I know for a fact Carlos does not tolerate drug use at his homes! I've seen plenty of people come and go due to that. It seems like everytime someone gets kicked out they start playing the blame game instead of taking responsibility. They lie to their families and not to mention themselves in hopes of people feeling sorry for them. If you want to continue to get high then please don't come to these houses.
