We had our 93 year-old Steinway model M moved 175 miles to our new home. After it had acclimatized for a two months we called Tom Fritz in to tune it and check it out. Tom was careful, thorough, friendly and thoughtful. He did a wonderful job that included replacing one of the strings. Our baby now sounds beautiful again. Absolutely top quality work; I recommend Tom without reservation! His price was very reasonable, too.
