I am very please with the services I received, appreciated the explanations and honesty, as my stove is 30+ years and was not worth repairing. I also had my dryer looked at as I had it serviced a few weeks ago and was told I needed a new dryer. Much to my liking, the dryer had an issue with airflow which was fixed by moving it away from the gas outlet. Totally impressed with the competence and knowledge I received.

This may be a long review so the tldr is: Excellence, professional and personable. We called 3 other places in the area, this was the only one who responded with an appointment within the next day on a Saturday night. Fridge was dead. Dave, the technician was professional, quick, and tactful. He identified the problem within 30 mins and saved us from buying a new unit costing 1200$+. Turned out the fridge had a bad component which he quickly identified. This part was not easily identified (defroster unit). Cannot say enough positive things about this business. I will always support local, especially when they are expedited and professional as Dave and this company. 200$ was my total cost for my invoice vs the aforementioned 1200$ replacement. Excellent customer service. Excellent customer interaction, and excellent experience. Recommending to everyone in silverlakes that I know. We've been a resident for 5 years. Dave was very professional and knowledgable. He fixed my washing machine very quickly. The temp control knob had been broken off and he was able to get the part it was connected to within 2 days including saving the know which saved me a lot of money. I will always call on him when I have an appliance problem! The price was very reasonable also.
