    4worldlovers: The HCV Program is the federal government's major program for assisting very low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled to afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing in the private market. Participants may select any housing, which may include single-family homes, townhouse, and apartments that meet the program requirements.

    BPHA opened its waiting list in 2016. At that time, over 8000 households submitted their names to the interest list. From that interest list, 2000 applicants were randomly selected and placed on the waiting list. (See Tribune article).

    Waiting list application status will only be provided online at www.waitlistcheck.com. Using the username and password provided in the pre-application. Position numbers or placements on the waiting list are not assigned. If your legal or mailing address changes, you must submit written notification of the address change to BPHA.
