    Justin Lee: This restaurant got the unusual conviction of sticking to the best in terms of food quality. Every piece of sashimi, every single appetizer, even the kind of rice they use, the quality is top notch. It is a rarity in America these days. The chef is Michelin rated. Asuka displays a passion to serve the highest quality of Japanese cuisine that you could hardly find elsewhere.

    Neal Raval: Exception Japanese and Sushi cuisine. We live in Seattle and get really good sushi there. This was likely my best sushi I have ever eaten and we eat at all the great sushi places back home so I can only highly recommend this restaurant. It is very hidden and the back entrance where you can park does not look appealing, don’t even worry about it one bit, this place is amazing and a go to for anyone who likes good sushi! Exceptional service, exceptional food.

The skewers were so flavorful and juicy and came out surprisingly quickly for being such a full house. The waitstaff is kind and attentive, the atmosphere was cozy, and the food was delicious. If you’re wanting healthy Asian food with a lot of protein, this is the place for you. They handmade a miso sauce to go with the meat and oh my gosh it is so mouthwatering, fresh, and delicious. You will leave feeling extremely satisfied and not hungry. It’s about the same price as sushi but you’re getting way more protein and way more for your money, not just filling up on rice. This food is perfect for people that weight lift but still want to go out to eat because this place is super yummy, packed with protein, and guilt free. Highly recommend!!

    Jessica Toubol: We moved to the area recently and are very happy to have found this FANTASTIC restaurant. We love it! We have been there 4 times now and it is consistently delicious. Each new dish we've tried has been perfect and their Tarte Tatin dessert is so good! The apples are perfectly caramelized, which is not an easy thing to accomplish. The fresh mint and fruit garnish was hand-picked to perfection! We look forward to a future dinner experience there!
