You can help by donating essential items such as dry and wet puppy food, cat food, dog and puppy toys and treats, human baby bottles, puppy pee pads, and heating pads, blankets, towels, and pet beds, and monetary donations. Your contributions will make a significant difference in the lives of the animals.
Yes, you can volunteer to walk dogs through our Steps4Pets program. You can come 7 days a week between 8:30am-11:30am and 1:30pm-4pm. Please note that staff typically take lunch between 11:30am-1:30pm, and this is doggie nap time, so it's best to avoid this time frame. You'll need to sign a waiver before walking, and children under 6th grade must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
To adopt a pet, please schedule an adoption appointment and submit a completed adoption application. You can find the application on our website. Bring the completed application with you to the appointment, and our team will review it to match you with a pet that fits your home best. If approved, you'll have a meet-n-greet with the pet, and if it's a match, you'll complete the adoption process.
Yes, you can apply to foster a pet by filling out and submitting the foster application form on our website. Please wait until you're contacted before coming to the Adoption Center. We prioritize fostering seniors, injured, sick, and orphaned pets, and we provide supplies and medical care for foster parents.
You can support our mission by sponsoring fundraising events, donating items for silent auctions, partnering with us to design a co-branded fundraising event, sponsoring the care or adoption fees of available pets, or donating to the care of homeless animals. You can also shop at merchants who donate a portion of their proceeds to us, or join our team of dedicated volunteers.
