purchase process very smooth, fast, and comfortable. I did have some follow up service appointments for the brakes on my car, and even the service team was amazing at being fast, friendly, and understanding.
Kevin McLeod: I appreciate them much more.They’re friendly and helpful here and are trying to do a good job. The spoiler on my Kona N was loose and rattling on and off - Van Nuys said they won’t touch it unless it makes the noise in front of them, and even though I had a video of the issue they said that was completely “useless” and wouldn’t help them in any way shape or form. And trust me, I pushed and was not trying to take no for an answer. But ultimately they refused to help. I spoke to a friend this weekend who said he had the same experience and has sworn off Van Nuys entirely.I came to Mission Hills and there was no fight - they took my car in and the service advisor even asked if he could show the video to the technician to help them find the problem. A complete 180 from my experience at Van Nuys.That said, there are some annoyances here - I’ve gotten an oil change here where they wrote the wrong oil on my invoice and swore it was just a typo, but that they put the correct oil in the car - I have my doubts about that. Also after hours had past and I heard nothing about my car, I went in to get a set of keys from my glovebox as it seemed like this was a longer process than I expected, and found out later that my car was already finished when I went back in. I had to follow up with them at the end of the day for an update and that’s when I learned it had been done for hours. Also when I went in to pick up my car nobody could find my keys, and everyone kept pointing me to someone else to help until I had come full circle back to where I started. There’s just a lot of annoying mistakes here that I think could be avoided if they put more thought into operations and slowed down to avoid making mistakes.That said, their willingness to help, their friendliness, and their dedication to at least TRYING to create a positive customer experience outweighs their operational issues. I also waited about 5 minutes to be checked in for my appointment here - I waited literally 45 at Van Nuys with no apology from the service manager - just that this is normal when they’re busy. If you’re in the valley, this is definitely the Hyundai to go to. Avoid Van Nuys at all costs. When I’m done with my Kona N, this is the dealership getting my business in the IONIQ 5 N.

Jag Man: I really like coming here all because of my service manager Javer. He takes care of me well each time I visit. Their waiting lobby is very clean. They have free snacks and bottled water. Plenty of comfortable seats and a couple of TV's. They also have tables in the waiting area and wifi in case you need to do some work.I'm split as far as their sales department though. They're one of the many dealerships that charged over MSRP during and after the pandemic. Not all dealerships did this...but they're ones of the majority that did. So as far as buying a new Hyundai, I will remember that they did it and take a pause before going back here to buy another Hyundai. I will first reach out to those Hyundai dealerships that sold at MSRP.

Fernando Alvarez: My wife & I visited Norm Reeves Hyundai Superstore in Cerritos, CA on Saturday July 27, 2024 to check their selection of SUV hybrids & plug ins. We had no intention of buying a vehicle. At least not yet. We were pleasantly greeted at the door by Sameer Saddiqi who spent a good deal of time answering all our questions and making various recommendations. Never once did we feel like Sameer was trying to sell us a vehicle. After some deliberation we felt that the Hyundai 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited had a lot of the bells and whistles we were looking for and asked to do a test drive. Sameer pulled out a rockwood green Santa Fe and both my wife and I got a chance to test drive it with Sameer who was just a fountain of knowledge and not pushy at all. One conversation led to another and before we knew it we were signing papers for a 3 year lease for our new 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited.We strongly recommend the dealership and Sameer for your next vehicle purchase. FYI, Sameer is off on Thursdays.

I did a lot of research and canvassed through many Hyundai dealerships within South CA. Read a lot of negative reviews on almost all of the Hyundai dealerships. At first, I was hesitant to go to Norm Reeves but gave it a chance. Turns out it was a good experience after all. Buying a vehicle from Sameer Saddiqi made my first car purchase great. He was not hard sell. No aggressive marketing on his part that would pressure a customer. He purely supported what your budget can get you and threw in extras for you. He is very helpful and transparent. He’ll tell you what he can and cannot do for you based on your requests on the vehicle and pricing/deals. I highly recommend Sameer Saddiqi if you want to purchase a Hyundai. He also matched the price of the bumper to bumper warranty I was quoted for from another Hyundai branch which was significantly lower in cost.
