To assure a smooth & comfortable service for all please assure that all areas that will be waxed are properly cleaned, wipes will be available for use.

NEW CLIENTS: The hair must be at least 1/4 of an inch long in order to be waxed ( 3 1/2- 4 weeks of hair growth after shaving for best results)

Deposits are 40% of your entire total and are NONREFUNDABLE. Deposits will be credited towards your final total!

If you need to cancel your appointment please do within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment. (please note that when canceling your appointment at any time your deposit will not be refunded.)

If you need to reschedule please do within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment to transfer your deposit to ONE future date. No same day rescheduling is permitted under any circumstances.

Please notify me if you are running late ASAP. There is a 10 mingrace period ( for appointments 25+ mins long) , a 5 MINUTE grace period for appointments 15mins or less. You need to be on the bed by the 10th / 5th minute. If you are running more than 10 / 5 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.

If you perform a “No Call, No Show” you will be blocked/banned from booking any future appointments.

If your menstrual cycle has arrived at the time of your appointment, you will still be accommodated. Please arrive 5 minutes early to freshen up and apply a new tampon. Tampons are non-negotiable. If you refuse to wear one, you will be refused service and asked to reschedule your appointment.
