Met relatives for dinner and was thinking about going to the Main Street area in Ventura. We just didn't want to go deal with all the crazy traffic and parking issues, and we are glad that we decided to go to Orozco's instead. This place is a GEM. The food is really great, staff is wonderful, and location is close to the beach. I am a chips and salsa connoisseur, and these were wonderful. The salsa was even served warm - never had that before. Dinner was served on large wooden cutting boards - very unique. Tacos were amazing and reasonably priced. Guillermo, the owner, came over and spent time with us - what a delightful person. We will be back and hope that everyone else decides to give them a try. Want to try the rib eye next time (saw others having it and it looks amazing).
I visited Ventura on vacation and found myself here every single night. The best Cadillac and ceviche I’ve ever had. Family owned. Found myself to be a fan and will definitely be back again.
