Jeff LaBarre: With the closing of Minney's in Newport Beach Kelly's is the only consignment marine shop in the area. I have bought and sold items here for at least 30+ years. They have managed to stay in business when all the other local chandleries have folded from completion from West Marine. There success is a result of having a mix of services like rigging, boat storage, use sail and equipment" as well as new items like screws and paint. It is the closest place to buy these items for all the marinas in the west basin of LA Harbor.
