I asked the nice woman if there was a sauce that went with it She brought me this incredible tomato paste,onion, jalape帽o side dish that was amazing. I鈥檝e already had three helpings. It鈥檚 so delicious. I will finish the rest tomorrow for breakfast if I don鈥檛 eat it all tonight!

    Hanna Haberko: If I could give 10 stars, I would. The Host was so nice, she made us feel at home. We ordered grilled chicken breast and beef lula for 4 of us. The Host suggested we get our order on plates to share and that was a great idea. My Portuguese parents in law never tried armenian food before, so we weren't sure how this is going to play out, but luckily they loved it. And I must agree, both the chicken and the beef lula were excellent! The pickled red cabbage salad as well as the tomato cucumber salad were fresh and very flavorful. I wish Areni restaurant had a location on East Coast; if we're ever in LA again, we will definitely come back! I'll say it again, the food was fantastic and the Host was so sweet, made our visit unforgettable.I should also mention this is a BYOB establishment.

    David Danielyan: We just had the Pajarski katlet plate and the kievsky katlet plate for lunch take out, and it was phenomenal. Tasted like heaven. Just like my grandma used to make it. I couldn't wait to take a picture first before I started to dig in. They have great lunch options as well as dinner. Prices are fair compared to the portion and surrounding similar restaurants.
